Biggest lesson I’ve learned this year is that you can’t force someone to properly communicate with you and work things out. You can’t force someone to see your love is worth holding onto, eventually they will come to the realization themselves. If they want to run, let them run.

It shouldn't be normal for every second you're not distracted to be in absolute agony.

Emotions shouldn't cause this kind of physical pain ALL THE FUCKING TIME.
