Hiii my loves, ughh it's been awhile since i posted. So today's technique is based of self hypnosis and a technique I got from a shamanic book <3 ( I used to read a lot of books on shamanism because I was obsessed with their concepts) . This technique is really different to other techniques, I've posted on the past. I got a lot of asks telling me that some of y'all have being trying for months on end and haven't been getting symptoms. So today this technique will teach to induce the symptoms and enter the void state after that. It's a step by step method. Well ready to get symptoms and enter the void state? :-)

THE TECHNIQUE :

This technique involves using self hypnosis to induce symptoms at first and from there the void state. Please, self hypnosis is saurrr easy. It can be done ANYWHERE and ANYTIME. Self hypnosis is basically ALPHA STATE. Alpha state is a type of brain wave that we experience when we are relaxed, about to fall asleep, drowsy ( state of akin to sleep), you get the drift. I remember when I was writing out my lucid dreaming guide, I linked a post for you guys to read where that person successfully induces lucid dreams every night by self inducing sleep paralysis in a drowsy state ( alpha state) which then convinces their mind that they having sleep paralysis 😭. In a self hypnosis state of mind, you can tell your mind to experience having void symptoms. In the book, I've read it's called " instant healing", I'll let the author explain by quoting a passage from the the book -

" A rapidism is a type of affirmation that consists of repeating a word or phrase over and over again very until a change occurs. The first time I used this was on a chair lift at a ski resort when my hands were freezing. I imagined a fire in a fireplace and said to myself, “Myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm,” for about five minutes and my hands got toasty warm. Since then I’ve used it for a lot of minor ailments as well as emotional states and mental qualities, and it works very well ". You can give your body self hypnotic suggestions for anything and this time, we going to be using it for the void!!

HOW TO DO THIS TECHNIQUE :

Step 1 - SELF HYPNOSIS

So, I explained before self hypnosis is basically alpha state. We gonna induce alpha state first and I'll be linking many ways to do it!! P.s you reach alpha state before you go to sleep when you're feeling sleepy!!

Alpha state meditations :

Alpha state binaural beats + alpha state meditation

In this success story an anon used alpha waves and counted backwards 100-0 which significantly reduces your brainwaves and entered the void state.

After completing any of the above you'll surely be in alpha state.

How does alpha state feel like :

• Relaxed, Sleepy, Calm , Slow thoughts.

Step 2 : INDUCTING SYMPTOMS

Let me give you a break down firstly on the different type of void symptoms, Body becoming numb, floating, seeing flashes of white/ images, Falling, any symptom is an indication that you're entering the void state.

After getting into alpha state, you can give your self suggestions of the symptoms and you can even use one word suggestions. You may say :

→ FLOATING, " I FEEL LIKE I'M FLOATING ", "MY BODY FEELS LIGHT" . YOU CAN EVEN IMAGINE YOURSELF FLOATING WHILE SAYING THE SUGGESTIONS.

→ YOU CAN FOCUS ON EACH BODY PART REPEATING THE WORD " NUMB" IN YOUR MIND OR YOU CAN SAY " MY BODY FEELS NUMB ", " MY BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D", " DETACHED ".

→ "MY THOUGHTS AND BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D ". "I AM NOW ENTERING THE VOID STATE ".

→ I AM NOW EXPERIENCING VOID SYMPTOMS "( LET YOUR MIND CHOOSE THE SYMPTOMS FOR YOU )"

Step 3 : ENTER THE VOID STATE

After inducing and feeling symptoms, you can affirm to enter the void state!!

i think a lot of you guys aren’t understanding that you don’t view your desires from the goddamn 3D because thats the goddamn outer man seeing limitations. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO VIEW YOUR DESIRES FROM THE GODDAMN 4D BECAUSE THE INNER-MAN IS LIMITLESS AND THE 4D IS THE REAL REALITY OMGGGGGGGGG

again!!!! manifesting is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A PROCESS!!! just assume, give it to yourself in the 4D, and accept the damn 4D as final, then creation is done!

same thing with the damn void state or whatever the hell you call it. MAKE THE ASSUMPTION YOU ALWAYS INDUCE PURE CONSCIOUSNESS EFFORTLESSLY!!

What I manifest in my imagination never shows up in reality. Not a single time. I follow every instruction, every step and I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong in the process. Even involuntary assumptions (things I fully assumed were true, without intending to manifest) have shown to be the opposite in the 3D.

