Anyway have this piece of LORE ABOUT CELINA!!:
"Mother." Celina smiled under her nose, looking up at the stars. "Ironic, is it not?"
She said, with her eyes staring at the constellations, sipping vodka from a tiny metal piece shaped like a shot glass. Li coughed as warm liquid burned her throat. But instead holding her usual grimace, she started chuckling.
"I go by many names but, mother? Thought that title was exclusive only to You. Only you. Ohh you wore it like a queen wears her crown. A word I was terrified of hearing." she mumbled the last part, pointing her finger up to the sky. "No wonder I was such a good girl. All it took was to tell me, "wait till you mother hears about it" and I was not long a problem."
She smirked, narrowing her eyes. "You won't belive how long it took me to figure out that when they call me like that, they don't mean it as insut. You know, when they call ME a mom! Hahahahha!BAHHAA!" Her long laughter echoed in cold wind, luckily no one was around to hear her. At least she hoped no-one was.
She wanted to take another sip, but as she did she couldn't stop herself from chuckling, soon chocking on the liquid, Li cought punching her chest, as half weezeing from chocking and laughing came from her mouth.
She looked up, her smile soon dropped, her face now instead of cheerful, looked worried and disappointed. Crickets played their songs in the grass, accompanied by a wind who blew at Li's face, making her flinch from the cold.
"Heh. Do you know what I remember from you?" she whispered the question, to...who exactly? The stars? Shadows? Herself? It didn't matter because no-one answered either way.
Li ignored this and continued "I remember... I remember you teaching me a map of the sky. You told me that... if I ever got lost, all I had to do was look up at the sky and... I-I would know how to get home..."
Li stopped, taking a deep breath, trying to hold tears in her eyes. She rubbed them off with her glove. "And now, I wish you never did."
Tone in her voice changed, now sounding threatening and furious.
Li stood up, staring straight ahead. "Why you ask?" She took a long sip, not caring that her throat began to burn, begging her to stop. She took a step back, struggling to keep her balance.
"YOU WANT TO KNOW FUCKING WHY?!" She screamed these words so loudly, that couple of birds flew away in fear.
"Because of YOU NOW EVERY TIME I LOOK UP AT THE FUCKING SKY I KNOW HOW FAR AWAY FROM THERE I AM! And how it HURTS to know I can't... i can't use this map anymore. It's useless. It just hurts me.... knowing where home is... and where I can't come back" grip around the cup loosen as she put hand over her face, taking long heavy breaths.
Her heart began to beat faster, she clenched her fists and gritted her teeth, and her breathing rate changed from slow and calm to fast and furious in a matter of seconds.
With all her strength, she threw the glass with the liquid inside foward, shattering it into pieces.
Then she yelled.
She screamed so loudly that if it wasn't for the fact that she was drunk, she would have bitten her hand just to shut up.
Her scream echoed off the wooden structures, scaring away even more birds in the process. This chaos lasted only for a moment, as now only silence could be heard. The silence. As if this wrath just never happened. Or maybe it truly didn't, and it was all in her head?
Her head. It hurt. She just wanted to lay down. That's what she did.
Li sat down, resting her back against a wall, face emotionless staring up at the stars. One....one tear appeared on her cheek. Then...another. And another. Drops soon turning into a river of tears.
Li sobbed, putting her head on her knees with hands wrapped around them. This time the sadness, compared to her anger was not loud. It was quiet, only heard up close. She sat there-... she isn't even sure for how long, until she looked up, biting bottom part of her lip, gathering last bits of her strength for last words.
".... I hate knowing where YOU are."
hehhehehaheh :3
MORE CELINA!! Art reference and some info 🧣
I love her chat. ❤️ One of my fav self made characters
I'm almost finished with this piece! (Sketch under the cut)
Hands. Let's go.
So, to start off, you might be wondering: How can we actually get accurate measurements of the characters and the objects that we're comparing to them?
Blender gives you a real-world measurement for your objects, which is so damn nice. Having worked in Unity and a few other game engines, I always found it super frustrating when a game engine refused to use real-world measurements, and just used its own vague definition of 'units' instead.
So, let's see how tall the hisanimations Ludwig port is...
Oh, shit, he imports at 27.3 feet tall. Yeah that's a little inaccurate. It's interesting to note that the hisanimations map ports are also sized by these proportions, which makes those maps fucking huge. But the maps and the characters can go together without needing any resizing, so it works.
But not for our purposes right now. We need Ludwig to be about 6'1", his canon height. That's the size of that gray plane I've put in the lower left of that image there. (Don't worry, I also include metric measurements from here on.)
Fortunately, there's an easy fix for this - just scale him down until he's as tall as the plane.
So now he's the size that we need him to be. And now we can see how big his hands really are.
You didn't think I wasn't gonna bring the BIG MAN to this party, did you?
Note that here, the Y axis is the height (or length, if you prefer), but on some of the objects we'll be looking at, the height is actually going to be the Z axis. It's due to mismatched standards between different engines. Anyway.
Ready to compare some everyday real-world-sized objects to these magnificent yaoi hands?
... not that grizzly bear paws are 'everyday objects', but I knew I HAD to make that comparison.
Anyway, just, damn. I knew their hands were big, but somehow they're actually even bigger than I thought they were.
There are vast multitudes of naughty jokes and theories I could start making here. But I don't think I even need to type them out at this point.
