[Author's Note: We found the animatronics, and spoiler alert! These animatronics are not Sylvia's. They're part of a nightmare. Chapter 10 will be the last chapter of the book (I think), so stay tuned!]
(P.S: It's also an extremely short chapter. Bear with me, please.)
Demetria opened up the basement, annoyed by the scritch-scratching sounds coming from the room. She's been up all night!
An animatronic flew after Demetria, just barely missing her nice dress. "Oh, fluuuff." Demetria hissed. "If this is one of Aunt Sylvia's, I'm giving her a piece of my mind!" An icicle flew out to cover the animatronic in a deadly array of spiked icicles on the floor. A hand touched Demetria's shoulder. "HOLY -"
CRACK!
The animatronic behind the woman cracked straight down the middle of its head, where Demetria had karate-chopped it. She didn't waste any time in running out of the house and locking, encasing the mansion in ice in a panic. She ran towards the forest, the icy trail behind her frosting everything in reach.
A blizzard has begun.
The Ini Pyramid crumbled.
Sonic had cut off a large piece of Zielo's quills.
Scylla woke up to see Adam, Sophia, and Diana worriedly staring at her. Scylla touched a feather on her face; which was located near her eyes.
Scylla panicked, asking urgently, "Where's Aite and Ajal? Are they here?"
Adam shook his head. Diana answered timidly, "Aite and Ajal went to the Ini Pyramid. When the pyramid collapsed, they didn't come back."
Scylla's eyes widened, and she sat up quickly, only to feel the blood rushing to her head. Scylla turned towards the destroyed Ini Pyramid and growled, "Then we need to get over there quickly. Aite and Ajal may be in trouble."
Sophia asked, "But how are we going to get there without the Soulless spotting us?"
Scylla thought about it, sparking a tongue of fire in her hand. Looking into it, Scylla smirked.
Extinguishing the flame, Scylla said, "I think I have an idea."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scylla made another illusion, but this time, it was of a couple of demigods engaging in battle with the Soulless. Before the Soulless could come to the scene, Scylla, Adam, Diana, and Sophia ran toward the ruins quickly.
As they reached the wreckage, Scylla saw a mix of violet cinders and blood on the ground. Signaling to the others to stop, Scylla knelt down, trying to drown out the doubts, fear, anger, and despair that welled up, pricking her tears with a dangerous guilt as Scylla tried to blink the tears back. Her eyes were blurry, and she felt like she was going to burst into flames.
Please be okay, Ajal and Aite. Scylla transmitted, not expecting anything to happen.
"Scylla, we should be helping with exterminating the Soulless." Adam gently whispered, helping Scylla up.
Scylla nods. "Their deaths won't be – ACK!!!!"
Scylla held her head, feeling dizzy, but she felt something coming from the north. It felt familiar, but she was in too much pain to walk towards it.
"Scylla, are you hurt?" Adam asked.
"Are you okay?" Sophia asked urgently.
Diana started, "Maybe we should take her to the -"
ENOUGH!! Scylla transmitted.
Scylla's body screamed at her with the sharp sensation of pain as she slowly crawled back into the trees with her eyes closed, when something suddenly grabbed her leg, dragging Scylla somewhere else. Her mind was spinning and it felt like it was dunked in ice. Scylla heard muffled voices, screaming for mercy from a master. She opened one eye slowly, wincing as the screams rose in volume. It seems she was left in a bush, with multiple injuries on her neck and torso.
For once, Scylla was glad to be an EXE.
Groaning softly, Scylla sat up, being careful to not make too much noise. She looked up to see a large, fluffy, gray destroying a large amount of the strange people in front of the Master Emerald's altar, turning them into dust. Scylla's fists clenched in anger.
"Oh, you little-" Scylla started to whisper, but immediately stopped as the god-like hedgehog turned to face the bushes on the other side of the altar.
The hedgehog asked the bushes, "Did you enjoy the show?"
A blue hedgehog ran out of the bushes, shouting with a mix of anger and hatred, "YOU!"
Scylla looked at the gray hedgehog, wondering internally, "What did you do to this hedgehog to make him hate you so much?"
Her question was answered quickly as the gray hedgehog stopped the blue hedgehog in his tracks with telekinesis.
The blue hedgehog asked angrily, "Do you know who I am?"
