I never understood why loa bloggers said “persistence is key” until I actually persisted.

My mindset was the worst. I was THAT kind of person “I’m the exception the law doesn’t work for me☹️” or “I don’t think I have xyz I feel like I’m lying to myself💆‍♀️”. I used to write huge lists of things to manifest and start a plan to manifest them all. Then I would affirm for them and feel good but even the slightest of doubts could crash the mindset I was “building”. See here I was wrong. You think you need to grow your mindset to manifest instantly blablabla not true😠!! You are not growing your God mindset you were born with it, you’re only telling the doubts and worries to stfu cause they are not you. 💅🏻I will say this forever. YOU DO NOT HAVE DOUBTS the ego does. There’s no mindset to be changed, there’s just an ego to be crashed. All you need to do is choose what you want and P E R S I S T. Persisting isn’t important just for your desires to show up in the 3d. Persisting is crucial for your mindset. You can’t expect to “start over” every time you doubt. No matter the ups and downs your “mindset” has YOU gotta persist. DECIDE not to resonate with those bad feelings and worries and soon enough you won’t feel like ur sayin ur affirmations lying to yourself, you’ll feel like ur directly talking about your life in the 4D. By doing this my mindset shifted in one day. That day I woke up feeling amazing, I did my affirmation routine and then everything dropped. I started questioning everything like “why the hell am I feeling good” “hold on now do I actually have xyz”. Usually I would’ve started over my whole manifestation “journey” but I got so mad istg. I was like bruh I was doing so good before affirming what the hell happened. Well this is what happened. After affirming I felt so good that my ego had to come in right away. I wasn’t used to feeling so good. But I had been there before so this time I decided to let it pass. Even if once again I felt like I was lying to myself when affirming, I kept saying “no I know I have xyz, this is simply my EGO”. Hours later I had entered the sabbath state. I knew because I went out that day not caring AT ALL about my 3d. I was wild seriously I started looking around in the 3d in the worst circumstances KNOWIN they weren’t real. It felt so liberating. It felt like the 3D was this dead reality and that everything could be changed. Spoiler that’s what it is!! I knew this time it was the final mindset shift because I had felt like that before but I always knew these great feelings were gonna pass and I would go back to doubting. This time it lasted and it just felt so right and pure. Moral of the story You cannot fail. You think you can fail because you have doubts? You persists and those WILL go away. AINT NO DAMN WAY THEY WONT GO AWAY AND YOU KNOW IT. I DONT CARE IF YOU WERE DOING SO GOOD FOR A WEEK AND THEN EVERYTHING CHANGED. YOU PERSIST BECAUSE THE REAL YOU (GOD) STILL NEEDS TO COME OUT. idek how to explain it. It’s like you were never meant to suffer on this earth, you were meant to feel so limitless that everything you want comes to you. KEEP PERSISTING CAUSE YOU CANNOT FAIL.

Shifting your story exercise

Your story is what you believe to be true about yourself and life. It's what you tell yourself over and over again. The story you believe creates your reality. Therefore, shifting your story also shifts your reality. This is an exercise to become aware of your current story and any limiting beliefs in order to shift them into one that aligns with your desired reality.

Take out a notebook and write all areas of your life

what are your beliefs about relationships, love, your body, money, success?

Body

What do you believe your body should look like?

What do you believe is stopping you from getting that desired body?

What do you think is healthy and not healthy for your body?

Career

what are your beliefs about money?

Do you believe it is fair and just for you to have more of an income?

Do you believe you deserve abundance and success?

Relationships/love

what does a normal/healthy relationship look like to you?

Home

what do believe a home environment to be like

what do you want your future home environment to look like

Emotional state

what is my natural emotional state?

Why is my emotional state like this?

Now, rewire any limiting beliefs with these five steps.

Notice the limiting belief: Spot limiting beliefs with self-awareness. If you have that annoying little voice inside your head telling you that you’re unworthy or unable to do something your rational brain knows you’re capable of, this is probably a limiting belief. (Meditation is great for getting in tune with your thoughts, self-awareness, and spotting limiting beliefs.)

Acknowledge: Acknowledge the limiting belief for what it is.

Question your limiting belief: Once you’ve spotted a limiting belief, isolate it. Write it down. Now we can question it.

