freaking the fuck out. im so scared and upset. trauma is trying to flood forward and it's sunday so i can't talk to my doctor. im too scared to socialise because anything i say to one friend will be spread through their network and i dont want to be seen i dont want them all to look at me. aahh

I’m slowly learning that even if I react, it won’t change anything. It won’t make certain people suddenly, understand & respect you, it won’t magically change their minds. Sometimes it’s better to say nothing & remove yourself from them.