The gray hedgehog looked through the blue hedgehog's eyes as though he could see through him, and said emotionlessly, "Sonic Oglivie the Hedgehog, son of Jules the Hedgehog and Bernadette the Hedgehog. Your ancestor, Jonathan Hedgehog, was two of the last two souls sacrificed to me."
Scylla then heard the gray hedgehog say something about Sonic being a copy of someone called Heephis. Sonic stuttered, "W-what?"
Then, to Scylla's ever-growing rage and horror, the gray hedgehog starts to tear Sonic's cheek off, asking him if the gray hedgehog should repeat himself.
Scylla subconsciously let out a quiet, yet angry growl. She knew that this is not how you should treat people, "godly" or otherwise. She was so ready to tackle the gray hedgehog to the afterlife, she was startled to see the gray hedgehog's hand freeze. Looking around, Scylla spotted a silvery-gray hedgehog using telekinesis, and Scylla gasped softly in concern.
The silvery-gray hedgehog was...scarily thin, to say the least, but he looked a lot like the larger, more gray hedgehog.
Scylla decided to call the silvery-gray hedgehog Silver, after the silvery sheen his fur gave off. Somehow, the gray hedgehog broke free from Silver's telekinesis and walked toward him.
Scylla started to silently stalk toward Silver in case the gray hedgehog decides to harm him. She could practically smell the confusion wafting from Silver. Scylla transformed into a sleek, navy blue wolf with raven wings as she silently stalked closer to Silver. Scylla's bright, glowing, red eyes glinted with a motherly concern for the weaker hedgehogs, and a vengeful anger at this powerful, gray hedgehog for what he has done to this world.
Scylla used an illusion to cloak her existence from the hedgehogs as she got closer to them. The emotionless look in the gray hedgehog's face led Scylla to angrily assume that he didn't care for anyone in existence. Scylla's red eyes glowed brighter as her anger grew.
What snapped Scylla out of the angry trance was the smell of blood and sickly coughing. Scylla's head snapped towards Silver, who was hacking and coughing up blood on the ground. Scylla's eyes widened in concern, letting out a worried bark and quickly ran over and started curling Silver against Scylla's body. She didn't care if no one could sense her existence, she wanted to comfort Silver if he was dying.
"HEY!" Sonic's voice shouted. Scylla looked at Sonic, whose eyes were glowing a sun yellow. Sonic said in a god language, "Leave my brother alone!" Scylla could feel a god's power radiating from Sonic. Looking at Silver, Scylla realized that if Silver truly was truly someone's brother, she'll need to protect them all.
Scylla didn't know how or why she felt the need to protect them, she just does. It was probably just her instincts. If there was only a way to make it disappear...
The grey hedgehog forced Sonic to kneel. Scylla's mind was swimming with unsaturated rage as this grey hedgehog was talking. Scylla glared at the grey hedgehog.
A black hedgehog with red stripes in his quills suddenly appears with a violet gun pointed to the grey hedgehog, earning an amused smirk from Scylla as she watches what happens next.
The black hedgehog started demanding that the grey hedgehog tell them what's going on and how to fix the problem. Often getting interrupted, the gray hedgehog grew angry. Scylla enjoyed the taste of this deity's anger, a devilish smile forming on her wolfish lips as she thought about how the emotionless being would taste.
Suddenly, Silver, Sonic, and the black hedgehog were brought to face the gray hedgehog and were forced to kneel. Sonic noticed several glowing objects that were apparently called energy controllers. Scylla growled at the grey hedgehog for his treatment toward living beings.
The grey hedgehog soon said something about their origins, which caught Scylla's attention quickly.
"Then what ARE your origins?" The black hedgehog demanded.
Scylla sat closer to the forest nearby, silently begging that someone explained what the grey hedgehog's origins are. From the currently invisible expression on the invisible wolf's face, Scylla was dying of curiosity.
The grey hedgehog said calmly, "Correction... OUR origins."

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY AND THE REST OF SUMMER, EVERYONE!
(Author's Note: Falling in line with a comic book makes me want to make the plot move faster, but I caaaaaaaaaan't! So, for now, enjoy this short chapter.)
Mango was pacing when Kiui walked in the room and crossed her arms. "Alright, what's wrong?" Kiui asked.
