I found this alternate Eradicator Supergirl (based on one of Cory Walker’s redesigns) while going through the folder of my first Supergirl Countdown. Can’t recall why I didn’t use it.
Mugler’s Spring 1997 Couture collection, also known as “Les Insectes,” is a landmark in the history of fashion, representing not just clothes but a vision of the future inspired by the natural world…
The collection was inspired by insects, their otherworldly forms, and their ability to evoke both fascination and discomfort. Mugler’s work explored how the natural world could be reinterpreted as seductive and almost alien-like armor for the body

/hj is the funniest earnest tonetag in the world even without the handjob joke because it's ostensibly meant to clarify tone for autistic people, but the tone it's clarifying is "unreadable level of ambiguous seriousness that requires social context beyond what text can convey /glhffgt"
i think one of the best parts about being a teenager in the early to mid 2010s was that cigarettes were definitely not cool anymore and vapes hadn’t popularized yet so my lungs made it out of my peak impressionable years relatively unscathed

The Demon Flying & The Fallen Demon
These two paintings (1899, 1902) have been created by Mikhail Aleksandrovich Vrubel, one of the main artists of the Russian Symbolist tradition and a pioneer of Modernist art.
Vrubel explored the "demonic" theme in multiple paintings, starting with his Demon that depicted the main character of Mikhail Lermontov's poem by the same name. The Demon Flying and The Fallen Demon are a continuation of the same topic within his art, though now also partially inspired by Alexander Pushkin's The Prophet.
