Shigure’s asleep, mostly. He’s dreaming some sort of dream, but he can’t really remember exactly what it is. At the very least, it’s given him a happy feeling, so perhaps its okay that he can’t fully remember.

From mostly asleep, he shifts to fully awake at the sound of his name. He opens his eyes and its still dark, the middle of the night. For a moment, he thinks he imagined someone calling his name, but it comes again, very softly.

“Shigure…?”

“Yes, my love?” his response is returned just as softly, accompanied by the rustle of sheets as he turns to face you.

There’s a loud sniffle that’s never a good sign, but the sound is muffled as you too turn, this time away from him. The nasally sound that comes with crying invades your voice as you make a request, “D-Don’t look at me.”

“It’s too dark, I can’t see anything,” he reassures, but there’s a soft tinge of worry in his words. It’s the middle of the night, why are you crying? Has something happened while he was asleep? As he waits for a response, he can’t help but worry a little more.

“I… I had a bad dream.” This too comes with a loud sniff and Shigure swears he can hear the tears you’re crying. 

Hesitant, he voices a question, one that had been rattling around in his head moments before. “Would you like to talk about it?”

The bed moves as you shake your head from side to side. No, you wouldn’t like to talk about it but… “I wanted to know if you were okay.”

Shigure’s mouth opens into an O shape as he realizes what you mean. It was one of those dreams, the type that plague everyone in the army. The sort of dream in which the people you love die and there’s nothing you can do to help. 

Before he can reply, you continue to speak. “I’ll… I’ll be fine. I just needed to… to hear your voice.”

Something in Shigure’s heart melts at that and he can’t help himself from shuffling a bit closer to embrace you from behind. “It’s alright,” he says, “I’m here.”

There’s another sniffle from you and he swears he can hear the tears falling from your eyes, so he opens his mouth and begins to sing, soft and quiet to soothe your fears. The soft, anchoring pressure of his arms along with the soothing lull of his voice stop your tears after a minute, helping you fall asleep after a few more.

Even once he knows you’re sleeping, Shigure sings a few more lines, just to make sure. Placing a soft kiss to the back of your head, he lets himself drift off as well. This time, he hopes, your dream will be much better.

PART 1 - Portgas D. Ace x F! Reader ~ Why isn't she here?

PART 2

“Ace… Ace, brother!!”, shouts Luffy. Ace is still severely injured, bedridden, tears running through his freckled cheeks. He's still asleep, perhaps having flashbacks of the… war. “L-Luffy…”, he says, opening his eyes violently, all of a sudden. “Ace… How are you? Does it hurt?”, his brother asks, desperately, also injured, but sitting next to him.

Multiple marks cover Ace’s skin. A big one over his heart it’s about to become one that skin will not ever repair… a scar, deep IN his heart. Ace tries to incorporate, but he fails. He is weaker than ever, it hurts, it hurts like hell.

“Where… where is she?” he asks, gasping for air. Luffy cries, Luffy tries to tell him, but Luffy can’t speak. He doesn’t want to be the one who hurts his brother forever, but he has to. “Luffy…where is she? Is she ok?”, he asks once again, and his voice begins to crack. Ace already knows, but he just prefers to think it was just a dream.

Luffy stops crying and remembers about Ace telling them “stop being a crybaby, I hate crybabies”, he also remembers when she used to stay with Ace when he felt alone, when he hated his father… “Ace… she… didn’t make it…”, Luffy says straight to him.

“What do you mean? What do you mean she didn’t make it? where… Where is she? you are lying… where is she?!”, Ace shouts. “She is dead, Ace… She died protecting you, if it weren’t for her, you wouldn’t be here”, Luffy tells him, trying to stop his tears from coming out.

Ace’s heart broke in a hundred pieces, and the little hope he still had seems to go away. His eyes became blurred with tears that couldn’t be stopped. He screams so loud, enough to be heard from the very opposite side of the island.

This time he stands up, pulling energy from who knows where. He runs through the little house, opens the door, and sees a big sea ahead of him. They were on the coast of Amazon Lilly. All the cables, all the bandages he had on his body fell to the floor.

He kneels, hitting his already bruised knees and hands on the ground. “Why her and not me? I couldn’t tell her how much I love her”, he shouts to the horizon. Every single injury begins to bleed, the ground receives thick red drops that won’t stop flowing… and with every single drop, Ace feels his life slowly fading away, his lover, the love of his life, his best friend, is gone. And all because of him, because of being the son of Gol D. Roger... Damn him. “She gave me back my will to leave, Luffy… it’s not fair… Luffy, Luffy, it's not fair!!!”

Luffy hugs his brother so tight, trying to calm him down, but mostly because he knows this is tearing his insides apart… “Why couldn't I protect her? Why was she there? Luffy, oi Luffy, why is she dead? Who killed her?” he asks, crying, coughing some blood. “I’m sorry brother… she... she interposed between you and Akainu… she… she received the whole fist…”. Ace looks at his brother, with fire in his eyes. He doesn’t need to speak to swear revenge… Akainu will pay... the whole Marine will.

Ace slowly closes his eyes and loses consciousness again, falling over Luffy’s arms. “I’m sorry brother, I’m really sorry…”, says Strawhat while caressing Ace’s head, hurt by the loss of his friend, but relieved to still have his brother breathing on his arms… “Don’t worry, Ace… I’m sure Sabo will take care of her up there…”

So, we are all fully aware by now, that Tadashi is very needy and makes sure you know that he deserves most of your time.

