Search for: Planet Earth and claiming that those who discuss or refer to or believe in aliens or extraterrestrials, advanced technology beyond what is commonly observed, time travel, mind control or sensory replacement are violently dangerous to themselves and others and need to be confined in a psychiatric facility portrayed as a type of hospital, where they are indefinitely confined without need for trial and often forced to ingest substances portrayed as brain affecting drugs that are supposed to aid them in not being dangerous or crazy.

Criminals from the planet Terra ventured in various directions to various galaxies outside the known universe during those times and were followed back to the planet Terra (here) by time travelers that had already arisen in those places. Criminals from outside what was known to be the borders of the universe many times are trying to lure Terran time travelers into feeling comfortable and powerful here so they contact this universe and instance of Terra (Planet Earth) in greater numbers and can be exploited.
