i do find that dennis and mac enjoy the whole dynamic of going after something hard to get, bc if it was easy and direct and open, it would just be too much. Dennis doesn't like himself at times, when he isn't feeding his own ego with delusions, and being aware that Mac takes care of him like a worried mamma bird who loves him no matter what . well that's just not the cold love he grew up with, the absence of having good parents that support their son. wdym theres someone like mac who is nurturing and cares way too much about what dennis thinks and feels of him? wdym unconditional love can come from a traumatized man that knows Dennis and not from a hot woman that he 'seduced' through a system that is flawed to its core? It's not realistic. It's too much, Mac is annoying and angry and naive and loves what doesn't bites him back and he's way too open and also very closed off and easy to manipulate and obsessive and he's like a broken reflection of a Dennis from another lifetime
why are there two versions of this scene and WHY does one include a bible and a jesus figurine coming between mac and dennis????? why does the bible and jesus figurine only exist in the promo????? why weren't they included in the actual ep?????? what are the implications of that??????
obsessed with the way glenn was gonna have dennis spin mac around like this at the end of "mac and charlie: white trash". if only they kept this blocking in the final cut.
