one of the craziest things about mental illness is when you know you're mentally ill and that this causes you to Experience Symptoms but then when you're Experiencing those Symptoms you're like "what could possibly be causing this... the mental illness? no... that can't be it... there's just something wrong with me..." and then it turns out it was in fact the mental illness
