someone in my dream literally told me “if you’re already in your dr, why are you trying to shift at night? if you’re already there, you’re just proving to yourself that you’re not there by doing these things to get you there, when you’re already there. just go to sleep because you’re already there.” oh!
me liking every successful shifting story post as if it’s my full-time job.
Your subconscious already knows what you want. Why are you trying so hard to convince it? It's you who needs to calm down and let the mind do it's job.
Everytime I shift to a random reality is when I tell my subconscious to take me wherever it wants. Your mind cannot fail you, stop doubting it.
Choose what you desire and assume you have it. Because you do. They are not separate from you. Your desires are you.

shifters, you need to stop putting people who have already shifted to their intended realities on pedestals, and thinking they're "master" shifters and etc. they did not do anything you haven't done, you aren't doing anything thing wrong. stop thinking "one day i'll be a master shifter once I shift" first of all, you already shift with every decision you make and etc. BUT YOU ALREADY ARE A MASTER SHIFTER!! YOU ALREADY HAVE THE POWER TO SHIFT AT ANY TIME!
"you can't shift if you're too tired."
"you can't shift without a method."
"you can't shift if you doubt."
these are all things / beliefs that can become limitations. shifting doesn't follow any sort of “rules” except the ones you create for yourself.
you aren't tethered to anything except your own expectations.
you guys need to forgot the word "trying”.
you’re not trying to shift, YOU ARE SHIFTING!
When you lay down before a shifting attempt, forget all about the fact that you’re “trying to shift.” Just immediately become your drself.
Visualise what the room you wake up in will look like. Think about the day ahead, and just think of events that you would look forward to in your dr. Think like your drself would. Feel the atmosphere changing around you, even if your mind keeps telling you you’re still in your cr, ignore it, gaslight yourself into believing that it smells like your dr, that you feel the texture of clothes you’d be wearing in your dr, that you can hear people from your dr, etc.
With this, you can successfully “trick” your subconsciousness into thinking you are your drself and you therefore manifest your dr into the present. NOTE: And if you feel tired while trying to shift and think you should just roll over and go to sleep, remember that this is the law of assumption. You are your drself. If you knew you were in your dr and you felt tired, would you still lie awake? No. Your drself would go to sleep, so go to sleep. Literally become your drself. Act like them. Do what they would do. Just shift.
people will say not to put shifting on a pedestal and then five posts later talk about how how being a shifter makes you uniquely special compared to everyone else. can we make up our minds
Reminder that shifting is easy.
I shifted last night when I had no intention to. I didn't wanna shift anywhere specifically. I went to sleep being super tired and just for the purpose of sleeping. Any thought that came to me about shifting or my dr I just acknowledged them and said I am already there.
And I just let it be. I didn't focus on shifting or not shifting. I did what I wanted to do. Just going to sleep knowing that I am always in my dr because I exist there. It's that easy.
i’m soooo glad i found shifting (or it found ME). im always thinking about the big positive effect it had on so many levels of my life and how i literally became so much more appreciative of life in this reality too.
it’s so crazy to think about it like younger me always knew there was something more to life, just couldn’t figure it out what.. and i’m truly thankful i grew up to have an open mind and not let limited beliefs influence me. literally soooo grateful !!!!