My question is: where does this come from? Is it a belief that my reality isn’t a reflection of my imagination? A belief that I’m bad at manifesting? A belief that I can’t manifest? What am I doing wrong?

well, i don't know you and i'm not provided sufficient information to know what you're doing wrong so I don't think it's my place to give you an answer.

whether or not you believe imagination creates, imagination still creates your 3d. it's inevitable. your existence is enough proof that you are all imagination and your 3d is simply the content of your own consciousness.

my guess is you "assumed", you did methods and techniques but you never changed your SELF. you thought doing methods and techniques would magically change the 3d but you actually never changed your state. you always push yourself out. so you have to change your inner self. your self-concept aka state of consciousness. the evidence you're looking for is within you, not without. plus, if your reaction towards the 3d has not changed, then you haven't changed within! your feeling/state dictates your reaction toward your life. i think reading this series will give you more answers than I could here ;) if you have questions you want me to answer privately, feel free to send me non-anonymous questions!

focus on change in your consciousness. a change in consciousness must result in a change in the 3d because the 3d is the content of your consciousness. if your consciousness has changed, you wouldn't look at your 3d and react the same way.

your goal isn’t to see a change on the outside. your goal is to see a change within. success & failure of manifestation depends on your imagination not the 3d.

Shifting is Real, here's why:

In 1983, astronomers and scientists (credited at the end) created a CIA document called "Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process". They called this assessment, when done, "Gateway Experience". The common term for us is "Astral Projecting". These scientists proved astral projection to be real, how it may work, and what it is. They approved the release of this in 2003/09/10. They did not publicizes this, simply approved it for release. Now astral projection is not shifting but this document alone proved shifting is real.

How does this relate to shifting?

When you shift, you become aware of the 4D, 5D and 6D.

The 4D is space and time together.

The 5D is different timelines and universes.

The 6D is traveling across timelines and universes.

When you astral projected, you become aware of the 4D because you only exist in the 4D state. 5D and 6D because you can travel to other realms or other beings, like what Wanda would do in "The Multiverse of Madness".

However instead your astral state travelling, your awareness state, where you are pure energy and timeless, simply becomes aware of a different consciousness (your consciousness) in a different universe that's on a different timeline. It's like a computer and a hard drive scenario. Simply plug the hard drive into the computer. Give yourself an update.

Shifting is stupidly easy, it's just you're so use to physicality in this reality and the hard "Nothing except this life" was drilled into from the start you struggle. Go ahead and release yourself. Shifting is easy.

Okay so I'm no pro with the void state yet, but I just wanted to share sth I just found. Cus we're gonna live our dream life no matter what. And I don't gatekeep. A few moment ago, I came across this video The man is talking about an ancient technique to enter the "no mind state" which means the "void state" and it's really simple. Everything he's talking about in the video is literally about the void state. This is his video's description: "In this video I share a technique you can use to access no mind or the void. The technique detaches the mind from the body and allows the spirit to roam free. Experience anytime the ultimate truth with this simple and easy technique." He mention things like:

-leaving your body -relaxing and peace -knowing how to exist without the limit of the mind -being in oneness -being connected to the source -calm mind You can check the video for the tutorial. Personally, I tried it and I have a problem with holding my breath for a long period. But even just by doing this for like 8 sec, I felt this calm sensation, idk how to describe it. I just tried it at the moment, and now I'm just writing this to share immediately. In the comments, people share their experiences with the technique, and they said things like their body detaching. I really hope this help anyone who are into shifting, and manifesting their dream life. I'm telling you if I entered the void state, my consciousness will probably not be living in this reality, bc I plan to manifest my dream life and it's very different from here. 😭😭😭 Looking forward to all your success!!!

All that I did was go to bed, saying to myself

"people shift without methods/subs, I def can do that too !”

Then I fell asleep and yk it just happened. No methods, no subs. Just my laziness and boom I’m suddenly in my waiting room.

If you checked my post below this one at the bottom of the post I was saying i was trying to enter void state using yoga nidra (Jason Stephen yoga nidra his worked the best for me) I didn’t enter last night bcuz my muscle was jerking so I thought it would mess up my progress buttt it was just falling asleep quickly so if I js ignore it and didn’t pay so much attention I would’ve entered the void state and that’s what it’s going to happen tonight im deciding and allowing myself to go in the void state finally after so long (since 2021) im gonna stop yapping and update yall later but yesterday was night 1 so the first update will be from yesterday night

5/16/24 - did the guided meditation (Jason Stephen’s) at 2:00 am 2x and affirmed and didn’t enter bcuz of the muscle jerks I was having .