Mango looked at Kiui at said, "It's Scylla. We haven't heard from her, and she hasn't come back yet. We're supposed to be discussing voodoo products today!"
Kiui sighed. "Imma go check that camera chip I installed."
Mango paused, looking at Kiui with an annoyed expression. "Kiiuii," Mango hissed. "Those chips were supposed to be for those Mercats -"
"- Which went missing a year ago, I KNOW. But let's just assume that they're happy and healthy and move on. I may have an idea of where she is."
Mango perked up. "What? Really? Where -"
"Buuuut, you won't like it." Kiui said. Mango sighed.
"Explain, scientist."
"Well, you said that Scylla disappeared into a portal five days ago, right?" Kiui asked. Mango nodded. Kiui continued, "Weeeeeeeeeell, I may or may not have tracked the portal to another, more digital universe."
Mango blinked. "WHAT?!" She shouts. "Why didn't you tell me this?!"
"Oh, you wanted the information sooner? I had to convince Demetria to give me her monitor," Kiui smirks. "Or face the inevitable hacking I will do to her computer."
"...Remind me to never let you manipulate people's technology again." Mango said.
"You know that's never gonna happen, Fruit Punch." Kiui teased. Mango throws a goldfish at her sister in response, smacking Kiui in the head. Kiui blinked. "HEEEEEEEY-"
{Author's Note: A mention of Pokemon.}
{Instructions unclear; now hurdling Mango into the TADC Universe in the next chapter. :> }
"I'm sorry, YOU FROZE YOUR OWN HOUSE?!" Mango asked, horrified at what Demetria just explained.
"Y-Yeah? After seeing...animatronics." Demetria cautiously answered, just now realizing the consequences of her actions.
"Demetria Emerald Mochisolar, do you remember last year, when you had done something kind of like this before?" Mango asked, raising an eyebrow and throwing her arms up in the air to empathize her point.
"Yeah...?"
"STOP DOING THAT!" Mango shouts.
"No, I don't know how."
Inhaaaaaale. "Can I throw a goldfish at you now?"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"So, that's an icy situation," Mango said as she inspected Demetria's house. "At this rate, you could be stronger than Elsa herself."
Demetria groaned. "Can we PLEASE not talk about it?'
"Fine," Mango replied. "But you have to answer to Dr. Sylveon later."
The blizzard stopped as Demetria made a singular hand gesture, saying, "Sure."
Mango raised an eyebrow, smirking. "You were saying?"
"Mango, please don't -"
Third Person POV
"Alinta! Wake up!"
SLAP!
Alinta's eyes shot open as she got up quickly, massaging her bruised cheek. "Audra! Are you serious right now? That hurt!"
"Just take a look around! We're in the Ink Dimension!" Audra gestured to the room around them.
"Will you two be quiet? You're going to attract the Ink Demon here with the noise you're making." Kaiso hissed, keeping her eyes on the top of the wall.
"Relax, it's not like -"
"Children of the Machine." A voice on the announcement said.
Audra looked around, looking confused as she asked, "Who? What? Where? How? Huuuuuuh?!!!!" Alinta looked confused, but kept silent. Kaiso looks like she was used to this by now, but kept her eyes on the wall. Suddenly she began to climb up, her hands leaving a clear, deep scratch on the cement bricks.
Finally, Kaiso reached the top. "I'm going to go explore the studio. Ignore everyone who talks to you, except for Alison. You'll know her when you see her. Stay away from the Searchers, Lost Ones, and the Ink Demon. If it finds you, hide." Kaiso ran off.
Audra stood there, processing what she just heard before shouting, "WHAT?!?!"
Alinta stood up, sighing as she muttered, "Oh my god..." She thinks about it. "You know what, let's go the way Kaiso went." Alinta climbed up the wall and helped Audra up. They then went down the hallway and into a main lobby.
"There's a hiding spot here." Audra remarked, pointing at an empty stall.
"Why would we need that?" Alinta asked. They looked at each other for a moment, and shrugged. "Eh, who cares? Let's move on."
20 seconds later...
"Hooolyyyy craaaaaaaap!" Audra yelled, making a beeline for the hiding spot with Alinta running right behind her.
"Butcher Gang! Butcher Gang! Why did Kaiso not tell us about the Butcher Gang?!??" Alinta shouted.
"I don't knoooow!!!" The two girls reached the hiding spot, but only Audra was able to fit into it, since she was there first.
