I really want to make a positive impact on the environment, but I don’t know how! All the normal recommendations seem too overwhelming, but I want to help. Do you have any suggestions?

I completely get what you mean. The one thing to remember is that even small contributions can make a huge impact. Everything from what you buy to who you support makes a difference.

My favorite example is this awesome brand called Impact Snacks. All of their products are made with sustainable packaging and ingredients. 

They just launched on Kickstarter so you can pick some up here (link).

Even if you can’t support brands like that monetarily right now, you can still help the planet. Right now, they’ll offset 5 pounds of C02 on your behalf if you sign up for their email list!
