his voice was shaky, his breathing quick, and with no more than thirty seconds into the phone call, you could tell that something was wrong. the way that your stomach twisted with every word that left his mouth just confirmed your thoughts.
“where are you? i’ll come get you.”
at this point, you were looking at happy, who was already going to get the jet ready for takeoff.

Pairing: Peter Parker x Reader
Description: Y/N wasn’t supposed to be on the spaceship with Peter. Y/N wasn’t even supposed to be near danger. But she wanted to make sure he would come home safe. So she had followed him up and into the ship, teleporting (your power) around without anyone knowing. Now, she was in danger, and it was up to Peter to keep her safe. But what if he couldn’t?

Hide.
That was what you were told by Tony.
Hide from the man who took Doctor Strange. Hide from anything that could hurt you.
Hide.
You watched from above. There was screaming, and blood, and soon you felt you like you were going to be pulled out of the ship. Peter had pulled Doctor Strange back into the ship, and Tony had closed the massive hole in the side.
“You’re safe now, Y/N,” Tony had yelled, looking up at you.
You closed your eyes and teleported down to the three of them, standing in front of them awkwardly.
“I know I shouldn’t have come-” You started, but Tony cut you off.
“It doesn’t matter now, kid. You’re here, and you can’t teleport all the way back to Earth without getting hurt,” he said. Then, he turned to Peter. “Can you follow me really quick?”
The two of them walked off, leaving you and Doctor Strange alone. “So, Mr. Strange-”
“That stunt you pulled to get on this ship was pretty cool, kid. Dangerous, but cool.”
“Uh, thanks,” you mumbled, smiling lightly.
You continued to talk Doctor Strange about what was happening. Unbeknownst to you, Peter was looking in your direction, ignoring Tony completely.
“Kid, are you even listening?” Tony said, snapping a finger in front of Peter’s face.
“What? Oh, sorry,” he mumbled, turning back to Tony.
“Did you hear anything I said?”
“Um, no,” Peter said and looked at the floor.
Tony sighed in frustration. “Okay, listen. She’s not supposed to be here.” Tony pointed towards you. “I need you to promise me you’ll protect her with your life. Got it?”
Peter nodded. “I promise.”
The two of them started towards you. You looked up at them and smiled lightly. “Listen, Peter, I know you told me not to come along, but I didn’t want to see my best friend get hurt, so I followed you around the city, and-”
Peter walked up to you and put a hand on your shoulder. “It’s okay, Y/N.”
Peter looked over at Tony, who nodded and walked off with Doctor Strange.
The two of you stood in silence, the soft whirring of the ship being the only sound.
“I really am sorry Peter. I just I didn’t want to wake up one day and know my best friend was gone, and there was nothing I could do about it. I wanted to-I wanted to keep you safe,” you mumbled, looking at the floor. “I don’t know if I could live without you.” You felt tears well up in your eyes and felt them slowly roll down your cheek.
Peter put his arms out, and you leaned into him, letting him pull you into a hug. Your head rested on his chest, and he ran a hand through your hair. “It’s okay, Y/N. I won’t get hurt. I won’t let either of us get hurt.”
You looked up at him. “Promise?”
“Promise.”
Tony came rushing over to you two, and you pulled away from the hug. “We need to land this ship. Hurry up and get over here.”
The three of you ran to the ship’s controls. Doctor Strange was standing there, looking through the glass of the ship. It was hurdling towards a planet, which you later learned was Titan, and you were, no doubt, going to crash.
“Put your arm in that thing right there,” Tony told Peter, pointing at a machine next to him.
Peter turned around and looked at the machine questioningly before sticking his arm in it. “Now what?”
“I don’t know! We have to control it somehow,” Tony said, inspecting the machine.
“Well you better figure it out soon,” Strange said. Everyone turned their heads towards the glass, watching as the planet got closer by the second.
“We’re not gonna make it without crashing!” You exclaimed, pacing back and forth.
