Writing be like:
"Would he say that? I don't think he would say that... but I need him to... maybe i could rephrase it?"
"What season is it?"
"Wait, are they friends yet? I don't think they're friends yet. REWRITE!"
"What time is it?"
"How would they react to this situation?"
"Was that conversation long enough? Was it THEM enough? Idk..."
"What season is it?!"
"Is she too man-writting-a-women?"
"Wait... he's been in the room the whole time... I forgor..."
"Time lines... what's the TIME LINE!"
"This word was used THREE Times in this paragraph. THESAURUS!!"
"Oh shoot... I forgot to introduce her. She just kinda.... Appears... huh..."
"What SEASON is it!!"
"Is he too women-writing-a-man?"
"What TIME is it?!"
"Am i contradicting myself? Did I change something slighty? Idk time to REREAD ALL OF IT."
"WHAT IS THE TIMELINE."

(In no particular order)
1. âYou canât edit a blank page.â
Yes, you can't. Sometimes it's hard to get the words out but even if it's crap get it out. Produce something into existence, then fix it. Who won't know what to fix if you've not written anything yet. Get those words out on the damn paper.
2. âShow, donât tellâexcept when you should tell.â
I mean, this one takes time to figure out. When exactly should you skip the showing and just tell. Hit and trial guys. And then there's always book reviewers who'll tell-you-like-it-is. I don't think this is black and while. Only show or only tell. Maybe it lies in a gray area sometimes. The Goldilocks point where your narration hits just right.
3. âWrite the book you want to read.â
This was one of the reasons I started writing. When you so desperately need to read a book with that vibe, that aesthetic and those specific character troupes in such a setting... You're like fuck it. I'll write it myself. How hard can it be?
Spoiler Alert: it will destroy you and your self esteem. Good luck!
4. âDonât compare your first draft to someone elseâs final draft.â
I've seen many versions of this explained through memes. One of them I remember is: it's like you're judging your raw materials (the batter) with someone's 3 tier cake. And that is being blatantly unfair to yourself.
5. âMake your characters want something, even if itâs just a glass of water.â
We all have motivations, wants, desires. So do your characters. A character without desire feels dry, flat and uninteresting.
6. âThe best way to improve your writing is to read more than you write.â
Reading other authorsâ work, especially those whose writing you admire, teaches you things that canât be learned through theory or workshops alone. Youâll pick up on pacing, voice, structure, and character troupes. If you're like me you'd start noticing a trend. Or cliche lines that are repeatedly used.
7. âYour first draft is just you telling yourself the story.â
Write for you this means. For you. You wanted this story. It's for you to explore the plot, the characters, the world. Itâs your chance to get everything down and see where it leads, without worrying about perfection.
8. âWrite with the door closed, rewrite with the door open.â
This is one of Stephen Kingâs rules of writing, and itâs a brilliant one. When youâre drafting, donât worry about anyone else reading your work. Itâs your time to be raw and experimental. But when it comes to revising, open that doorâlet others in for feedback, because the revision process is where the magic happens.
That's it. My limited knowledge presented to you. You must've heard of many of these already. But just in case.... đ

The adventure begins đ
Artist Genel Jumalon painted this stunning scene from Rainsporest Odyssey, where a party of adventurers plunge over an unexpected waterfall!
So I usually make content using pre-existing media, but I've always wanted to do something original. Wholly my own. So here's that.
Early in the 1980âs people were being born with completely different structural heads than normal. Late into it was it found to be a sudden neurological connection to the 4th dimension, causing a literal and physical mental imbalance.
Those affected believed it should be removed, so they were meant to be Nullified, but instead this stuck as the term for those born with it.
Once the panic had calmed down, society began to pick itself back up by the late 1990âs.
The mass of the older generation, who have not gotten this neurological change, have indifference or even hatred to those Nullified.
Those who had this neurological connection resulted in their head, or body, having completely different properties to that of someone without it.
Because the connection is based in time, every person with it doesnât have the same look or effect. No two people will ever have exactly tge same results.
Despite how they look, Nullfied can still function like a normal human, not withstanding any mental or physical disabilities formed from birth (which were wrongly accused to be more common in Nullfied as a way to see them lesser. There is no factual evidence that being Null is naturally flawed).
Some who become Null may even have the ability to do things once seen as impossible, akin to comic book superheroâs.
Since the variety would make it impossible to narrow down powers that are or arenât harmful, Null who can do this are under government watchlists (unbeknownst to the Nullfied).
Otherwise, court of law judges Nullâs powers in their own sanctum, so mental or physical assault with these abilities are classified as such.
======================== So what does this mean?
Think My Hero quirks but it's casual instead of Hero Vs Villian shit.
+ Meta-Morphing shape for a head
+ Emotions are very much on his sleeve
+ jack of all arts, master of none
+ Hard time with friends
+ ADHD like mad
+ Whole eye for a head
+ Doesnât really have an idea for what she wanna do for a life
+ Knows most of the other nulls in the small town, but most prominentlyâŚ
+ An asshole
+ Whole body minus the center is skeleton
+ Feels like his life is already done
+ Gas Station worker
+ Smokes a lot; doesnât feel it cause it canât reach his lungs
This thing will either be a comic, written book, or, what i'd most prefer...
A visual novel! Thanks for reading if you have :) I'm not sure if this will go anywhere but I still wanna put it out there for me myself and I
It has now involved into my original work.
⨠God help me â¨
You know when you wanna outwordly talk of something a lot thatâs really specific too you but you donât to others cause you donât belive they would even have a small amount of actual interest in the thing of interest?
Thatâs what I feel right now. I wanna talk of my fanfic. But I donât wanna be overbearing. I want people to be interested. But forcing it upon someone wonât do me any favors. Talking out here and then not even getting some kind of reaction makes it hard to want to talk anyway, even if it was brainstorming in the first place.
You know that feeling?

When you sit down to write, and the entire scene plays out perfectly in your mind, but on paper it ends up looking like this: âhe smiled, his smiling eyes staring at them with a hint of smileâ

I see no qualms.
So I got a story Iâm writing, and I just realized something.
Thereâs seven main characters-three boys, three girls and one who is bigender, leaning more masculine. And I just realized that I accidentally gave all the boys daddy issues and all the girls mommy issues(bi-gender kid is in the mommy camp)