Alinta sighs, turning to face the rapidly approaching angry Piper. "I didn't want to have to do this, but..." Alinta shrugged, shapeshifting into a large strawberry-blonde wolf with lemon-green eyes. She tore the Piper apart within ten seconds. Once the inkshed was done, Alinta returned to her human form, the black ink on her hands.
Audra carefully opened the door and walked out of the hiding place. "Is it gone?"
"Yep. Pretty sure I ate the body, too."
"...Alinta, why are you like this?"
"No matter. You took a nasty fall, so let's find you some food." Alinta walked over to a crate and removed its lid. "I found Bacon Soup."
"Soup?" Audra asked.
"Yes, the soup. The max potion of this realm. The holy water of our Christian world. The -"
"Okay, okay! I'll eat it. Jeez..." Audra said. She walked over and took a large gulp out of the soup can.
"I wouldn't drink too much of that if I were you." A woman's voice warned. Audra choked on the soup in the surprise and shock of how sudden the voice had appeared. Alinta ran over to help Audra stop choking.
"I'm sorry, what?" Alinta asked.
"I mean, it tastes good, but the aftertaste? Not so much." The woman said. As Alinta and the traumatized Audra turned around, they saw a woman with black hair and a black dress.
"A-Alice?" Audra stammered, coughing a little as she recovers from the scare.
"How do you know my name?"
"Uhh..." Alinta tried to think up an explanation. "We used to be Lost Ones, but now we're...cartoons?"
"Nice work, Alinta." Audra hissed quietly.
"I see... There's some rules in the studio - keep moving up, avoid as much trouble as you can, don't stay in the same place for too long, and stay away from the Ink Demon. If it finds you, hide."
"Okay, who's the Ink Demon? And why do we have to hide from it?" Alinta demanded.
"You'll know him when you see him. What are your names?"
"My name's Audra!"
"And my name's Alinta."
"Well, Alinta and Audra... Welcome to the studio!" Something exploded in the lobby, making Audra shriek and jump. As Alinta looked around menacingly, she noticed that Alice disappeared.
"Damn it." Alinta hissed.
Audra looked over, noticing that Alice was gone. "Aw, I liked her."
"Well, it looks like we have to keep moving in the direction that Kaiso probably went, and avoid a number of things in the process."
"Okay! Then we should do that!" Audra climbed up the walls.
As Alinta followed suit, she said, "Be careful, I don't know what kind of things are up there."
Audra reached the top and ran to a mirror. "Oh my... IS THAT KAISO'S FINGERPRINT???!!!!"
Alinta came closer to the mirror, looking at the familiar, yet inky fingerprint. "That's definitely her fingerprint." Her eyes twitched as soon as she realized something. "Kaiso... this better not mean what I think it means." Alinta growled.
"What does it mean?" Audra asked curiously, tilting her head the way a cougar cub's would.
Alinta stayed serious. "You'll see it when you see it. Come on, let's move on." She grabbed Audra's arm and pulled her away, heading towards Animation Station. After a bit of scurrying, they reached the entrance and moved the cart.
Audra broke the chains with one claw swipe. "Huh. That was easy."
"Be glad that we didn't need a key, or things would have been a lot harder." Alinta grumbled.
Audra had already slithered in by the time Alinta finished the sentence. "Alinta, look! There's a treasure trove of animation secrets! Aaaww, and Bendy looks sooo cuuuute!!!! Come see, come seeeee!!!"
"All right, all right, I'm coming." Alinta called, walking through the entrance. "Small girl."
Audra appeared behind Alinta. "What did you just say?" Audra asked skeptically.
Alinta rolled her eyes. "You're short."
Audra made an offended gasp. "I am not short!!!"
"Sure, little cub. Sure."
"You...you meaniehead!!!"
"Let's move on..." Alinta looked around. "Looks like this place is locked up tight. We're going to need to stay quiet. Who knows if there's any alarms around here." But Audra was happily dashing around.
"Alinta? Audra?" Alice asked. Alinta heard her from a few feet away.
Alinta ran to the small hallway. Surprisingly enough, there was a circular vent-like phone at the end of the hall. Alinta called, "Hello, this is Alinta speaking. Audra's currently busy right now. What's your purpose of calling right now?"
"Oh, thank god. Listen, where are you right now?" Alice asked.
