someone asked me a while ago how I draw slugcats and I wanted to make a huge guide going into how I rationalize their anatomy but I’ve been so busy w college I haven’t been able to touch it in like a month! So I decided to post these few notes I had! One day I’ll get back and make an entire guide but for now have these little notes :)

Animals I tend to gravitate towards for slugcat references are: otters, weasels, cats, and monkeys!

Also this isn’t me saying this is what their anatomy is, more so how I think of it and what landmarks I use when I draw!

Thrusters are vital for climber models like him.

His wings are deformed. He is an angel born from the singularity of a black hole. In order to escape the powerful gravitational force, his original wings were deformed and twisted, but this also gave him the ability to exceed the speed of light. He would not easily show up because of his wings, and even if he did, he would wear a something to cover them up.

His visor cannot reflect anything like other angels.

That one's from Nov. 18, 2023, all I remember is that he's wearing white shirt, black pants and shoes, I couldn't remember clearly so I decided to do ruffle shirt.

Nov. 26, 2023. A birdman, I was lazy to do the color so use this as a reference. He was laying on a bed or something while holding a Chinese smoke pipe.

Either Executioner decided to not waste its venom, or that guy's able to neutralize and break down Executioner's venom for some reason.
