Having binged the available episodes of Tiny Terrors, I am convinced that they are meant to somehow tie in into The Magnus Archives. This post may contain spoilers for all of TMA and all of TT so far (i.e. up to and including TT011).
Let’s start with my only argument to the contrary. It is this post by @atlas-of-galaxies:
what they don’t tell you about the magnus archives before you start listening is that it’s terminal. you’ll never be able to consume any other type of horror media without assigning entities ever again
This is the only reason why I even debate whether my conclusions are right or not: TMA is such a brilliant work of structural analysis of the horror genre, that it’s just too tempting to apply it to every piece of horror media in existence.
Having said that, let’s move on to the evidence. There are a few obvious points:
Tiny Horrors is a horror anthology podcast using the medium of cassette tapes and weaving the story with the life of the cast and the situations they find themselves facing. This is very similar to TMA.
Tiny Terrors was released surprisingly close to the TMA2 announcement by Rusty Quill.
It features Jonny Sims (as Donny Sums).
It includes 2 episodes which discuss “Egregores” - let me quote the Wikipedia article on that:
Egregore (…) is an occult concept representing a non-physical entity that arises from the collective thoughts of a distinct group of people. (…) In more recent times, the concept has referred to a psychic manifestation, or a thoughtform, which occurs when any group shares a common motivation—being made up of, and influencing, the thoughts of the group.
This is the very definition of any single one of the Entities (or of all of them together) from MAG.
However those points aren’t all. I have read them before listening to Tiny Terrors and I was very much on the fence whether it is TMA-related or not. Then I listened and here are my points (which convice me far more):
