So I wanted to set the record straight because this has been such a nightmare. A few days ago I reached out to tumblr user Ladynepthyss after seeing she had made a post about hot girl summer again. My intention wasn’t to be mean to her or rude to her, but to validate her feelings and her experiences, and talk to her about why people were upset.
Through our conversation she claimed that she wanted to learn, and as I result I sat there and educated her. It seemed like she actually was paying attention to what I was saying.
Since I attempted to be kind to her, I have been lied about and she has been stalking my blog, and not only that, has targeted other black bloggers.
I think what devastates me about this is that I saw her hurting, and as someone who’s been in her shoes, I extend my kindness to her, and she literally spit it in my face. That’s just honestly heart breaking. I’ve done nothing unkind or mean to her, yet she’s used this as an oppurtunity to attack my character.
It gets under my skin because I validated her and listented to her as a black woman, and as a result she has spread lies about me.
And if you are reading this Ophelia, I’m sorry that my kindness offended you. I’m sorry that me taking the steps to work with you and validate you have offended you. I’m sorry i ever tried to be kind to you.
I thought I did see myself in you, but I don’t stab people in the back.

Black Midsummers Day
Hello everyone!
I am so sorry for the delay. I’ve been busy but am finally able to announce Black Midsummers Day!
This is a day that takes places this month on midwinter (aka - the winter solstice, 21st). I decided on a day, not a week (yet—the week will be in June) due to the close proximity of the event. But don’t worry—it’s an easy event.
Who is this event open to? Black people.
What is this event about?
Black Midsummers Day is an event to celebrate black people in sub and alternative genres that we are usually kept out of . Genres such as classical, goth, dark academia, vampires, fantasy, period, history, literature, etc.
How to participate:
It is simple and there are so many ways. The first way, is to post a selfie of yourself dressed in or in the aesthetics of anything mentioned above. But it’s totally fine if you don’t want to show your face! Do you write poetry, draw anything related to the genres above, make mood boards, aesthetics, etc., post that and that’s fine too. Also, do you sing anything relate above, play instruments, etc? Post that too?
Just make sure you are a.) black and b.) either @ this blog or use #blackmidsummers when you post!
This is supposed to be a fun event. As a black person myself who loves things like period drama, fantasy, alt cultures, etc., I never felt that we got to see ourselves in such areas. Especially black women and women aligned folks. That said, I want to represent us in all of your beauty.

support black people, esp women, who need help. don’t just call us strong or tell us we’ll get through it, help us. protect us. uplift us. allow us to be beings capable of suffering. give us the same space you’d give white women to express our pain and be there for us like you would for anyone else.

(Both his snapchat and tumblr are deleted, he got a second account on tumblr @tcr2000 ) His name is Sam John Worthing, but it could be that he lied about that. He is 25 years old and 5’7. ( he lies ab his height, he told me he was 6ft) He lives in Kent, London. He is disgusting. A few months ago i got a message from him, we started talking. Im not a naive person at all, so i was very very careful. But he is very manipulative. He said that he liked me and that he felt a connection to me, after a few months i liked him too. He eventually also said that he loved me and that he thought we were soulmates. We often talked about growing old together and we had a lot of deep conversations. We eventually even had a relationship, but we didn’t want to make it official untill we met (and which we didn’t). He lied about all of that. I was always suspicious of him but eventually i trusted him. He told me that he didn’t talk to other girls, because he liked me. But he does. A few days ago a friend of mine decited to text him (to test him) , she said “hii“ and he responded with “Hey sweetie how are you x“. She is 15! He told me he deleted tumblr. And it all clicked, he was grooming me and probably also other girls. This may seem like no big deal, but he told me he had deleted tumblr and when i confronted him about this he kept denying, even tho i had a screenshot of the conversation between him and the 15 year old. So what im trying to say is, that he is a groomer, and im trying to warn other girls. So i hope i can save some innocent girl from getting hurt by this pedophile. If anyone wants to talk about this man, about grooming in general or just wants proof/more information, my dm’s are open. (btw im 16)

Update: He also had a relationship with a 14 year old girl this entire time, they even planned to meet and he wanted to have sex with her. He even wanted to record it! He also send her nudes and said sexual things to her. Multiple other girls have also come forward and said that this man messaged them.

On the subject of black people and reproductive health (and if you’re black and capable of having children/have a cycle you have some of THE worse reproductive issues, i’m so sorry), I think about the time that white trans masc joined in on ridiculing reproductive health and restrictions in Texas, that affect primarily black and brown people, including black trans people. So to see some of them joining in on in on this conversation of a black trans employee being fired, when they were aye okay with wishing Texas blew up and had the audacity to be upset when people were centering black and brown people in reproductive justice, is infuriating. This is what I mean when i say some of this is so clearly performative.
Like I am actually very tired of white and non-black trans people using us as cannon fodder as well as our experiences, but turning around and being anti-black two seconds later.
I guess reproductive health and pregnancy for trans folks only matter when it’s white and non-black trans people? Or police violence only matters when it’s non-black trans people.

