I still find it weird when there are cases where its obvious but the male victim either gets blamed for everything or gets brushed off in court.

If it gets to court that is. The victims might be so scared and traumatized that they drop charges, which might also be because they get harassed and intimidated by the other parties friend/relatives or by the police who don’t believe that they actually got r*ped and that he might just want to ruin the assaulters reputation/life
