I don't think I've ever sobbed more over two manga panels. I am so proud of these three. The dichotomy of these two panels versus chapter 1? We went from William in that chair, reading how a noble was murdering children to beautiful, grown Louis telling William the city is at peace. They did it. They achieved the dream they've so desperately held since children: peace--and as a family. They've grown so much. I know there's trouble ahead, and they'll face greater challenges, but just for right now, I want to soak up this moment of happiness for their family. They did it.

That is a fact for all the obvious reasons and since you mentioned Louis, I couldn't help but think how, if the translation fucks it up and like go for the generic "brother", the whole importance of Louis calling Albert "nii-san" instead of "nii-sama" gets thrown out the window. This whole switch shows their emotional closeness in a way - at least on Louis' part- that just saying "brother" lacks of (keep in mind that even after a decade of knowing each other, Louis is kind of distant, a bit sus too I guess, about this 'benefactor' brother and then, later on, Louis just wholeheartedly calls him brother).

It did, however, remind me of Louis switching from Nii-sama to Nii-san and oh boy Viz is definitely gonna fuck that up, because what do you even do with that.
