itās 7:30 pm right now and i got into the void last night and iāve been processing everything ALL DAYY⦠chilleeee itās overwhelmingly exciting!
so in this post iāll tell yāall HOW i got into the void and WHAT i manifested. but yall the way i woke up is my favoritee thing everš„°
nowww how did i get into the void
i got in at night but anytime works as yāall know
1. i did a meditation [for the 1st time] a little bit before going to bed just because .. that shits super relaxing 10/10 recommend
2. anyway i set an alarm for 5 hours cause i read it somewhere that when you do, you get sleep paralysis so mmhm thatās what i did
3. i went to sleep with the intention of the void being easy to get into and yeah. it was a cool lil 5 hours.
4. thennnn my loud ass alexa alarm went off i told her to shut up and i just lied there.. they key is when the alarm goes off you donāt open your eyes and donāt move too much. this will get your body into SP. then your mind is awake and your body is dead asleep.
*in case it wasnāt obvious already make sure youāre not falling asleep again after waking up*
6. igh so boom⦠here we are now in SP . at this point i just repeated a few void affirmations. and i started getting THEE floating feeling, i was elevating the WHOLE time til i stopped.. then i got this falling feeling. i literally fell all the way from where i was and then i slowed down. right after i felt this shift .. AND BOOM BITCH I WAS IN THE VOIDD!!!! it was pitch black and the rest of the other stuff you experience when youāre in the void . moving on .
all i said was āgimme the life iāve been deserving ofā and i was out that ho. š
tbh i wasnāt even scared cause i was ready for any of the symptoms .
so now what you probably wanna know. what did i manifesttt ???
so overall, i basically got my dream life so hereās kinda what that looks like

this is kitty. kitty is a curious cat trying to find her way through law of assumption.
kitty has been craving strawberries for a while, so, why not manifest them? kitty started carelessly affirming for a while. still, she didnāt get those strawberries she wanted.
whatās up with that? why canāt kitty manifest as fast as she used to? has she lost her magic?
kitty felt insecure, so she researched her problem. here, kitty came across self concept. self concept is everything we believe about ourselves and the world. maybe she has some subconscious assumptions about her not manifesting fast, kitty thought. so, she started affirming for her self concept, while also affirming for her damn strawberries.
kitty was determined. she affirmed every time she could, and used affirmations such as: āi get everything i wantā, āi manifest really fastā, āiām the best at manifestationā, āmanifestation is so easy for meā, and so on. she affirmed and reaffirmed, saturating her mind with her new affirmations. not long after, actually, the same night, this is what kitty found on her table:
strawberries!! kitty felt as if she was on top of the world. itās weird how changing your self concept helps so much with manifestation, kitty thought. so, kitty sat there, content, eating her strawberries, and turning a āfailed manifestationā into another one of her many success stories.
FINALLY COMING TO REALIZATION

I have officially decided that i have everything i want and donāt care if the 3d shows me different because i know itās not real. i am done entertaining the old story. I have stopped caring about irrelevant things . Iām living as the person who has already has it. if i got it in imagination then im good. i have became the person i always wanted to be.
that was a little vaunt/rant i wanted to say before i get into what i really want to talk about. I have came to the realization that i have been wasting time and energy into methods. (If you like/love doing methods and it works for you then keep continuing to do so <3) I tried meditating , the lullaby method,yoga nidra and so much more. when i found another method i gave up on the method doing before and went to the next. I even went back to the previous methods that did not work for me the first time desperately hoping that they would work. I was seeing angel numbers everyday multiple times (still do) so that was giving me hope. There were times i would get frustrated with the void/the law and just cry. Now im going to tell you what i personally think held me back ( btw i no longer identify with these things anymore!) i always used to procrastinate a lot and i would give myself these lectures and still did the same thing i told myself I was not going to do. I started getting more into states i found it interesting kinda. I even made an alter ego ( Miss Arianna AvalyÅ) that did help me with confidence I still use avalyÅ time from time. all Im really trying to say is the power is not in the method but its within YOU. I thought I had to affirm for hours or certain amount of time for the affirmations to really work but now I consider affirming once saturating my mind because it repeats a zillion times. I made my own rules. Iāve gotten into the state of knowing I already have what I want and donāt have to do anything else. most important partā©
To make this simpler : YOU have all the power and control. YOU make the rules. YOU are God. everything starts and ends with YOU. YOU are limitless and YOU can do this <3 !

