This Thurminology we’re spotlighting another popular Bandom term: The Emo Trinity, a fannish nickname used on various social media sites to refer to the most popular Bandom bands.

The Emo Trinity typically refers to the original three primary Bandom bands of My Chemical Romance, Panic at the Disco and Fall Out Boy, but the increased popularity of Twenty One Pilots has led some fans to expand the term to The Emo Quartet.