"Hmmm... Animation Station. It's locked tight." Alinta answered.
"Good, it means you're headed up. There's going to be a Gent Pipe. Did you find it?"
Alinta raised an eyebrow. "No, what's a Gent Pi-"
BOOOM!
"What was that?" Alice asked frantically.
Alinta shrugged. "Probably the pipes."
Alice ordered. "FIND THAT GENT PIPE. HURRY." The line cut off.
Alinta growled. "Oh, so now I've gotta find a Gent Pipe. That's brriiiilliant." Alinta walked off. "Now, where is that thing?"
Third Person POV
Audra skipped happily. After a bit, a large explosion shook the ceiling, and a spider jumped down to the floor. It looked cute in Audra's eyes. She crouched down and reached out her hand, cooing:
"Oh, it's a little man! Oh, who's a little man?"
CHOMP!
The spider tried to eat Audra's hand. Her mouth went open in shock. It didn't just...bite her, did it?
Meanwhile, Alinta had found a Gent Pipe - on the other side of a fence. "Goddamnit, what do I -"
"IT'S AN ANGRY SPIDER!!! IT ATTACKED ME!!!" Audra yelped. Alinta inhaled, dragging a hand down her face.
"I'm going to demand a raise and some tolerance for this." Alinta muttered, storming off to go help Audra with the spider. As soon as she stepped into the wide hall, Alinta found a pure-black ink spider - which was clearly part of the Butcher Gang - and Audra using her control over air to keep herself as high as possible away from the spider. Alinta looked between the angry spider (who was trying to attack Alinta) and the scared Audra. Alinta sighed. "You didn't just kill the thing?" Alinta inquired.
"It was cute!" Audra insisted. Alinta growled silently, snapping her fingers and setting the ink spider to flames. Audra shouts, "NOOOOOOOOO!!!!"
"Deal with it." Alinta deadpanned. She walked off as Audra called her childish names.
But 16-24 minutes later...
"Who's There? Open up!"
CRASH! BANG!
"If I find you, I'm going to rip your face off!" A male voice shouted.
"I'd like to see you try." Alinta thought, growling at the far away threat. She had just grabbed the Gent Pipe, not even bothering to clear the ink in hopes of inkfecting her enemies. She gripped it tightly, almost making the Gent Pipe get crushed.
Meanwhile, Audra's arms were full of food, and she was approaching the Lost One. "Hello! Would you like a cracker? I kind of beat one of those ink things with the door and a few other inky things with a cougar to get the food." Audra said, holding out a cracker to the Lost One.
Her hopes were then blotted away.
The Lost One let out a primal shriek of rage and flew itself at Audra, raising its hands to swipe at the cracker-filled hand she held out. Quickly, Audra pulled her arm away and dropped her food, doing a triple backflip before landing on her feet. She turned her head and shouted, "THIS MAN ISN'T VERY NICE!"
When Alinta heard the shout, she ran to the kitchens and the other rooms with a fear and panic. When she finally found Audra, she was already fighting the Lost One. Alinta growled, her lemon-green eyes flashing a dark crimson red as she unconsciously lashed out at the Lost One and kicked him to the ground. Holding her foot above his head, Alinta hissed, "If I let you go, you will listen to me and Audra, otherwise I'll kill you. Do. You. Understand. Me?" The Lost One tried to attack again, but he ended up getting crushed by the tremendous strength of the angry, seething werewolf. A squishy, breaking sound could be heard from its skull.
Audra looks from the ink puddle to Alinta, then back again. "What? H-how? Wh-wh-why?" The young cougar stuttered.
Alinta rolled her eyes. "You'll understand when the time comes." She turned and walked to the kitchen. Audra followed timidly, watching as Alinta's eyes returned to their normally bright green color. Audra didn't even try to talk; it'll just make things worse when Alinta's in that state.
The ink puddles were ignored, since they weren't made of ink. They walked through the ink puddles just fine without any consequences. A Searcher punched the door, then turned into a puddle. When they opened the door, they found another Searcher punching the wall that said, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO KILL ME."
"Yes, we do." Audra said. Alinta turned into a wolf and ate the Searcher from behind. "That's gross." Audra whined.
"Shut up and let's go." Alinta barked, returning back to her humanoid form and walking off. Audra followed after her.
