Secondly, under the same circumstances than writing a story leads you to way too many paths according to the flow of writing, and the purpose of the story, and later on editing it, according to what makes sense within the story....

It is the same way, with the thinking process in sicology. Sicology might be able to build all those scenarios according to a process. Really, the only thing you need is an image, and present that image in the context of the meaning, and you can lead from there. 

What are your images? Would be the next question, on the other end of the rope, not only because also the patient and the professional get attached into a situation, but also because that will express the thinking process of the professional in that regards. There is a process, an action and a reaction in terms of a process.

What is the thinking process in a tight? On the other side of the rope? Would be awesome to talk about it.

TRAS BAMBALINAS

La escena; la escena de transición capitulo 4:  It is just the fucking rain! No, it is not!.

Primero que nada, me gusto el cambio de escena. 

1.- Venia de una escena digamos “tradicional” a una escena de “aventura”. Teníamos que inventar algo que pasara suave de una escena a otra, a  partir de dónde nos habíamos quedado para dar continuidad. La continuidad era importante, para conectar una escena con la otra, y darle seguimiento a la historia.

2.- Después, se pensó en el diálogo que necesitaba para entrar en el capítulo nuevo, y se pensó en algo elocuente, que llamara la atención, como el concepto del beso. Y teníamos que darlo inmediatamente a la entrada del capítulo, porque siempre las primeras líneas tenemos que atrapar al lector entre la trama.  

Entonces parte de ello, era voltear los papeles tradicionales de las mujeres (femeninas, unas pintadas, zapatos) a otro mas agresivo, más masculino, y los ejemplos estaban en los otros personajes femeninos tipo Lara Croft, con instintos de valentía masculina, o la otra personaje de Katniss Everdeen en “Hunger Games”. Es decir, queríamos pasar de una escena tradicional con una mujer tradicional, a otra de aventura con un personaje femenino de aventura.

El propósito era copiar personajes femeninos con características masculinas (poder, fuerza, destreza, cáracter, empuje), y la jugada, en esta escena, fue mas bien, desmitificar el ser femenino y ponerlo en un carácter masculino. Tener la cara de la mujer, pero el carácter del hombre, y por eso el juego del beso, y las otras escenas de “Quedate aquí, no salgas”, mientras su amigo está en la escena atrás, y ella está dispuesta a enfrentarse a los villanos. 

3.- En críticas que he escuchado acerca de estos cambios (y mire que no es solamente en linea, sino con otros amigos que han leído la historia) se menciona que no van muy de acuerdo en el sentido de que sea la mujer la que se aproxime a un beso, y tenga la libertad de hacerlo. Parece ser que esa idea que presentamos en los primeros párrafos del beso, no tuvo mucha aceptación no fue mucho de agrado, pues se dice que traspasa la cultura, ideas y valores de la mujer en el sentido de ser ella la que es seguida y cortejada. 

4.- El voltear la historia de una tradicional a otra de aventura, también exigía voltear los conceptos de los personajes.

5.- Será el beso considerado como una osadía al género femenino en un ambiente de aventura?” Usted me besó primero!”  “Quédese aquí atrás”, serán conceptos trastocados de la cabeza en una escena de aventura femenina?

Usted qué piensa?

6.- Y es cierto! Le falta trabajar más los caracteres y la ambientación para que no suene el pasaje como flojo. Le falta todavía más trabajo de soporte a ambientaciones y caracteres

Con motivo de la Navidad, deje permear buenos sentimientos para compartir con los demás y disfrútelos... Es un buen tiempo para sembrar cosas buenas.

NEGOTIATION AND DEAL MAKING

Negotiation and Deal Making is a wonderful and useful course that helps you to deal with businessman, entrepreneurs and negotiators. In order to put in perspective the “great deal” about the course, we need to compare the past (without any course) and the present (with the course) in my personal experience as negotiator. I still remember when I founded an Expo in Mexico, and most of 30 businesses got together around my business because they found a mutual benefit. I should say they did get a more beneficial interest than me, except for the fact that I was on the spotlight, which brought me a lot of social presence that I used it in the future. However, to gather those businesses together meant to give away concessions against my own interests.

I negotiated with no goal in mind except than putting them together at all costs. I did not know anything about role-playing, deal-structuring skills, critiquing role playing scenarios, negotiation skills development, and self-awareness (except bringing those business together at all costs). With the knowledge of this course, everything would have changed, and mutual benefits would have existed for both parties in the negotiation process.

 Nowadays, the expectations for the future in business negotiations look very promising with this course taken. Someday the student will become a businessman with knowledge on how to deal with people in different environment and scenarios. The road to success is filled with little bumps along the road as Fisher, Ury and Patton (2011) stated in his book Getting to Say Yes “This may require experimentation and a period of adjustment that is not so comfortable” but they highlighted that the negotiation power would be amplified if you believe in you.