Let go of the limiting belief: Forgive yourself for holding this belief, take a deep breath, and let it go. You simply don’t need it anymore.

Replace the self-doubt:  Replace this old belief with a new one. Using positive affirmations can be really good for this exercise. It doesn’t have to be outlandish or unrealistic – accept yourself for who you really are. Realize that you’re okay with your abilities and that nothing can hold you back.

It’s time to boss up, because no one is going to manifest that dream life you rightfully deserve for you but you. The world is in your hands, bby. No one one else’s. So it’s time to drop the negative and opposing thoughts that have nothing to do with the life you are about to live and acknowledge your power like the motherfucking bad bitch you are. Your desires are waiting for you, they need you. They are literally aching for your presence right now and all you have to do end the separation between you two is to assume you have them right now and don’t you dare budge until you get exactly what you deserve. Do not settle for anything but the best because you are in fact the best.

Time for a digital declutter:

Clear desktop

Delete apps you don’t use

Delete downloads/screenshots

Organise everything into folders

Give every document a clear name

Delete your emails (!!!)

Unsubscribe from email lists

Check and install updates

Turn off any social media notifications you don’t need

Organise your pictures into folders

Do the same with apps

Go through your Facebook friends list/people you follow on Instagram

Unfollow anything that makes you feel insecure

Clear browser history and bookmarks

Back up anything that’s important

MAKE A VISION BOARD WALLPAPER. Create one that aligns with your goals and dream self, so that every time you pick your phone up, you’re reminded of your goals and future vision. Also, great for manifesting! 

KNOW YOUR APP’S PURPOSE. For me, tumblr is a way I share advice and learn, YouTube I also learn from others, pinterest I get inspired, netflix is a way for me to unwind etc. If for any app, you cannot name a proper purpose/intent to use it daily or to help with your goals, delete it. 

DECIDE WHICH TYPES OF APPS YOU WANT. If you have a new phone, or you want to completely reset your phone, write or type, the apps, that you want and those you don’t. 

E.g I want to learn a language, practice mindfulness on the go, get some mental gratification that isn’t addicting, organise my life better and have a way to track my progress. I don’t want apps that support doom-scrolling, make me compare myself and are addictive. 

BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU SIGN UP TO. Newsletters, social media, subscribing to YouTubers and so on, just think about your goals and vision and if they align with them, every time you think about signing up/subscribing. 

HAVE NO PHONE TIME/ZONES. For me, my phone is not allowed to be used in bed. If I must use my phone, I have to get out of bed first. My phone is also not allowed during study time, so I put it in a separate room which makes it inconvenient. 

REGULARLY DO A DIGITAL DECLUTTER. Delete any old contacts that you don’t talk to, unsubscribe from newsletters and YouTube channels, organise your socials etc. Removes space and helps us to see our phones with more clarity. 

SET PURPOSEFUL WIDGETS. These can be anything, motivational quotes, your daily to-do list, reminders of your habits and so on. However, make sure you’re looking at them and they're not just taking up space.

♡︎ When i see something i don’t like i just repeat the new story in my head with confidence because i know it doesn’t mean shit.

♡︎ If i have the urge to check the 3D i stop myself and reassure myself it’s done with my affirmations. Because i do not need the 3D to validate me. It’s dead.

♡︎ If i feel very overwhelmed and i cannot think straight enough to focus on anything, i focus on one affirmation and loop it until i feel calm enough to carry on with my day. This is either ‘Everything in my life is perfect’ or ‘Only good things happen to me’

♡︎ As soon as i hear myself begin to waver, i cut myself off and use all my energy to remind myself i am that bitch that gets everything she wants so that nasty ass thought needs to shut up

♡︎ if I receive a half assed desire I do not just take it. I am god. I affirm with confidence until everyone knows I don’t just get what I want, I get exactly what I want

♡︎ If i catch myself doubting my power or not living in the end i dedicate that day to focusing on my self concept because bitch i’m worth more than what i desire.

What to take from this:

- Remind yourself of the new story because that’s the only that matters

- Just focus on what you want because that’s exactly how you get what you want

- Why check the 3D when you already know you have it? Trust yourself, bab.

- Have a go to affirmation or visualisation to loop when things get too much

- We don’t have time to waver on the shit we don’t want

- Don’t you dare settle for less than your desires. You are god.

- You are worth more than all your desires combined. Act like it.
