The hypnagogic state : how to reach it.
The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.
Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.
Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.
Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)
Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia
Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.
You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)
Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.
So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."
I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):
"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids
Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.
2. "Forearm Up" Method
Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.
I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.
3. Thomas Edison Method
Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.
4. Imagine Constant Motion
Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).
5. Tire your body through out the day
During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.
6. Repeating "hypnagogia"
This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.
7. Counting
Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.
8. Imagining Randomness
Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.
9. Focus on breathing
Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.
10. Sounds
Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.
11. "Playing" a song in your head
Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.
12. Heartbeat
Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.
These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"

We aren’t actually creating anything, but becoming aware of what is ALREADY created and ready for us to experience. This is what people mean when they say “Creation is finished.” There are infinite realities and possibilities that we can choose to experience and we select them by embodying that version of ourselves which already exists. When a desire pops into ur head that’s your proof that it is available for you to experience.
There are no limits to what consciousness can create therefore there are no limits to what we can experience, because we are consciousness and everything we perceive IS consciousness.
Why the “3D hasn’t changed yet.”
This will be a shorter post.
“The 3D hasn’t changed yet” because you assumed a limited human form. Your human eyes can’t perceive everything that actually exists - this means when bloggers say that it’s literally right in front of you, it IS!!! Whether or not “you can see it” is irrelevant because the human body is AN ASSUMPTION. Just like all the others. You are more than an assumption, you are the operant power, the assumER. Your body is an assumption, you are the creator of all. Once you realize this (you aren’t becoming anything), this whole thing will make more and more sense.
And it will make sense that manifesting isn’t just “a quick fix,” it’s a lifestyle, a spiritual experience, and a belief.
The less you revert back to the mindset of “where is it, I’m doing everything right but I haven’t gotten it yet”and just persist (persisting doesn’t mean working harder or affirming more or taking actions, it means keep the same mentality no matter what), you will come to these understandings naturally.
Stop asking bloggers what you should do and pay attention to what assumptions you are making. Ask yourself. You make the rules.
it doesn’t matter what you’re going through in the 3D. as long as you’re fulfilling your desires in imagination..YOU’RE GOOD! never ignore your 3D because it is your creation, good or bad. the whole “ignore the 3D” is dead to me. you are GOD, but you’re also a human experiencing life on earth. therefore, never ignore what’s happening right in front of you. you are meant to BE your inner self and IDENTIFY with the inner man. but you’re also meant to LIVE this human experience!
“how am i supposed to internalize the fact that i’m rich in imagination when i’m behind on rent?”
…like i said you’re supposed to live your 3D life. so do what you gotta do to make ends meet. BUT remember your true self; the inner self. that self isn’t struggling with rent, they’re not running left and right to come up with money. that self is sitting back and relaxed because they know that rent is taken care of.
3D -> working multiple jobs to make ends meet.
4D -> relaxed & at ease because ends are already met.
as long as you continue to return to state of mind that you’re at ease because everything’s fine, it’ll materialize super quick! i promise you that!

…go within. in imagination you don’t have any physical flaws, you’re perfect. it doesn’t matter that your family is pointing out your flaws. all that matters today, tomorrow and next week, is that you returned to imagination and continued to fulfill it. you keep doing that persistently and it’ll materialize quickly.
3D -> family is a hater and keeps pointing out physical flaws.
4D -> you ARE your dream appearance and you look perfect.
so always remember your true self! the 4D, imagination, consciousness. that’s GOD, that’s you!

this sleepyhead is kitty. kitty discovered the law of assumption not that long ago, and is still learning how it works.
the mysterious black cat next to kitty is milo. kitty has had the biggest crush on milo for the longest time. kitty spends most of her time daydreaming about a dream relationship between the two of them. kitty however was pretty sure that milo saw her as a friend, and nothing more.
and then, she came across what, in the law of assumption world, is called everyone is you pushed out.
everyone is you pushed out means that your inner thoughts are reflected in the people that are around you. so, if kitty thinks she’s dumb, everyone will think she’s dumb. however, if kitty starts thinking she’s the smarted cat that ever lived, everyone will think the same!
but, how could she apply this new information for the milo situation?
after a couple of moments of brainstorming, kitty realized that she just needed to start thinking that she’s wifey material. if she starts thinking she’s wifey material, everyone will think the same! and everyone includes milo, so, after that, milo must reciprocate her crush!
and so, kitty started to really think she’s wifey material. and not king after that…
came milo! and milo asked kitty out! out of nowhere!
and they grew closer…
and closer…

