Shoutout to people who speak "overly formally." You deserve to express yourself in whatever way feels most natural and fulfilling for you. The way you speak isn't pompous, annoying, or mockable; it's just how you communicate, and there's nothing wrong with that. Your voice adds creativity and diversity to this world, and I think that's amazing.

I have finished 1 task of moderate difficulty. This is why I believe I deserve a round of applause from you all.
“Why don’t you speak, Effy? Does nobody ask you why? It must mean something. Doesn’t anybody care?”

This is the funniest fucking flex in nerd history.
"i do x because of my autism."
"don't use your autism as an excuse."
i am not. i am giving them a reason as to why i word things in a certain way. i am giving them a reason why i think/perceive things in a certain manner. i am giving them a reason why i am never on time. why i need them to be more specific than that. why i did not understand what they meant. why getting out of bed is sometimes the hardest thing i can do that day. i am giving them a reason why i cannot eat certain foods, touch certain things or why i need something to be a certain way. i am giving them a reason why i do not like people. why i do not like going to certain places.
i am not using my autism as an excuse. i am merely giving you a reason why.
LGBTQ+ Muslims are queer and Muslim.
Many Muslims will tell them that who they are is wrong.
Many LGBTQ+ people will tell them that their faith is wrong.
But they do not have to choose between who they are and their faith.
I'm sending love to all my fellow queer Muslims because I'm feeling lost today. Please know that you are not alone and that you are free to embrace every part of yourself.
