my scug ocs, grumpy old man arbiter, and the slugcat equivalent of a polar bear, icebound

arbiter leads a group of scavengers in the ruins of what used to be the Eternal Glaciers Local Group's void fluid processing facility. he's old, grumpy, large and all-around well respected by the slugcats and scavengers he shares a territory with. watching what he gets up to is also one of the local group's favorite activities.

icebound is the slugcat that Ten Open Passages created to bring a neuron to reactivate Distant Thunderclouds. she's big and mean, and arbiter really doesn't like her (she keeps eating his scav buddies). she's also basically the local group's pet at this point.