 How does the negotiation start in real world? Human beings and their emotions are the main topic in Negotiation and Deal Making. Even though we are rational, there are always emotions involved in any negotiation process that could get the deal in hold, go forward or in an impasse. It would be endless to talk about all of the different kinds of emotions, but Fisher and Shapiro (2005) in his book “Beyond Reason” express that we have five core concerns: Appreciation, Affiliation, Autonomy, Status and Role.  These emotions and their knowledge will play an important role in business negotiation. The outcome of the deal will be successful depending on what perspective we apply towards those feelings: if we recognize, deny, block, or forget those emotions. If we want a successful deal, we need to be proactive and acknowledge all these emotions with our negotiators if we want a successful negotiation.

Do not forget our BATNA that is the most important piece of equipment. Our Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement is the key in case we do not have a beneficial agreement, and we should consider the other negotiator and his BATNA to be more successful.

 What have I learned from this course? I have learned to valuate the other people’s interest because there is a lot of information in them that we can use towards the negotiation process. When there is an obstacle, I try to scrutinize what kind of emotion and where in those 5 categories might fall, or as the author stated, “use the core concern as both a lens and a lever”. Also, I try to acknowledge what is the driving force in that individual whom we are negotiating with. Additionally, I will always review the kind of communication we have with our negotiator (good o bad terms), our communication process (do we listen to each other?), our interests (do we have mutual interest?), our options (What options do we have?), our commitments (what commitments we both can agree with), and finally our BATNA (His BATNA and mine).  It is only then when we could say we are prepared to face the challenge to get a deal done.

Ambientes oxigenados, naturales, reales

En los talleres se trabajan las esculturas, se dan bosquejos, a veces riman otros no, a pulir de nuevo, a sacar ideas desde otras perspectivas, y asi son los talleres. Lugares donde se trabajan ideas. Y a reemplazar, reeditar y asi. Darles nuevas luces al trabajo y asi, la idea es ciertamente empezar a escuchar el mercado por donde las ideas y los trends van, para tener un producto ajustado a una necesidad, y donde las ideas personales se ajustan, y complementan con los demás, para tener un producto que llame la atención.

Reeditar es importante , sobre todo cuando no se le quiere poner mucha mermelada a un sandwich, que después desparrame todos sus elementos y se están engolosinados, echando a perder la obra. La obra debe tener un equilibrio en sus plots, en sus caracteres, en sus world views para hacer un edificio elegante que guste su presencia por lo que ofrece. 

Los amores en los plots no hacen nada, a menos que no estén rodeados de una historia convincente, que mueva los caracteres hacia un propósito central concentrado y desparramado en toda la obra.

EL PUBLICO

Otras cosas a considerar es que la obra, o el publico al cual se dirige la obra es a las parejas de recién casados, jóvenes que fluctúan entre los 16 a los 24 anos, (representan el mayor segmento de matrimonios) con sus castillos de ilusiones, y cuando sus percepciones todavía no llegan a la madurez de parejas entre los 40 y 50 (cuyas pasiones, e intereses y emociones y situaciones variarían diametralmente). Esta obra esta dirigida a D’Bodas & XV Anos, en sus contenidos (por ahora) y sus publicaciones están enmarcadas dentro del espacio de D’Bodas & XV Anos para su distribución y venta por capítulos. La dinámica de valores, conceptos, situaciones para recién casados difiere de los adultos, por lo que los temas también difieren. Creo que la idea es darles a los recién casados ideas de mas o menos lo que pasa en las relaciones, pintarlas, y darles más o menos como una oleada de situaciones -entre aventuras- que se presentan en pareja. Me pregunto en voz abierta, si pudiera traspasar esas fronteras de edad y dejar una obra que pudiera meterse en todo publico, pero siento que perdería el propósito de una obra, porque toda obra debe tener un propósito dado que se invierte mucho tiempo y esfuerzo en su conjugación para perderlos sin un sentido y un propósito, y finalmente si vamos a ser algo, que finalmente sea de valor.

Then, pinpoint the elements of those dream rooms that you like the most and see what can be incorporated into your own. Maybe you can’t turn your bedroom into a loft in NYC, but maybe you can add more plants and posters. Maybe you can’t paint your living room yellow, but maybe you can incorporate yellow accessories.  

Dream big, then break it down into the practical.

Me gustaba su estilo, su elegancia, no cualquier mujer puede tener ese garbo de verse clásica como en el Partenón de Atenas con lineas y figuras estéticas en el vestir, que se complementan con las formas artísticas de su cuerpo. El Partenon de Atenas tenia esa lineas horizontales y verticales enmarcadas en una belleza estética clásica, sin lineas garigoleadas y góticas, sino simples en belleza, para demostrar la grandeza del pensamiento del hombre en lo simple sin perder lo estético, y arrojado en una pieza de arquitectura.

Asi era ella, o quizás asi la construia por el efecto de su belleza en mi corazón.