Alinta fainted as soon as she opened a metal door, revealing a few Lost Ones that already spotted the two teens. Alinta's eyes were glowing underneath.
Audra's POV
Nope. Not again. I'll take these down and send them back to where they came from. Uh...Where were they from, anyway? No matter, this'll be quick.
Kaiso's POV
I hope Alinta and Audra are doing well, but knowing them, they'll probably have already ignored both Alison and my warnings and gotten into trouble. They better not have done anything stupid.
"My ink swells and boils -" The Ink Demon started.
"Oh, shut up!" I hissed.
Alinta's POV
I'm in that dark place again. I can't see anything past the six feet in front of me. The only source of light is from me. Did I get a magic overdose? My body feels like it got stabbed by an arrow.
There's a girl who looks like me. She has a violet light emitting from her. Violet hair, nuclear eyes. I already hate her. She's got a corrupted aura that I don't like. She walks up to me, smirking like any typical, manipulative person would. She whispers, "Well, well, well, if it isn't the failed reincarnation of the famous Agent Phoenix. What brings you here?"
"Who are you? Why are you in my head?" I demand. My voice echoed through the headspace.
The girl chuckled. "Oh, I'm you, created by the hatred and negativity that you possess and feel. Why else would I be in your head?" She said darkly, her smile growing more wicked. She leaned over and whispered in my ear, "Yet I hear you have feelings for a certain someone~"
"I don't know what you're talking about!" I snapped.
"It's Audra, isn't it?"
Huh? "What?"
"Don't play dumb with me. I can hear - no, FEEL - how much you love her. You look at her as though she's a puppy in your eyes. You love her, don't you?"
"Y-You don't know anything!" I stuttered.
The dark version of me huffs. "Keep telling yourself that."
"...Why are you here?" I ask.
"Oh, I think we both know the answer to that." The girl sparked a spark of moonlight. "I'm the dark version of your moonlit powers, after all. As long as you live, I keep haunting both you and your little crush."
"Stay away from Audra!" I growl.
"Oh, I will, but the Lost Ones won't stay away from the two of you until you leave the universe." She whispered. She snapped her fingers, creating a vision of Audra fighting off the Lost Ones fiercely. Dark Alinta hissed, "If you want your precious little girlfriend to not get hurt, I can help you - at a price."
I look at the current situation that was out of my hands. I need to make a decision, and it's gotta be now. "Tell me what I need to do."
(Author's Note: 'Tis problem is getting out of hand. Enjoy!)
When Mango reached the house, Hikari was pacing back and forth on the porch. Spotting the cat, Hikari growled, "There you are! Do you have any idea how worried we were, seeing you rush into the blizzard? Especially when -"
Hikari stops scolding her daughter when she sees the injured, unconscious form of Demetria. The mother's eyes widened. "...Best come in." They went inside.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mango held Demetria's limp hand, subconsciously rubbing circles on it as she waited for Demetria to wake up and/or get up, something. Mango stayed up for the rest of the night, watching Demetria and grabbing her a fresh batch of Demetria's favorite flavored hot chocolate. Just as morning came and went, Mango started to lose hope on her older cousin. Although the frostbite was disappearing, the worry didn't, and that worry fed Mango's anxiety.
"How's she doing?" Scylla asked, slowly walking into the room. She knew the dangers of startling Mercats.
Mango's eyes welled up. "I-I don't think she will -" The dam broke, and Mango hunched down, sobbing. "Sh-she's p-probably g-gone b-by n-now a-and it w-won't -"
Scylla hugged Mango. "Mangie, she's still here. I promise you, she'll be awake soon." Scylla reassured the crying girl. Mango held onto Scylla tightly, sobbing her eyes out until she fell asleep.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When Mango woke up, Demetria was standing over her, looking cheerful and sunny, which made Mango confused and angry. Why is her cousin so happy when she literally almost died? Mango hissed, "Why are you so calm when you have a magical blizzard GROWING LARGER EVERY MINUTE?"
Demetria winced. "Nice to see you again, too. And...Yeah, so, uh, well..." She inhales. "I'm grounded from using my powers."
Mango looked like she was going to blow up. "For. How. Long?"
"An hour." Mango breathed a sigh of relief. Demetria said, "Buuuuut...Scylla said you had an emotional breakdown yesterday." Mango tensed up. Demetria asked, "Are you okay now?"
