My Ninjago Headcanons - Jay

Jay He/They Bisexual

Jay was bullied in the past, because of him being neurodivergent, and because he lived in a junkyard

Jay has low self-esteem, social anxiety, separation trauma and often blames himself heavily, so he goes to a psychologist to deal with it

Jay sh himself before going to the psychologist, now only occasionally has impulsive thoughts

Jay had problems with physical touch after Nadakhan abused him, only a small part of it remained

If Jay’s upset he starts sparking (if I’m not mistaken it is canon)

Jay occasionally fixes Zane when he breaks

Jay wakes up the last of all ninjas

All the ninjas blasts theirs alarm clocks at morning with their elemental powers. Jay misses the clock frequently and hits the wall so there are a lot of black spots

Jay is the shortest of all the ninja

Cole, Jay and Nya have some sort of mixed feelings for each other (Nya and Jay loves each other, Cole have crush on Jay, Nya and Jay likes Cole more than friend) Long time ago they tried to make triad but it doesn't work exactly like they want to, so they went back to what is now. Maybe it will change someday as feelings develop?

Listen I love drawing the rise turtles but I HATE drawing their plastrons. I struggle so bad with them PFFFT So, I decided to take some time to actually study how to draw them. Specifically Donnie since I draw him the most in my sketchbook.

I’ll probably do another one of these but with Raph instead. Then maybe I’ll do a comparison of all the brothers plastrons. (It feels weird staring at someones chest…even if it’s…an animated….turtle..)

My Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Headcanons - Raph ❤️

He/She. The only straight one but extremely supportive of his brothers

Raph start showing his autism traits very late in his life so he needs a lot of help from his brothers with dealing with it. Donnie had support from him when he needed it when he was a kid, so now in return he's teaching Raph how to manage everything

Comfort food: apple juice

As a kid he was biting everything including his brother and father (he's the one who bit Splinter's ear)

He had big anger issues, but because he is bigger than his brothers they were afraid of him as kids. Which made him cry every time he saw them scared of him, when he was mad. Because of that he learned to control it

He has horrible nightmares about being controlled by krang

He has trouble seeing in his right eye

Can read ASL but has problems with signing

Helps his brothers to fall asleep after krang attack

Hugs pillows/plushies in his sleep, when Mikey sleeps with him, he is a victim of his hugs too

Raph & Mikey sometimes laugh so much that they just sit in the living room and wheezes

Raph is responsible for physical comfort of his brothers while Mikey is the one who takes care of their mental health

He hates the taste of toothpaste and general feeling of brushing teeth so he avoids it. That’s why he have many cavities

Forgets his epipen a lot

Has trouble seeing in his right eye

Fav pizza: Meat pizza, especially pepperoni
