Now, I know you guys have read posts upon posts about how states are important and what they are. However, I have seen a lot of people asking just how to use states to change your self-concept. Here, I will tell you guys how I have been able to effectively change my state in relation to my self-concept.
𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬?
We’ve said this time and time again, states are mindsets. Think about it like this: your state = state of mind. It's really as simple as that. If you notice the thoughts you are thinking, how you're reacting to things around you and the feelings you have currently, then you can be aware of the current state that you are occupying.
𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭
A lot of people like to say that self-concept isn’t important. Yes, you can manifest without a good self-concept. It’s possible, everyone has done it. Since we are constantly manifesting unconsciously, clearly we don’t need a good self-concept to manifest. However, if you want to consciously manifest better, and if you want your unconscious manifestations to be favorable, I would say that working on your self-concept is imperative.
𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 In my experience, people have been overcomplicating the idea of states. Really, states are not complicated. They may seem daunting since it’s a new phrase floating around the loa sphere. However, it’s actually very simple. You are always entertaining a state. You are in a state right now. Observe the thoughts you’re thinking right now and you will be able to identify the state you are currently in. If your thoughts are positive in your favor, then you are in a favorable state. If you find yourself thinking thoughts that are often negative or even degrading to yourself, then you are in an unfavorable state, and I would encourage you to change it.
𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 Your self-concept is not your assumptions about the world around you. It’s assumptions you have about self. It includes your limitations, your strengths and weaknesses, your social skills, your confidence, and most importantly, your assumptions about manifestation. Also, people think that working on your self-concept is a complicated process. Really, it’s just consciously working on your beliefs about yourself, manifestation, and consciously changing your states when you find yourself in an unfavorable state. Mental diets are also very important when it comes to changing your self-concept. Being aware of your thoughts allows you to be aware of the state you are consistently entertaining.
𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭
While self-concept has to do with the assumptions you have about yourself and who you are in relation to the world, it also has to do with your current state of consciousness. How you feel internally and even the thoughts you think can affect how you react to the world around you.
This is why using states to change your self-concept is so important.
You can change your current state to one of confidence, intelligence, sociability, success, being the god of your reality, etc. Any state of mind can be a state. However, to completely change your state, you must abandon the previous state. You cannot take any part of an old state into your new state, you cannot be double-minded.
𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐒 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞
SATS = the state akin to sleep
Before, I used to think that working on your self-concept was difficult. In fact, in my early days on Tumblr, the only way I suggested working on your self-concept was through affirmations. To be honest, it was the only way I knew how to do it at the time. However, once I figured out that states are a quick and easy way to improve your self-concept, everything changed for me. Suddenly I wasn’t trying to change my self-concept, I was effectively and permanently bettering my self-concept.
My favorite way to change my state is with intention, of course. The way I do this is by becoming aware of the undesirable state and then deciding to change it to something much more desirable. It usually has to do with whatever I want to embody at the moment. This means, if the actions I am perpetuating show that I am in an insecure state, then I will decide to change my state to that of someone who is sure of herself and confident.
Sometimes, though, changing my state can be more difficult. Maybe I'm in an intense emotional state and intention is too simple for me to fully leave behind that state and embody a new one. In this case, I love to use the SATS method to change my state.
Now, I will be sharing the entire process that helps me do this.
First, in order to get into SATS, you must immobilize your body. It's basically meditation. You can do it in any position if you'd like: sitting, laying down, or even standing. Just be in a place where you can completely, calmly, and safely detach from the room around you. Then, you will relax your mind and your body. It helps for me to say things like I am relaxed, I am calm, or I am the operant power of my reality as I am entering the state akin to sleep. Make sure your mind isn't wandering or racing too much. It will take practice to keep your mind disciplined, so if you find your mind wandering often, don't get frustrated. Just simply return your attention back to the main scene. Once you reach a point where you feel relaxed and calm, and I've found that this can take from 1-30 minutes depending on the person, you will begin to say I am not my state, I am not my body, I am not my feelings, I am not my emotions, and similar phrases in order to detach from the physical and focus on the inner reality and consciousness. You can say these as many times as you want, but I usually repeat them about 3 times, or until it feels real to me. Then, I focus on my desired state, feeling the wish fulfilled in this safe space I've created in my imagination. I allow myself to inhabit this desired state until I feel like I can persist in it, and then I exit the state akin to sleep.
𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Once you achieve this desirable state, all it takes is persistence to permanently achieve this desired state. This means that whenever you find yourself in a state that isn’t helpful to you, you must decide to return back to the desired state. Whether you do this by intention, SATS, or by any other method, it’s just important to return to the desired state.
Don’t worry about wavering, that’s okay. Remain determined and faithful to your new state. Once you repeatedly return to the state enough, it will become natural to you, and you won’t have to intentionally return to it anymore. At that point, you will be in the Sabbath. The manifestation process is not only for physical manifestation, it’s all the same even for internal manifestations, such as mindset changes and self-concept changes.
Therefore, working on your self-concept can be as easy as deciding and intending to change your state of consciousness.
Remain in the mental state defined as your objective until it has the feeling of reality , and all the forces of heaven and earth will rush to aid its embodiment. (Assumptions Harden Into Fact Neville Goddard)

