His family consists of his wife, Aya, his 3 young children, Ahmed (8), Mira (4), and Osama (6), and his elderly parents who are chronically ill. So it's imperative they are ready for the cold, especially since his kids suffer from scabies, the skin rash that has spread from the polluted water, while his both of his parents are in dire need of their medication and insulin for their blood pressure and diabetes!
