She won't die alone under a clear knot...
The metallic taste of blood was the first thing Jeffrey remembered. It permeated everything—the air, his clothes, even the grotesque tools that now replaced his hands. Huge rusty scissors on the right, a crude, huge cleaver on the left. They were cold, alien parts of a body that he no longer recognized.
He was a pathetic imitation of a boy. They stretched him out, sculpted him, and mutilated him until he stood seven feet tall, a skinny, tree—like figure. His skin stretched tightly over his bones, and where his hair should have been, twisted, blunt branches protruded from his skull, framing the remaining shreds that clung to areas of flesh that were not affected by "growth." The most terrifying thing of all was the smile frozen on his face like an indelible scar. A wide, unblinking, agonizing smile is a testament to the endless suffering he has endured.
They called it "progress," these people in white coats who stole his childhood. He remembered screaming, begging them to stop, but his pleas were met with cold indifference. Now that the last remnants of the serum were flowing through his veins, he felt nothing but a dull, aching pain.
Then rage broke out. A primal, all-consuming rage that eclipsed the pain. She fueled him, giving him the strength to break out of the sterile cell that was his prison. In the dead of night, he roamed the institution, a silent, monstrous ghost. The tools they implanted in him became instruments of revenge. Screams echoed in the sterile corridors, which quickly subsided. He left behind a trail of blood, a gruesome picture made of the screams and blood of his tormentors.
He was finally free. He wandered into the night, and the cool air lay like a balm on his wounded skin. Freedom. The word tasted like ashes in his mouth. He should have felt joy, triumph, but all he felt was a deep emptiness. The smile on his face was like a brand, an eternal reminder of how terrible he had become. He was a monster, cursed to bear the grotesque fruits of their twisted ambitions.
As he wandered aimlessly through the forest, long-dormant feelings awoke in him. Grief. Unbearable, agonizing longing for the stolen childhood, for the boy he once was. And underneath it all, like suppuration in a wound, smoldered a bitter, burning hatred. He was crying, silent tears streaming down his disfigured face, but the smile remained on him, a terrible mask of suffering.
Then she appeared. The figure is wrapped in a dark cloak, the face is hidden by a deep hood. All he could see was a smile, bright and sad, mirroring his own.
"Don't be afraid, child," she said in a soft whisper that resonated deep in his soul. "I won't hurt you." Come with me, and your soul will find peace.
He hesitated for only a moment. What did he have to lose? He was a monster, an abomination. He had nowhere else to go. He nodded in silent agreement and followed her into the shadows.
He remembered begging them to stop. He remembered the pain, the fear, the desperate hope that someone, anyone, would hear his screams. But they didn't pay attention to him, they considered him a test subject, an experiment.
Everything was different now. He felt... safe. She protected him, took care of him, treated him with a tenderness he didn't even know existed. He was still a monster, but she didn't shrink away from him. She saw behind the grotesque exterior the lost, broken boy inside. He was grateful. Eternally, irrevocably grateful.
He was happy.

The cold stone was slippery from the rain. One word was carved into the granite: "Jeffrey."
A woman in a hooded cape stood in front of the grave, clutching a bouquet of wildflowers in her gloved hand. Her smile disappeared, replaced by a deep sadness that was reflected in the gloomy sky above.
She knelt down and carefully placed the flowers on the rain-soaked ground. A single tear rolled down her cheek and disappeared into the shadow of her hood.
And then, without saying a word, she turned and walked away, leaving a lonely grave in the silence of the forest. The mystery of Jeffrey, the monster who was once a boy, is buried underground and has finally found peace...
.....Jeffrey doesn't deserve this....

Jennifer has always been aware that her life is different from the lives of her peers. In a family where strict and demanding parents reigned, she was forced to constantly meet their expectations: studies, sports, social activities - all this was supposed to serve as confirmation of their high demands. However, despite all these responsibilities, Jennifer felt empty. She understood that behind the facade of success and meeting the expectations of her parents, there was something more that she lacked. Sometimes she tried to fill this void with small joys, but realized that it did not bring her satisfaction. After meeting Komi, Jennifer ran into a man who, surprisingly, understood her better than anyone else. Komi did not condemn her for selfishness, but, on the contrary, made her think about her desires and dreams. In his company, she learned not only to take care of herself, but also to open up to a new, sincere world. Together they explored the streets of the city every corner, every sound. And in those moments, Jennifer realized that she had found herself. Now her selfishness has become not just a disadvantage, but a source of strength that allowed her to break out of the rigid framework and start living a real free life.
Komi Fitzgerald, a mysterious musician, roams the night streets of his hometown like a spirit trapped in his music. Every chord plucked from his guitar strings fills the air with emotion, and his soul is awash with silent reflections of loss and hope. He knows that music is more than just a collection of notes; it's a language that can speak volumes about things words can't express. On each note he plays, the shadows of his past loom large - love that burned brightly, friends who are gone forever, dreams that seemed within reach. His songs are an attempt to find harmony amid chaos, to make something beautiful from broken pieces.Under the moonlight guiding his path, Komi feels his heart beat in time with the universe. He dives deep into his thoughts, finding serenity in the melody, as it swirls around him in a gentle dance. Music is his sanctuary, his home - he doesn't need walls to feel alive, only the freedom to create.