But Bunny Tadashi is even worse.

If you aren't smothering him in some kind of attention, his life is going to end immediately.

It gets old fast. And no matter how much you try and punish your bunny in an attempt to tame him, he always managed to bounce back, as needy as ever.

While yes, his neediness wasn't always horrible, he still had no sense of boundaries or "me time".

Well, this time, his brattiness came back to bite him in the ass.

You knew his heat season was coming up, and you figured he would behave so that he wouldn't get punished and risk not getting the attention he wanted. You were wrong.

It got worse.

"Mommy! Come cuddle with me!"

"Whatever you're doing can't be as important as me, can it?"

"It's not fair, you won't pay attention to me, do you not love me anymore!"

Naturally, you decided that both of you had enough.

"That's enough Tadashi. Until you can get over this bratty, stuck up attitude of yours, you're not getting anything from me. No playtime, no cuddles, no kisses, nothing."

The look on his face was priceless. Immediately drops to his knees and begs for any other punishment than that.

"No! Don't ignore me, please! Anything else, I'll do anything else, it's just not fair!"

"Life's not fair. I'm going to enjoy myself and you're going to think about what you've done."

He was not happy then, but imagine his dismay when his heat hit the next day. You woke up to a sobbing, half asleep Tadashi dry-humping your leg.

"I said nothing, I mean nothing. Get yourself off if you need it that bad."

You knew full well that Tadashi hated having to get himself off. It was just not as good as you. But you also knew that it would stick with him more than any other punishment you had tried.

He spent most of his time in your room, on your bed, trying to get himself off, sleeping, or crying at how "abused" he was. He would beg for you so loudly you were positive the neighbors could hesr him.

"Mommy, I need you to touch me, please! I'll be good now! I promise! I can't take this anymore, don't wanna do it myself, I can't!"

You almost felt bad for him, but you reminded yourself that he had gotten himself in the situation, he could get himself out. So sighing and walking into your bedroom to repremand the horny rabbit, you're greeted with a beautiful sight you never knew you needed to see.

His back was arched off the bed, red, achy and throbbing cock gripped in his hand as he tried to fuck his fist to satiate the burning in his stomach. His soft tail was wiggling frantically and his ears were flopped down against the pillows, his freckled cheeks were drenched in tears and bright red. You had no idea if he knew you were there, but you decided to sit back and enjoy the show.

Sitting back in a chair you had pulled into the living room, you watched your bunny try to get himself off and fail.

"Mommy, I don't wanna do it, please touch me!"

Imagine domestic!Bakugou coming home after dealing with shitty villains and mass amount of paper work and as soon as he steps through the door, his kids are already latching onto his legs and hugging him.

He acts like it annoys him but really he loves having to struggle to get his shoes off at the door because he doesn’t want them to let go so he’s just like, “alright you brats” before having to waddle towards the living room and the kids are just laughing whenever he tries to playfully shake them off of him but hearing their laughter brings a sense another form of pride swelling in him.

His favorite favorite though is when it’s you and the kids latching into him as soon as he steps through the door. You wrapping your arms and legs around him, burying your face in his neck as the little gremlins attach themselves to his legs.

“Can I at least get my shoes off first?”

You: “no 😙”

Kids: “nope!🤗🤗”

He only signs and tries to make his way further around the house with three people latching onto him but he wouldn’t have it any other way and gives him even more of a reason to fight hard because his loving family is always waiting for him💙💥

There were many things about Sebastian that irritated him. The way he did everything flawlessly, the effortlessness he did those things, his attitude. Cocky was one way to describe it. Despite all of that, Sebastian was built to draw people in, and Bard wasn't an exception. He quickly became entangled in it. A quick moment or two in the kitchen before Sebastian was off once again at the call of their master. It was about scratching an itch, nothing more. So he told himself.

When he saw the oncoming hail of bullets, watched as they hit Sebastian's body, blood pouring as he fell to the floor, Bard felt his stomach drop. He ran out from behind his cover, grabbing onto his lapels. Sebastian stayed unresponsive as he dragged him back as Mey Rin picked each man firing at them off. 

One by one they fell, and after all the cleaning was done, the manor looked as it did before. No attack on a noble, no damage to the estate. Bard sat guard next to Sebastian's shallow grave, taking a drag on a cigarette. Stupid bastard, risking his life like that. Cocky, arrogant, insufferable…

A gloved hand pushed its way out of the dirt, and soon, the rest of Sebastian followed. He shook himself off as Bard kept smoking, not bothering to look over.

Sebastian spoke, standing up and dusting off his suit. "I thought you'd be more startled."

"Because you're not human? I know." Bard said.

"You know?" Sebastian asked. There was a look of shock on his face, and something in Bard took joy in finally finding a way to surprise him.

"Yeah well I'm not an idiot." Bard said. "That's not the first time you've survived something you shouldn't."

"Mm. Well." Sebastian stepped closer, looming over the human. "Are you afraid?"

Bard scoffed, "No."

"Why not?"

"Do you want me to be?"

Bard looked up at him, defiant. Smirking in return, Sebastian answered truthfully, "No."
