The remains of a 5th-century Byzantine church in Jabalia were unearthed & restored a few years back. Elevated wooden walkways were built so people could visit & admire the wonderful mosaics.

The Church of Saint Porphyrius, located in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood. It was built in 425 AD by St. Porphyrius.