Why don't you have your manifestations yet?
Well, I'd say about 90% of the reason why you don't have your desires is because you haven't persisted at all.
What is persisting you ask me? It's just continuing to think stuff in your favor regardless of what you see in the 3D.
People go "Oh-I've been persisting since July or August or sth" but the truth is that if you'd actually persist, you wouldn't be checking the time because you already had it. And to be saying that you'd been persisting since so long but the results you got were the minimum, maybe you didn't persist at all.
Persisting is very easy. Every time you're thinking of your desires and the negative thoughts come creeping in, change your thoughts to something that aligns with your desired reality. Just don't entertain the negative thoughts.
That's it. It is as simple as that. You might find it fake or just something unbelievable. But as you go on around with the desired thoughts, they'll feel more real and natural. So, every time you have a negative thought, flip it to a positive one. Manifestation seems easy and it sure is, but you need to be disciplined. You might just have a rough day and stuff, but at the end of the day if you just go on persisting and not giving power to your unwanted thoughts, you'll manifest the life you desire.
Doing all those self love, self concept is fun and actually beneficial but it is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL. You can 100% manifest without them. All you have to do is change the thoughts of your mind.
I can't stress this enough. If do all things but at the end of the day just go around searching for signs and just wavering, I'm sorry it'll probably take a lot of time. Change your thoughts, believe me like for a day or so just think everything in your favor and watch how things change around.
Whatever you see in 3D is just your thoughts you'd persisted on. So change the thoughts, change the 3D.
Confidence is something that everybody wants to have but the most of people don't feel that way.
In the past I really felt like confidence was something I could never reach out but I used the internet to help me overcome my difficulties and now I want to help you in your journey to build the best confidence ever!
Confidence is not just beauty, it's so much more than that, it's the way you talk to, the way you dresses, how you take care about you, when you spoiled you. It's all about you and how you view you, there's nothing to do with people around you, like your family, friends, boyfriend, girlfriend or anyone else.
↪Take a good care of you - start to use make up or stop, you decide. Change you style, buy new clothes and shoes. Dye your hair or chop it off. Take long baths, take care of your skin. Do anything that makes you feel a goddess.
↪Exercise more - your body needs that, your going to see yourself with other eyes, you going to feel more energetic and healthy.
↪Look in the mirror - this one is great. When you see yourself more often gets easy to see how beautiful you are. Just look in the mirror without looking for flaws.
↪Be confident - you need to choose be confident and believe you can do whatever you want to. Stop your negative self talk and doubts.
Here are my tips to built confidence. Be pacient, determined, kind to yourself and please accept who you are.

Guys. there’s a reason it’s taking you MONTHS on MONTHS on MONTHS to manifest your SP. or $10,000. or whatever tf. please pay attention to this post in full. The universe is not dangling your manifestation in front of your face like a carrot and randomly deciding what day you will be worthy of receiving your shit after chasing and chasing after it. This is what I had to learn to REALLY start easily manifesting whatever I want.

a lot of people are simply not taking the time to step out of their comfort zone and allowing themselves to feel good more than they feel bad. A lot of people (me included) have grown this addiction to feeling good temporarily and falling back into a slump and pitying ourselves. a lot of people have difficulty manifesting when just repeating a few surface-level affirmations..