The subconscious mind isn’t analyzing your thoughts 😤😤
I keep seeing the phrases
“don’t affirm from lack”
“affirm to remind not to get”
Do you really think your subconscious can tell the difference about the “intentions” on why you are affirming?
NO
Here is a whole lesson on the subconscious and how it “manifests” for you.
First we are going to learn about the conscious mind. BECAUSE THIS IS EQUALLY IMPORTANT
The conscious mind is responsible for logic, reasoning, and analyzing.
It plays a crucial role in shaping our perception of reality.
It acts as a protector for the subconscious mind, filtering what enters its domain.
Initially cautious, it ensures only beneficial beliefs and affirmations are accepted.
Through repetition, the conscious mind gradually accepts new beliefs without resistance.
This process allows affirmations to manifest effectively in the subconscious mind.
Now for the subconscious mind
First off the subconscious is the printer for the 3d but it does so much more than that.
Subconscious mind ensures basic bodily functions like breathing and heart pumping.
It maintains balance and harmony within the body and mind.
Helps in creating and maintaining patterns and routines.
Relieves the conscious mind from excessive mental exertion and fatigue.
And we all know it does not have eyes and will believe everything you tell it.
Here are some more facts
Autopilot Operation: The subconscious mind operates largely on autopilot, responding to repeated thoughts and beliefs without distinguishing the conscious intentions behind them. It accepts information based on repetition rather than conscious reasoning or intention.
Suggestibility: The subconscious mind is highly suggestible. It absorbs affirmations and beliefs based on the frequency of repetition, not based on the conscious intentions or reasoning behind them. Crazy I know 😱. (This means it doesn’t care if you are affirming from lack or not)
Stored Beliefs and Memories: It stores beliefs and memories that shape our perceptions and behaviors, regardless of whether those beliefs were consciously intended or not. This implies that the subconscious does not filter affirmations based on conscious intentions but rather on their alignment with existing beliefs. Woahhhh I can’t believe it. (this fact is kinda unnecessary though.)
So what have we learned here today? And how do I use this information to manifest?
Well well well I am so glad you asked.
Firstly 🤓☝️ I 100% affirm to get. And I get.
I am so tired of these esoteric interpretations of manifesting. It’s all just so so so limiting. Do you know how many post I have seen where they are like “you are limitless” then say some limiting belief in the same sentence.
Your. Subconscious. Mind. Does. Not. Know. The. Difference. Stop. Making. Everything. So. Difficult.
Affirming from lack? Girl yeah, I am lacking this thing, which is why I am affirming, then with repetition, the affirmation surpasses, the conscience mind… then the subconscious mind absorbs it… and then it finds the easiest way to print it out. It is that goddamn simple I am crying. The only thing is that you ignore the fact you are lacking, but this is more of a trying to trick your mind then a “I have it right now 🧘♀️” type thing.
Now I truly understand, I do. I have been there where I am so frustrated at not being able to manifest that I make up reasons why, to make myself feel better. But that is all that is happening. But if you repeat that limit enough, you will believe it, and maybe it does help you manifest, or maybe it makes you stuck forever because you are trying to achieve this impossible standard that isn’t natural to how us humans are.
Manifesting is NATURALLLLLL, we do it 24/7 until we die. No stop. Never ever. (well until you know).

On the episode where Tori (Victorious) had a broken phone and she kept saying that if she did get another GX then the XT would come out the next day and she’ll be stuck with the GX. She persisted and saturated her mind so much with that assumption her friends knew the sentence. When she did buy a new GX the XT came out the next day.
