I love this fandom so much! đ¤Ł
Okay, hot take? Bisexual and pansexual are functionally synonyms, and the decision to ID as one or the other comes down to personal preference and interpretation, and any attempt to further separate the two is driving a wedge between two communities that should have nothing but love and solidarity for one another.Â
We have more in common than not, and the words for our respective identities should not be pitted against each other.Â
when i was 12 or something like that, my sister had this awesome teacher whoâd let her borrow books and take them home. One day she brought home A Series if Unfortunate Events. You know when you see something and your first thought is âfvck, this looks epic, I need it in my life so I can find out everything about it.. right. Now.â Thatâs how I felt when I seen the cover. She refused to let me read them so I had to wait until she fell asleep at night, sneak into her room, read into ungodly hours and return the book before she woke up without waking herâ. I was sleep deprived for months. But it was worth it :):)

I am now crying. I'm reliving it all over again
That part wherein Peter says âMr. Stark, I donât feel so goodâ as he touches his stomach. And you get to witness it slowly happening to him, slowly realizing whatâs about to happen to him because of his Spider Sense.
Then Peter walks to Tony and Tony goes âYouâre alrightâ reassuring this boy, this kid who wasnât even supposed to be in space and wasnât supposed to be involved in this warâhe was supposed to be back on Earth on his field trip. Then Peterâs legs give out as he throws himself to Tony, but his healing ability tries to fix that as his legs disappear but thereâs only so much his powers could do. But this also means he gets to experience the pain way so much more compared to the others because his senses are dialed to elevenâthere was just so much input. âI donât know whatâs happening.â
He was in so much pain while he was dying.
Then Peter cries as he clings harder to Tony because heâs a kid and what do kids do when they canât help themselves and they donât know what to do? They go to an adult. Tony Stark is someone who Peter idolizes so much, he believes that Mr. Stark will be able to save him, like he always had.
So he begs as he cries.
âI donât wanna go. I donât wanna go, Mr. Stark, please. I donât wanna go, I donât wanna go. I donât want to go.â
That last âI donât want to goâ was the most heartbreaking because his voice, he sounded like a helpless kid as his voice cracks, sobbing so hard, clinging as much as he could hoping Mr. Stark would make everything better because he knows that Mr. Stark is the best.
Peter is so scared. So, so so scared of dying. Heâs so young, heâs only 17. He hasnât done much yet being a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Hasnât proven himself enough.
Then he says âIâm sorry.â
Heâs sorry because he didnât listen when he was told to go back to Earth. Heâs sorry because he failed Iron Man. Heâs sorry because he knew Tony would be guilty and would blame himself if he died. Heâs sorry because heâs not strong enough and heâs not worthy to be an Avenger after all.Â
And we get to see how affected Tony was, how he was also crying because this kid wants him to save him, to keep him safeâhe promised to keep this boy safe. He made him the Iron Spider suit to prevent this from happening. He was going to catch this kid whenever he falls and he did but then it wasnât good enough because here Peter was, a kid he grew to love so much⌠dying in his arms and he canât do anything about it.
It was Tonyâs worst nightmare.
I love how they took time to actually show it, and not just let Peter disintegrate quickly like the rest. They gave them a moment. A very sad one that made most of us weep in the cinemas because Tony wanted a kid and slowly he realizes that all along he had one and it was Peter.Â
This was such a powerful scene because of Tony and Peterâs father-and-son dynamics. This was more than enough to fuel Tony Starkâs rage to face on Thanos because how dare he kill his kid.
âeven amidst the hatred and carnage, life is still worth living. it is possible for wonderful encounters and beautiful things to existâ â hayao miyazaki