It's like a computer and a hard drive scenario. Simply plug the hard drive into the computer. Give yourself an update.

ok Iāll just get straight to the point. I actually found out about the void state 1 month ago and I was super excited about the idea about manifesting instantly and easily! I actually entered the void state after 2 weeks of finding out but I didnāt manifest my desires because I didnāt really care that I was in the void, I just thought āI just wanna sleep broā and after I thought that I INSTANTLY felt asleep, thatās how I know I was in the void and on top of that it was pitch black, soundless and I couldnāt feel my body at all
a few days ago I found out about āpsych kā and I decided to try it out in order to get a better void concept. I really recommend it helped me so much and I have such a good self concept now. anyways, yesterday I decided to use the lullaby method. the lullaby method is basically when you just repeat an affirmation till you fall asleep. I chose the affirmation āI always wake up in the voidā. I laid down in a comfortable position and started to repeat the affirmations for idk how long I lost count of the time at some point and was feeling drowsy. at some point (idk how much time passed) there again was this blackness, I couldnāt hear anything or feel my body, so I entered the void again!
actually I didnāt pay attention AGAIN that I entered the void š¤¦š½āāļø BUT, I kept repeating the affirmation āI always wake up in the voidā meaning that anytime I fall asleep from now Iāll enter the void. so my attempt wasnāt useless at all and tomorrow Iāll wake up with all my desires š¼

How to do SATSš·
1. Get into a sleepy state between wakefulness and sleep. You can imagine scenarios in your head until you are tired. Do anything that's going to make you tired and want to sleep. This could even be scrolling on your phone.
2. Start to imagine your scene. This scene could be anything. Imagine your scene as if you already have it. For an example if you want a new phone, imagine yourself scrolling on your new phone. What are you thinking in this moment with your new phone? If you are manifesting a friend group, imagine yourself laughing with this friend group. How do you feel, in this exact moment with your friend group?
3. Repeat this scene over and over and over. Loop it in your mind over and over until you fall asleep. Feel that you have this manifestation. Feel it real in the 3D. Keep the scene sweet and short.
4. Then fall asleep
OTHER METHODS:
Another version, the Lullaby Method, is extremely similar but uses repeating affirmations in place of visualizing. So go through the first two steps and instead of visualizing a scene, pick one or a few different affirmations to repeat until you fall asleep
The Vaunting Method is another method that can be done in the state akin to sleep. To do this method, simply pretend to have a conversation with someone of your choice, and then talk/brag about your manifestations

Not only is this challenge super easy, but honestly even if you fail, atleast you reprogrammed your mind and are even closer to entering the void. Before I recommended a subliminal that was basically theta waves and a lot of people succeeded with this exact method but theta waves, so maybe if you tried that and were close but didn't quite get in, then you could try this and it would be more compatible with you. Try it out and let me know how it goes <3
šš¤ROBOTIC AFFIRMINGš¤š
šRobotic affirming is repeating your affirmations until you get your desire. It works instantly , it is totally worth it. You don't have to believe your affirmations. You can repeat them mindlessly.
š¤It doesn't matter how long you do it . There are no rules. You can use as many affirmations you want to. Robotic affirming helps to pass your limits and doubts. Let's say you affirm for 1- 2 hours for your desire but then start wavering ( complaining , worrying , entertaining opposing thoughts etc ) . It is okay if you waver but don't dwell on those thoughts. Deny them. Don't let them get to you. Ignore those thoughts and start repeating your affirmations . Sammy ingram said that you can say your affirmations out aloud to get rid of negative thoughts because you can't speak one thing and think another thing at the same time.
šBasically, you are saturating your mind with what you want. Once those affirmations become dominant , they will manifest since dominant thoughts manifest. The more you familiarize your mind with your desire, the more fast you will manifest it.
š¤Affirm. Affirm and Affirm. Don't leave your important tasks, in other words, don't neglect your life to affirm but affirm when you are scrolling through your phone , showering , doing skincare , cooking, eating etc .
šYou affirm until your desires materialize into the 3D . You need to be RELENTLESS. You need to be CONSISTENT. Don't think about how or when your desires will manifest. Don't put your desires on a pedestal. I mentioned it my paradigm and mental diet post too and I will mention it again , REPETITION IS THE KEY.
something you've definitely heard before: 'it's your reality'... and yet, a lot of people still think they have to do or not do certain things such as affirming, states, persistence, have limiting beliefs, think the opposite etc.
if it's really your reality, why would there be rules you, the operant power, have to follow? the answer is there aren't. you create them just like everything else in your reality!
for example let's say you think 'i have to affirm 100 times a day to manifest'. you've declared it, that's now your truth, you now have to do that. on the flip side, you could say 'i never have to affirm, my desires just come to me' that is now your truth.
another example is: 'limiting beliefs get in the way of my desire :(' or 'limiting beliefs can't even touch my manifestation'. which is more beneficial?
a final example i see often is persistence. everyone says persistence is the key to manifestation, that you have to do it to get your desire. however that's only true to them, because they say it is.
that's not to say 'never use a technique, they're WRONG blah blah blah...', it's to say don't use a technique you don't enjoy or avoid something because you feel that it's necessary. do whatever you find fun to manifest! it'll work because you say so. get rid of limitations of 'dos and don'ts', and step into your power.