“Kid, calm down. We’ll figure it out.”
“Tony,” Peter mumbled, looking at him.
“Tony, we’re gonna crash!” You yelled.
“Just give me a minute!”
“Tony,” Peter said again, concern lacing his voice.
“Not now, kid.”
“Tony-”
The ship hit the planet at full force, throwing all of you backward. You let out a shriek as your body flew towards the back of the ship. You landed on the floor head first, the cold metal making a clink sound. You could feel yourself start to lose consciousness, your vision going dark.
“Shit! Y/N, hey! Y/N, don’t close your eyes on me. I’m gonna get you out of here,” someone said. You could make out Peter’s figure through your blurry vision.
You felt his arm wrap around your torso, pulling you up. “Peter…”
“No, don’t talk. You’re okay, I’ve got you.” Peter took both your arms and made you loop them around his neck. “Just hold on, okay?”
You nodded, feeling dizzy.
Both your feet were off the ground, and you were swinging through the air. Peter tightened his grip on you as he swung through the wreckage of the ship.
When you were both safely on the ground, Peter set you down gently. “Just stay awake for me, Y/N.”
“I’m so dizzy,” you mumbled, closing your eyes. “So, so dizzy.”
“Mr. Stark!” Peter called. Tony was over in a matter of seconds, Strange following behind him. “She’s about to pass out.”
“Move,” Strange said, pushing the boy out of the way.
Peter watched anxiously as Strange put a hand over your head and a faint glow of orange appearing.
You sat up, a gasp leaving your lips. “What- what happened?” You asked, looking around in confusion. “Where are we?”
“We’re on Titan,” Tony said, walking towards you. “The ship crashed. You hit your head pretty hard.”
“Oh.” You looked around, eyes traveling over the planet’s surface. They landed on Peter, and you looked up at him. His face was laced with concern, his dark brown eyes staring into your E/C ones.
A gunshot snapped you out of your daze. You frantically stood up, running behind Tony and Peter. “Teleport you and Peter out of here. Now.”
You took Peter’s hand in yours and closed your eyes. Just when you felt a spark, pain shot through you. Your body collapsed from underneath you. Peter caught you, holding you upright.
“What’s wrong?” He asked.
“I-I can’t. It hurts,” you whispered, pushing yourself up. “I’m sorry.”
“It’s okay.”
You both turned to Tony and Strange, who were standing in battle stances. “Kid, why the hell are you-”
Someone had thrown themselves onto Tony, knocking him down.
“Tony!” You screamed, rushing to him. You felt a hand wrap around your wrist, holding you back. You turned around and saw an almost gray man. You screamed. “Get off me!”
Someone flew forward and kicked the man in the side of the head, sending him stumbling backward. He let go of you in the process, so you sprinted to Tony, who was pinned down by a strange man with a mask.
You ran up to them and brought up your foot, slamming your heel into the strange man’s ribs. He fell off Tony, and Tony stood up, raising his blaster. You got behind him, looking over his shoulder for Peter or Strange.
You saw some girl with pale skin and dark eyes in front of Strange, her hands resting on the side of his head. Looking into his eyes, you noticed a pasty white color and realized his pupil’s and iris’s were gone.
You then saw Peter being held by the same man that had you earlier.
You looked around and noticed that the man with the mask had vanished. Tony had also left, and was cautiously walking towards Peter.
A hand wrapped around your stomach. You opened your mouth to scream, but another hand flew up to cover it. “Move or make a sound and you’re dead,” someone whispered in your ear.
Your eyes met Peter’s. He looked at you, fear evident in his gaze.
“Drax, Mantis, let them go,” the man said. Peter and Strange both fell to the ground. The gray man and pale woman backed up towards you and the man, standing at his side.
Tony, Strange and Peter all stood in front of you. Tony held his blaster at the man’s head.
“Anyone moves and I’ll blast her brains out.” You felt something cold touch the side of your head.
