Jims, hii!! How long ago did you start your jobs? I guess you're in it for a while now

"Hi there! And yes, we've been at our current jobs for a while now- I'd say around four years? Feels like both forever and yet like we've only just begun! In a good way though, rarely a dull moment in the world we live in right Jim?"

"Ok, but are you ok?"

°Oh that's probably a good idea. He takes back his camera, glad to have it back, and begins to fiddle with the settings. He internally debates night vision vs flashlight, but he's reminded that apparently you pass out in the darkness, so flashlight it is. He checks the battery and winces, he saves up for quality cameras for a reason, but nothing has an immortal battery. He asks how bright Google could have his logo- maybe that could help?°

"He's working on it Host- but he's wondering if Google can make his logo any brighter? Maybe that might help in finding everyone?"

*They walked through the portal with CJ.*

°He glanced around, blinking in the new space. It looked like... downtown? There's a tension in the air though, and the colors are muted, like the world is a bowstring strung tight through a camera filter. It's familiar, and not just because it looks like the streets he'd driven down with RJ a thousand times.°

°He starts walking forward°

°CJ has been looking into a telescope on and off for around a half an hour now. There's the sounds of popping coming from the kitchen, and he's changed out of his work polo and into a comfy looking sweater. It's movie night, and Jim had run to the store for some chicken for tonight, but CJ plans to show him something before they start.°

*just so slightly, he stirs. It is not alot, but it is something. He's been busy, in there, huh?*

*the kitten climbs on Jim's shoulder* meow *he feels tall*

°He smiles softly, pulling out his phone again. Comfy up there?°

"Now you've got me curious, and it doesn't sound like a bad plan.. we'll see what we can find, could be interesting!"

°a thoughtful look crosses their face, but they grin and nod again°

Oi, mates, ow ya goin'? Anythin' interestin' ya're workin' on?

°the camera is focused on you at first, but pans over to Jim°

"I think we're doing ok so far, right Jim?"

°A nod°

"We had a lead on something in the woods, turned out to be a bust though, just an elk yelling. A little disappointing, Jim was hoping it was Mothman- but we aren't discouraged! Something'll show up soon, I can feel it."

*a brief pause*

"Anything interesting happening with you? See anything story-worthy?"

°the camera is pointed at you now°