Why are we looking externally for what we need internally?
your SP, money, desired life, etc is not going anywhere.
In fact, those deep down limiting beliefs you have are what’s keeping them so far away.
What are we gaining by saying “my SP is perfect for me. They speak to me everyday, blah blah blah” and then for the rest of the day being mad at all the old shit they’ve done.. if that’s not even the version of them you’re manifesting?
if everyone in your life keep disrespecting you and betraying you over and over again, there may be something within you that is allowing this behavior. Do you really feel like you are worthy of relentless respect and prioritization? Or have you still been holding on to beliefs from years ago where you felt ignored, unappreciated, betrayed and abandoned? Why do you see riches and your SP as things that are so above you? If you really were always chosen and prioritized, you definitely wouldn’t feel this way towards your desires.
Calling yourself the best looking person alive is great, but alone may not be bringing you the genuine unconditional love you crave. I’m not saying you doing what you’re doing now won’t get you what you want, but it will save you a hell of a lot of time to apply this info. The Law of Assumption is a LAW. it HAS to confirm once you are actually changing your beliefs. You need to take all the old BS like you being scared of real love bc you never experienced it before or that you can’t make a certain amount of money without working hard out of your brain, replacing them with the opposite beliefs, and your life will drastically change. IT’S THE LAW.🌟 Let’s get out of this “everyone gets what they want but me” syndrome. We ALL getting what we want.

You do NOT have to work hard in order to get what you want!
You read that right! You don't have to work hard in order to get what you want. Isn't that amazing? All you have to do in order to get what you desire is to affirm and persist for it. That's literally it!
You don't have to work extra hours at your job in order to get that raise. You don't have to text first or be good at flirting in order to have your sp. You don't have to be as thin as a minecraft enderman or fit eurocentric beauty standards in order to be beautiful. You don't have to have pale skin or follow trends in order to be worthy of love and respect. You just have to affirm and persist for what it is that you want and you'll be able to get it. You already have what you want regardless of anything!
Nothing is out of your reach unless you assume that it is. Nothing is impossible unless you assume that something's impossible. On the other end, if you assume that you can have something, than you absolutely can have it. If you assume that you always get what you want, then you always get what you want. It's that simple!
Your subconscious mind already does all the hard work for you. So stop overworking yourself and doing so much unnecessary shit that's only stressing you out and making you feel exhausted and make life easier for yourself. You don't have to work so much. All you have to do is affirm and persist. Your thoughts create, not the amount of work that you do. You are worthy of your desires no matter how much time and effort you put into receiving them.

how do you put yourself into the state?
just decide, that's it. just decide that you have it bc u do in ur imagination (which is ur real reality) and u don't have to do anything bc each state comes w it's own self concept, beliefs, assumptions and experiences.
what if you fall out of it?
it's okay! you did nothing wrong! just self soothe via eft tapping, meditating, whatever u want and just get back on it, it's not gonna just magically poof away bc u fell outta the state key here is stability - focus on stabilizing urself by trying to relax however that might be and then just hop back on! <3
How do you know you're out of the state kaeya?
you may be checking the 3d, worrying, or having opposing thoughts, you might feel generally anxious or just might not feel like you can control the 3D. again, THOUGHTS ARE THOUGHTS (as I explained above). they are NOT what manifests, IT IS YOUR STATE THAT DOES! they have no power over you unless you give them power and you don't give them the power to do so since u create your own reality!
don't identify (accept them as true) & let them pass. since your state manifests, a few random ass thoughts that you don't accept as true and your identity can't manifest! HOW? how can they manifest when 1. you haven't identified those random thoughts to be fact and 2. you identify with what you already WANT/HAVE!
TO GET BACK INTO THE STATE: intend (set the intention of going back or wanting to go back into the state of the wish fulfilled) and decide you're back into it again!
what if I spiral? have opposing thoughts? cry??
how.. is that gonna affect ur state? how will that affect ur identity? ur still the person that has it/god of ur reality and spiraling and all that doesn't do anything because you decide that it doesn't + emotions don't manifest because you've decided that you have it already as a fact! how is salt water gonna affect it babes? ✩ KEY TIP: if you're someone who has been affected with trauma, is ND, has mental health issues -> PLEASE be gentle with yourself and let yourself feel!

feeling = accepting ur desire as yours
feeling is just knowing that it's already yours and living it! it's natural!
and if you feel like you're not "desiring" your desire -> the reason u may feel like you've stopped "desiring it" is because it feels natural to u now! let's say u wanted to buy something you've wanted for a while now, u bought it and that "spark" stays with u for about a week, afterwards u won't feel like that bc it's natural now!
and YES, you can use whatever the fuck method u want to get into the state, that depends on u and what makes u happy. hell, you could literally manifest by eating 2 bags of cheetos and thinking that it'll get you whatever you want because you decided and ASSUMED that it will. it's not abt the methods or the techniques, it's abt what you assume/decide

nope, would u be repeating affs if u already had it? would you have to work on sc if u already had it? and no you don't need to heal because if you already had it would you be worrying about ANY of that?

doesn't matter, never has and never will because the the 3d is just a reflection of ur 4d, it calms u down. when u live in having the desire already, it's done and u don't have to worry abt anything. it's a reflection of ur beliefs and who you are being.