A gun. Wonderful, you thought.
“I’m gonna ask you this one time, where is Gamora?” The man asked, anger laced in his tone.
“Yeah, I’ll do you one better,” Tony paused. “Who is Gamora?
The gray man, who you learned was called Drax, stepped forward. “I’ll do you one better, why is Gamora?”
Everyone looked at him in confusion before the man holding you spoke. “Wait, so you guys aren’t with Thanos?”
“With Thanos? Are you insane?” Strange asked from behind Tony.
The man let go of you and you fell to the ground. Peter ran forward and caught you last-second. “You good?”
You nodded.
“Dammit,” the man took off his mask, throwing it down.
“Who’s-who’s Gamora?” You stuttered.
“No one. It doesn’t matter.”
You shrugged it off, sitting down and falling back. Peter sat next to you, crossing his legs. “What are we gonna do if Thanos comes?” He asked, looking at Tony.
“I don’t know, kid. We need some sort of plan.” At the mention of a plan, the three strangers looked up.
“I have an idea, but I don’t know how it’ll work,” the once masked-man said.
“We’re listening.”
You and Peter hid behind part of the broken ship. He paced back and forth, mumbling “we can do this” over and over. You walked up to him and grabbed his hand, making him face you.
“Peter, calm down,” you said, looking up at him. “It’ll be okay.”
“S-sorry,” he mumbled in response.
You ran your thumb across his knuckles, smiling up at him.
“Y/N, if we don’t make it out of this alive, I-I want you to know, I lo-”
Your intercoms went off. “Get ready.”
You looked at him one last time before dropping his hand. You walked to the edge of the broken ship, peering over.
A swirl of blue and black formed, and Thanos stepped out. Strange stood in front of him, ready to fight. “Now.”
Peter shot a web and swung forward, shooting webs at Thanos’s face.
Drax flew behind him, slashing at his legs.
Strange shot a portal in front of Thanos, which other Peter came out of. He put a bomb on Thanos’s back before flipping him off and falling through another portal.
Peter went in and out of portal’s, kicking and punching Thanos in the process. He went to swing at him again, but Thanos grabbed him by the throat and pushed him into the ground.
You let out a scream, and a strangled sob let your throat. Closing your eyes, cold rushed through your body as you teleported down to them. Thanos threw Peter at Strange, and both of them fell to the ground.
You ran over to them, making sure they were okay. “Fuck, what the hell happened?” You asked, pulling Strange up.
“Nothing. We’re fine,” Peter said, turning to you. “Are you okay?”
“I haven’t even done anything yet,” you replied.
“Well, you better do something.” Strange flew off, firing something from his hand.
You closed your eyes and landed on Thanos, pulling out a dagger. You were about to stab his neck, but he pulled you off him and flipped you over. “Nice try.”
You felt yourself fly forward, and you were unable to stop.
Someone flew by you, grabbing your upper arm.
You landed on the ground, stumbling backward. Someone had fallen on top of you, their hands awkwardly holding your waist.
“Shit,” you heard Peter mumble.
“Peter, get off me,” you said, pushing him up.
He fell back, looking at you, surprised.
“You get them.” You pointed to other Peter, Mantis, and Drax. “And I’ll get them,” you said, pointing to Strange and Tony.
He nodded before shooting a web and flying off.
Cold went through your body, and you were hiding behind pieces of debris and rubble.
Thanos had stabbed Tony in the chest, and he crumbled to the floor.
Your hands flew to your mouth as a gasp left you lips.
Strange sat nearby, staring at Tony. “Let-let him go. Save him, and I’ll give you the stone.”
Your eyes widen in shock. What the hell is he thinking?
The wound in Tony’s chest started to close.
Strange took the stone from his locket.
You couldn’t believe they were giving up.
The stone floated towards Thanos. You watched from behind a broken part of the ship as it got closer to him.
You wouldn’t let him get it.