White people literally have no idea as to what its like to be completely exiled from anime fandoms/anime in general do to racist interpretations of black people in anime and other media.
There is literally no such thing as “black-washing” or “poc washing” as black-japanese, blasians exist, poc with the ethnicity of japanese and or other mixed people exist and they are still asian.
Do not take my white-washing of the melanated characters of the twisted wonderland characters to hold a pity party for yourself because “black people/poc are doing this to my characters :(”.

On me and misgendering plaidos - she’s still being a racist and spreading rumors
SO i know i said I’d drop the plaidos situation–but I just looked and saw that plaidos is still saying that i am intentionally misgendering her and claiming that I still am–which i never did. she is also saying i am a terf because I’m still trying to hold her accountable for her racism.
When I first called plaidos out for her racism–i didn’t know her pronouns, so I used they/them pronouns for her. Not just her, but for her friends simply because when I get into an argument with someone and I do not know their pronouns upon meeting them I use they/them. Usually, when I am arguing with a racist–and we are going back in forth on a post, i use they/them if their pronouns aren’t sated in the post.
when i found out that her pronouns were she/her–I used she/her pronouns for her and apologized. And i admitted that even if I didn’t initially know her pronouns then I still should’ve checked her pronouns to make sure I was being respectful. I was in the wrong. Because at the time, was getting tons of anons and addressing not just plaidos but her racist friends who were harassing me–I got very confused and would sometimes use they/them when i was addressing her and multiple people and realize I was wrong. I apologized and fixed that.
Since then, and even now– I only refer to her using she/her pronouns. However, she is still spreading rumors and making it seem like i am intentionally misgendering her EVEN NOW WHEN I AM NOT.
Like i apologized for misgendering her and even apologize now and admit it was wrong. But it’s very telling that I am apologizing for that and she won’t even apologize for her racism.
I want to point out again, that this all started simply because I asked her not to be racist. And i found out that she’s accusing me again, of misgendering her NOW when I am not, and also saying that I am sending a hate campaign against her.
LET ME AGAIN STATE–that the only reason I called out plaidos in the first place was because she was being antiblack and racist–plaidos notoriously speaks over black and brown people, and she equates us talking about racism in harry potter to us hating trans women–if you don’t believe me–please look at my pinned. or just look at this link.
And this whole thing is problematic in itself
“idc waht your reasoning is” first of all–plaidos is literally a racist and antiblack–this is not be randomly sending a harassment campaign against a trans women, esp when there are other trans woc who are mad at her? This is quite LITERALLY me trying to hold her accountable for her racism.
And for her to call a black person “woke” or mock a black person for being “woke” unironically is gross. A white person using woke in a way to mock a black person IS racist, no matter how you try and twist it.
Also-the “sleeping in the same bed with terfs” what? Just because I told you not to be racist, you say im sleeping with tefs.
ANYWAY, this is just another example of how white lgbt+ people and white women will weaponize their identities to literally harass, smear and lie about people of color, especially black women. Let it be known that I agree with everything plaidos said about transmisogyny and speaking up against it, and even calling out transmisgoyny in TME people. I only asked her NOT to speak on racism or bring up racism in these discussions or downplay it, given she can never explain it–and she, a white woman decided to say I hated trans women and was a terf because of it. This is why queer poc literally can NEVER discuss racism in white lgbt+ communities or hold white lgbt+ people accountable because this shit happens.

Honestly Sylkie is a caricature of everything wrong with a lot of (canon) MCU romances. The MCU has this bizarre desire to add a seuxal subtext to literally every m/f relationship, even if it makes sense or not.
Like Steve and Sharon. Objectively a fine pairing in the comics. But in the MCU? It’s so gross. If we are to believe that Steve was always there and was always Peggy’s husband, then that means that he just kissed his niece. A child he would see born, grow up, and mature. HE KISSED HER.
This is the same weird relationships that color Sylvie and Loki. Calling her Sylvie doesn’t make them any less related. They have the same parents. They have the same DNA, bloodlines, and lives. They are more than related. It’s gross on every level.
Nat and Bruce are another example. There was no need to add that romance. It was just the idea that Nat was existing near men which means she needed to have a romance with one of them. Even if he’s a lot older. Even if they have no chemistry. Man + Woman = Romance. The lack of diversity creates a lazy writing environment. It’s assumed that the relationships makes sense, because he’s a man and she’s a woman. It doesn’t need to be more than that.
Sylkie is the exact same way. She’s female presenting, He’s male presenting, therefore it’s romantic. Not matter how they’re related.
It’s lazy, it’s gross, and I’m so over it.
i haven’t heard the word “cyberstalking” in a long time but it used to be a recognizably bad thing to stalk someone online, to try to dig up everything you can on them, follow their every move online, obsessively post about them, barrage them with messages, block evade, etc - but now it’s just normalized and seen as something totally “ok” to do if the person in question is “problematic” in some way - like the same people who say “if your partner does this run” will turn around and do the same thing to a stranger online they dont even know and they don’t even think twice - it’s abuse, it’s harassment… just stop it
