Genuinely, do yall just not have imagination?? Or not understand figurative language??? Also eyes do literally darken and soften have you not lived a life??? How do you read with no imagination? Is this how you get through so many books in one month - you simply don’t take the time the understand the words as they are read?

reading that’s all lowkey yeah i hate illiteracy that being said I do plow through books very fast but I give myself time to understand them as well like i cannot read a book in one day (unless it's really short) because I am a slower reader and can't see pictures in my head it takes a bit longer but that's good because I can digest and think about what I'm reading
