I tried putting as many of my thoughts as I could but I’m probably missing some things. If I remember or notice anything else, I’ll add onto this post.

Some people found my last post to be helpful so hopefully this one can bring some more insight. These are just all my thoughts and observations and notes in one place so if these are somehow useful, then hey, glad it worked out. Also, I apologize for my bad handwriting and any grammar mistakes in advance. I got like, 4 hours of sleep last night (curse this insomnia). IDK if my terminology makes sense? Like “second line” or “bump.” But I have no idea what else to call them.

Listen I love drawing the rise turtles but I HATE drawing their plastrons. I struggle so bad with them PFFFT So, I decided to take some time to actually study how to draw them. Specifically Donnie since I draw him the most in my sketchbook.

I’ll probably do another one of these but with Raph instead. Then maybe I’ll do a comparison of all the brothers plastrons. (It feels weird staring at someones chest…even if it’s…an animated….turtle..)

Little head canon time, I see Donnie using toothpicks often after running out of cigarettes.  Particularly because he was actually making a “self-cleaning” toothpick in the show so it seems he already had the need for it.  Plus that means he wouldn’t run out since he could continually clean and recycle just the one!  Convenient. Sorry the Donnie sneak peek was not actually his final video as many had hoped. I promise that we will be seeing it in the next update… though it might not be as cheery as some may want.  It will probably need to wait until the new year though.  Going to be doing a hefty Christmas special for my next update and I also need to get to work for a double page spread on the Rise Fashion Zine and an episode pitch for the fan-made season 3. Whew, wish me luck!
