I have changed my diet drastically the past year and lost over 30lbs, 20 more is my 2016 goal. Been using PM since August 2014 and very pleased with results.

Recently added Saw Palmetto, also have used Peony Root extract since Dec 2014.

Quick Sissy Tips: Foods!

We all know there are wonderful things that we can put on our body to make us more beautiful and feminine. But what goes inside your body is important too. Here are some basic tips on how you should (and shouldn’t) be eating to get the full feminization experience.

FOODS TO AVOID

Red meat. All rare and bloody meats should be right out of your diet. No burgers, steaks, pork, nothing. These meats raise your testosterone level, and that’s what you want to avoid. (Chicken, however, is okay!)

Foods high in fat. If your body accumulates fat, your body’s shape will warp into an ugly manly shape. Part of your diet goals is to lose weight, so you can start off slender and girly.

FOODS TO EAT

Vegetables. Your body needs to be healthy for your transition to work well, so it’s best to keep lots of fresh greens in your diet. Losing weight and feeling healthy will keep you motivated and feeling good!

Soy and flax seed. These are special because they help to lower your testosterone. Estrogen on its own won’t do you much good if you’re still pumped full of testosterone, so these foods will definitely help.

Spearmint tea (5 cups per day) and saw palmetto (500mg a day). These are wonderful anti-androgen supplements that will lower testosterone and reduce your body hair. A sissy has to be nice and smooth~

Purera Mirifca (500-2,000 mg a day). This is an amazing and natural pseudo-estrogen that will give you feminine curves, as well as softer, more sensitive skin.

Remember: changing your diet is one of the biggest and most important steps in your sissification. As a former male, you’ve developed all kinds of nasty, unladylike eating habits, and changing how you eat will help make all the rest of the changes come much smoother and more naturally.