You couldn’t let him get it.
You pushed off the ground, sprinting towards the stone. Only one thing ran through your mind.
He can’t get the stone.
You jumped over his arm, grasping the small stone in your hand. Your eyes fell shut as cold went through you.
But you were two seconds too late.
Thanos wrapped a hand around your throat, lifting you into the air.
The stone fell from your hands, the faint glow of green leaving your sightline.
“You stupid girl.”
You couldn’t breathe. Every breath you took was shorter than the last until you felt yourself slipping from consciousness.
Strange and Tony got up, but Thanos pushed them aside like nothing. “You stupid, stupid girl.”
A sharp pain shot through your stomach as he let you go. You fell to the ground, gasping for air. Spots started to dance in your vision.
A knife was planted in your stomach, and blood rushed from the wound like an ocean current.
Just like that, he was gone. Thanos was gone, and he had the stone.
“Y/N!” Strange exclaimed, rushing up to you. “Oh, god.”
Tony and Strange hovered over you, tears in their eyes. “Don’t die on us, kid. You can’t die on us.”
You looked up at them, tears blurring your vision. “I can’t-I can’t do it,” you said, gasping for breath. You could feel yourself fading, slipping into darkness.
“Y/N-”
“Tell-” You let out a choked sob as pain shot through your body. “Tell Peter I-I’m sorry,” you paused. “Tell him I’m sorry, and that I l-love him.”
You felt yourself go cold as darkness took you over.
You felt yourself fade into nothing.
Peter landed swiftly near part of the broken ship. He shot webs back and forth, swinging until Tony came into his line of sight.
He swung over, falling down in front of him. “Tony!”
When Tony looked up, he knew something was wrong.
Peter shrugged it off, looking over Tony’s shoulder for you.
He noticed Strange walking towads them, carrying something in his arms. As strange got closer, he realized it was a body.
Your body.
Peter rushed forward, pushing off the ground at full force.
He took your body from Strange and fell to the ground, holding you in his arms. “No. No no no no no no-” His hand flew to his mouth as a sob left his lips. “No!”
Strange and Tony stood behind him, tears welling in their eyes.
“She can’t be dead! She can’t be!” Peter cried, tears streaming down his face. “She can’t be dead!”
“Peter-”
“No! I promised her. I promised her!” He yelled, his voice so loud it echoed off every rock. He stood up, marching up to Strange. “You have the time stone, right? Go back! Get her back!” He grabbed the collar of Strange’s suit, pushing him back. “Bring her back!”
Tony had to practically yank Peter off Strange. “Kid-”
“Bring her back!” He cried.
“Kid-”
“You need to bring her back!”
“Peter, he can’t!” Tony screamed, forcing Peter to face him. “Thanos has the stone.”
Peter whipped around, a fire in his eyes. “What?”
“We can’t-we can’t get her back, Peter. She’s gone.”
“No-”
“I’m so sorry.”
Peter ran up to you, falling in front of your frozen body. He looked at the girl who was his best friend, the girl he loved.
He looked at the girl he lost.
The tears wouldn’t stop.
He looked at your face, staring into your once bright E/C eyes. He would never get to see those eyes shine again.
“I’m so sorry, Y/N,” he cried, his voice cracking. “I’m so, so sorry.”
He craddled your lifeless body in his arms. He held your head to his chest, repeatedly running his hand through your hair, mumbling “I’m sorry” and “I love you” over and over.
He kissed the top of your head, burying his face in your hair.
A deep shade of crimson covered his suit, but he couldn’t care less.
He sobbed for hours, clutching your body to his. He swore that he wouldn’t let you go. He cried in grief and agony and pain. He cried and cried, and he wasn’t going to stop.
Peter knew he had lost you, and he knew he wasn’t getting you back.
I couldnt stop crying during the final episodes I had a feeling someone died but I was hoping it wasnt anyone we loved
We need to put Justin's picture up.
