Check out therapistaid.com. There’s worksheets there that you can download for free.
Of course it would be a lot more beneficial if you have a therapist to help you through it but not everyone has access to one.
It’s a free site where you can have free downloads of worksheets on many things.
If there’s something there that you think would be helpful, print it out and complete the worksheet on your own.
It’s hard to be accountable for yourself but at least there’s a way for you to have some insight and work on yourself.
My name is Stephanie and I’m a mtf transgirl. I came out to my parents and since they are transphobic, I was stuck. I know how if feels to live with transphobic parents and I know how bad it can get.
If any trans girl or LGBT youth needs someone to talk to, just message me and I’ll talk with you. I will not judge anyone.
Pronouns: she/her
Just an FYI for those in the US with insurance issues
Please, anything will help. I just lost my job because of their bullshit policies and my worsening mental health. I'm trying to look but finding one that doesn't conflict with my school schedule is impossible.
I normally wouldn’t do this, but I am in need. My parents have kicked me out because of my gender identity and their strict religious upbringing, I have lost my job, and I am in need until I can find another job. My girlfriend is helping me how she can but right now, I have no home, no job and no money. Please help a transgirl out how you can.
Edit: just adding some info. My dad has been emotionally abusive and manipulative, making me pay for stuff out of the blue, draining my money when I was trying to save. I’m trying to focus on finishing school in a few weeks (I am 18 and in college), but it was impossible to do so with my job, which constantly made me stressed and sick, as I worked the late hours of night, right after I got out of school and not getting home until 1 in the morning.
Anywhere I could go would be I would have to start over, but right now, I have no money to do that, so that’s why I’m asking for help.