same day - At 5:00 am rn i did the meditation and affirmed but i was not in right state it helped feel relaxed kinda but i was not focused on the meditation. so it didn’t get me into that state of deep consciousness that i tapped into 2 days i wasn’t focused on what he was saying and was kinda late to his commands some i didn’t even know what to focus on buttt i sooo recommend his yoga nidra and I spelled his name wrong it’s Jason Stephenson yall 😭but like i was saying i recommend his vid sm 2 days ago when I was focused on it I felt idk how to explain it but like a good light headedness when I was done . So I js wasn’t focused enough tho. I needed to ground myself kinda but yh guys happy manifesting and shiftingggg🫶🏾✌🏾

5/17/24- didn’t do it 😁

5/18/24- i just tried a 2hr yoga nidra guided meditation by ally boothroyth and I didn’t even do deep breaths I js laid there focusing on my breath listening to her talking. I didn’t do any deep breathing exercises bc I’m not really good at them and I’m lazy 😭 i wanted to do a longer version bcuz I js thought it was better bc it’s 2hrs and Ik I’m gonna probably enter/wake up in the void by then and I’m not a fan of silence it makes me bored and fall asleep i started seeing a light white flashes it wasn’t literally flashing at me but like yk when ur under water and u see the waves type shii thats how it was and then my left hand started feeling floaty and then I started feeling like I was spinning like I was a roasted pig on a bonfire and yea then I opened my eyes! im definitely going to try this tn !!! I’ll update u guys tmrw!!!!!!

5/19/24- I tried it this morning and my hand felt floaty that’s it my end time was 23:22.

5/25/24- hey guys ik I’ve been distant and im ngl i haven’t rlly been doing anything these past few days i going to stay off of tumblr for a while and stay consistent with my void journey but off social media i love u guys sm and im thankful for u guys sticking by me and watching my progress. once I get into the void I’ll come back and tell u guys my experience and what I manifested im going to stay on tumblr and give u guys advice !! The Science Behind Manifesting 🧪

Your thoughts create your reality. But that’s not all, you need to know how and why.

This is how I view it, we have all been programmed to be a specific way since childhood, through repetition. We learned our names by our parents repeating it to us. We learned our ABC’s through repetition. We want to adapt a new habit? They say to do it every day for 21 days which is repetition .

Why does repetition work? Every time you repeat something, a neural-pathway in your brain gets stronger.

“Neural pathways are the connections that form between the neurons in your brain. And you can think of them as a pattern that represents any thought about anything you've ever had”

The stronger the neural pathway is, the easier it is to believe in and the more natural it is to you. It will eventually become an autopilot thought you don’t even need to think about.

There are two parts to manifesting and that is the conscious and subconscious mind.

The conscious mind is responsible for logic, reasoning, and analyzing.

It plays a crucial role in shaping our perception of reality.

It acts as a protector for the subconscious mind, filtering what enters its domain (this is important).

Initially cautious, it ensures only beneficial beliefs and affirmations are accepted (this however doesn’t mean what you think it means).

Through repetition, the conscious mind accepts new beliefs without resistance.

This process allows affirmations to manifest effectively in the subconscious mind.

Now for the subconscious mind

First off the subconscious is the printer for the 3d but it does so much more than that.

The subconscious mind ensures basic bodily functions like breathing and heart pumping.

It helps in creating and maintaining patterns and routines (this is important to remember and we will go more in depth about this).

It relieves the conscious mind from excessive mental exertion and fatigue by taking care of the two activities above. (imagine if you had to consciously make sure your were breathing 😦).

The subconscious mind does not know the difference between possible and impossible .

Here is an explanation of everything

Repeated affirmations help the conscious mind accept new beliefs as true, allowing them to settle into the subconscious.

Thoughts similar to existing programming are more easily accepted because the conscious mind does not view them as a threat.

You need to know that the conscious mind’s job is to protect the subconscious mind. If it didn’t, absolutely everything we think day to day would manifest no matter what. It would be chaos.

Thoughts beneficial yet opposite to current beliefs may be perceived as a threat. This does not mean you can not manifest. Sometimes the conscious mind may cause intrusive thoughts that can make you feel discouraged, however if you just persist in the fact that you have your desire, those intrusive thoughts will go away.

However in my experience, I view an increase in negative thoughts when manifesting something new as a good sign, indicating that my affirmations are getting through.

Over time, this process makes the assumption automatic, requiring no conscious effort. The subconscious takes over, what you want manifests which makes the belief an autopilot thought.

A lot of people think it is the other way around but it is not, I have never had the belief/assumption before I had the manifestation, in fact I never believe in my affirmations until they manifest.

Is manifesting a process then?

No.

Another thing to remember is that the 4D is the real reality, not the 3D. It took me a while to understand this too, and I hope I explain it well.

3D (Physical Reality): This is our tangible, physical world.

4D (Imagination/Thoughts): This represents our imagination and thoughts.

The 3D is a reflection of the 4D.