Mango muttered, "I'm fine."
"You know what? That's fair."
(Author's Note: Sorry that this chapter is short, guys! The next chapter will be longer, I promise!)
"YOU SURE THIS IS GOING TO WORK?!" Demetria shouted as she started summoning every last bit of her concentration.
"FOCUS ON THE TASK!" Scylla shouted back, fighting the ice yeti.
Right. Trust the plan. Demetria turned around and held out her hands, closing her eyes and imagining that the storm disperses. That only made it worse.
Scylla yelped as the yeti grew bigger. "DEMETRIA!"
"I'M TRYING!" Demetria whined.
"THEN DON'T FORGET TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!"
Demetria started to gather her beliefs in fighting for justice, since it was feels more natural to do so than believe in herself. Eventually, the blizzard eased up to the point where the sun was visible once more. The ice yeti melted, releasing shrieks that would sound ridiculous if it didn't hurt Scylla and Demetria's ears.
"Thank god that it's over!" Demetria gasped, her vision quickly dimming.
"So, you're thanking me?" Scylla joked, yelping as she tried to walk towards the Froster. Nonetheless, Scylla made it just in time to catch Demetria as she fell unconscious.
Third Person POV
"Behold!" Lord Amok announced as Audra and Alinta entered the room. "The Stranger is upon us. Kill them."
"Wait what?"
"Shit-"
"Kill them now."
"No-"
"Fuck!" This was a short battle, allowing the two Lost Ones to die with one hit, while the ruler two hits. Alinta glared at the corpses, glowing with a pale blue light. She growled, "Pathetic creatures." With a burst of moonlight, the corpses were disintegrated.
Audra gulped. "Crap - Um, Alinta, isn't the entire kingdom we're in going to, I don't know, KILL US for this?"
"Behold! The new King Amok!"
"...What the Venoma?" Audra asked as Alinta happily took the throne. Audra slowly turned around and marched out of the "throne room" in haste. She was not dealing with it at the moment.
2 minutes later...
Alinta had joined Audra in the escapade when they heard this:
"I see your mind as the truth unfolds."
"You don't see nothin', bitch." Alinta hissed.
"Why...Why him?" Audra muttered as she climbed up the ladder.
"You will accept your fate."
"Ink Demon, when I catch you, Ink Demon..." Alinta started.
"Keep your dang mouth shut before I text Kiui and tell her that you need to go to the FNAF dimension again!" Audra calls out.
"You ain't helping the situation, Audra!" Alinta growled.
"Before the end."
"Oh my gods, shut up!" Alinta and Audra snapped in unison.
6 seconds later...
"Oh my goodness, is that a city?!" Audra asked, running up to the window to look at the city outside.
"Audra...the tiny devil is back." Alinta pointed out.
"It's a gosh-darn city, Alinta!" Audra whispered in awe.
"I know, but -"
Audra looked to her side and saw tiny Bendy sitting on the couch next to her. In response to his cuteness, Audra squealed, hugging Bendy. "It's the tiny boooyyy! Hiii!" She pulled herself out of the hug, pulling in a huge breath before she said, "Look, I'm really, really, reeaallyy sorry about stabbing you with my claw earlier. It was a mistake. I didn't mean to make you cry. Can we be friends?" She held out her hand to shake. Bendy looked into Audra's eyes and then shook her hand. Audra bit back her urges to make cuteness overload sounds.
Alinta sighed. "Fine. But we've gotta get into the city. I think that's where Kaiso is."
Bendy shook his head, making a crying look and hugging Audra tightly. It was at that moment that Audra saw a wound on Bendy's cheek. Audra shook her head. "No, Alinta. I'll look after Bendy. You go into the city." Alinta's eye twitched. She grabbed Audra and Bendy, in which Audra held onto the couch and yelped, "No, we're staying."
"Audra -!"
Two or so minutes later...
At the bottom of the stairs, Alinta had Audra by the tail, rolling her eyes as Audra childishly tried to crawl up the stairs and yell, "You meanie!"
Alinta sighed. She let go of Bendy and told him in a monotone voice, "You go sit down somewhere. I'll handle this." As Bendy happily went to go sit down, Alinta turned to Audra. "YOU'RE NOT A CHILD ANYMORE!!! GROW UP!!!!!"