The 4D is considered the real reality because it is the source of all creation and manifestation. Everything that appears in the 3D starts as a thought or belief in the 4D.

HIII, so I asked my best friend who is a void master, shifted on her first try, lucid dreamt, and many more about some questions regarding on how to enter and stuff, so here, I hope it helps everyone 💗

1. (What was your experience when you first time entered? And when did you enter?)

"I entered at the age of 11, at that time my mental health was falling drastically, I had many problems going on, and my life was clearly not good, one night, I was crying in bed when I soothed myself and pretended to be asleep, I did this by closing my eyes and acting as though I was sleeping, I didn't move for a while, until I didn't hear anything and couldn't feel anything, after that, I tried this method every night just to feel peace in it"

2. (Did you manifest anything?)

"I do enter it a lot, yet I don't want to manifest anything, the sole purpose of me wanting to enter the void every night, was to feel the amazing calming peace"

3. (Do you enter it now? And how?)

"I almost enter it instantly every night now, after practicing for so long, all I need to do is to lay still, tell myself I'll enter the void any minute, and in seconds I find myself there"

4. (What's your method of entering?)

"it's easy, just tire yourself or at least let your eyes away from strain so that you can sleep better, then lay in bed for a while, just close your eyes, pretend to be asleep to trick your brain, and you'll enter easily, although for many people it's different, but this seems the most easy"

5. (Any other tips that are important while entering the void?)

"Do not think about how much time has gone, act as if an hour is a second to you, pretending to be asleep is basically making your body sleep but you're awake, let go of any thoughts, be calm, be normal about it, in fact, act as if it's a daily routine you always do at night, like as though you are drinking milk before bed"

6. (What do you think helped you to master the void)

"just don't gaf, that's all, be normal, don't overthink of when are you going to enter, you'll reach it easily, it's within you, all you need to think about the void is as if it's a fun game or something, don't put it on a pedestal"

7. (But what if they feel discouraged and sad about lack of entering the void)

"take a break, enjoy your own life to the fullest, the void can't leave you, you can always go back to it whenever you want, you can try anytime you want, and it's better to have a mindset as though you already have the results"

8. (How did you lucid dreamt everytime you wanted?)

"it's easy, throughout the day I just do some random reality checks, then before sleep I just talk to myself kinda, all I say is something like 'i'll do reality checks when I get in a dream' and just fall asleep, when I get in a dream I immediately start reality checking because I already told my brain to do that before sleeping"

9. (What made you reprogram your mind to let you remember to do reality checks in a dream so easily?)

"again, the sole reason is to not give a fuck, just don't care, you have it already, it's yours, all you need to do is to say it as though it's a statement you are making to your friend, that's it, before sleep all you can do is say the thing you want, hell you can even say it only once if you like"

10. (What xyz method should we use for void/lucid dream/shifting?)

"it goes up to you, but it all comes to one single thing, belief, and that's it, you can do the method as a fun way to brighten the mood, but other than that, all you need is pure belief and to not give a fuck"

11. (About shifting, how did you shift on your first try?)

"Honestly I found it out from you as you know, at first I didn't really think much of it, but since you also talked about lucid dreaming so I thought I tried, I did some reality checks on that day, but I didn't give it much a thought, I did the usual method I said earlier, then I got aware in a dream, made a portal and entered my hero academia"

12. (How do you know if it wasn't a dream when you shifted?)

"everything I touched was real, I pinched myself and it hurted, I did many reality checks and everything was confirmed to be real, I didn't even have a script, I just shifted then stayed for an hour got bored and was like 'alright that's enough yeet me back to my home', then I woke up in my bed"

13. (Any last advice to anyone?)

"all you need is the IDGAF mindset, why would you give a fuck when it's already yours? Let's say you have hair, would you worry about having hair??? No, that's exactly like this, the thing is, you don't even need to pretend you are going to enter the void, because it's already in you"

So that's it! She basically made it in a story way while we were driving to school in our bus, I made it in a question and answer way, I also added in some of my advices and the way I took her view, I really really got a huge help from it, now you better go and get in the void or manifest or shift or lucid dream or whatever you want to do, you can do it 💗

Hii love <3, omg tysm for sharing this advice with everyone and ik this will help a lot of people who is trying to enter the void state, lucid dream or shift into their Dr.

Firstly, I love how your friend described entering the void state for this first time. We can convince our bodies of anything and that's a fact! Many of us put a lot of pressure while entering the void state, all you need is to be relaxed. You can convince your brain of that too. The method your friend is absolutely perfect for entering the void state ♡.

Everyone needs the " IDGAF " mindset rn and stop putting pressure on themselves.
