Anas Basil @anas-basilgaza reached out to me. He was going to start studying in college. He also has a 14 years old brother Ahmad. Genocide shattered all their dreams. Anas wasn’t able to start college, and Ahmad hasn’t been able to go to school for 2 years. Anas and his family had to evacuate from their home to Rafah. Now they have a fundraiser and they need help to reach the goal. They need funds to evacuate to Egypt, for feeds for university and school, and to help him and his family to get food, shelter, rent, medicine, clean water and other basic necessities.

I am Ratiba Al-Shaer,I am 54 years old, My husband died, and I remained responsible for meeting the needs of my children, Day and night, I became a father and a mother to them. It is a difficult task and a great responsibility after I used to live in comfort, and my husband was responsible for everything, but he died and left me and my children, and we have no source. He entered, the world became dark in my face, but I was determined to be strong and not to surrender for their sake.
I have four children:
Abed, Mohamad, Ahmed, and my daughter Maha.
We had a beautiful little house with many beautiful details and love and wonderful family bonding.
My children always looked forward to the weekend to spend a fun day somewhere and have a good time together
As the days pass and the displacement takes place, the situation gets worse for us
The war has stripped us of everything.
The home of our dreams, the safety and the sense of security that once supported us. Our world has turned into a struggle for daily survival. Even the basics of life such as food, water and medicine are difficult to obtain. Even education and their future have been halted due to the constant threat, bombing, destruction and genocide.
After October 7, this damned war forced us to leave our home and give up everything we had. We moved to places that were supposed to be safe, but they became dangerous. We were forced to continue moving from one place to another in search of safety for my children, and I have not yet found a safe place.
We live in a tent in this bitter cold,I could not get clothes for my children from under the rubble of my house. And they feel very cold
Currently, we have lost everything we have. I only have my children
Please, as you read this, think about the difference you can make. It's not just about saving lives; It is about restoring the dignity and hope that war stole. I may lose my baby at any moment. part of a large family with three brothers and four sisters. We once lived in Gaza, where I grew up and built my life. But today, my family and I are living in a tent, in unimaginable conditions—surrounded by mud, soaked from the rain, and overwhelmed by uncertainty.☹️
The Israeli army ordered us to evacuate our home in Gaza. With heavy hearts, we fled south, taking only what little we could carry. Not long after, we received the devastating news that our house—our home—was completely destroyed. Everything I had worked for, everything that held the memories of my family, was reduced to rubble.😭😭
Now, we live in a tent, struggling to stay dry, to stay warm. The rain beats down on us as the ground turns to mud beneath our feet. The cold seeps into our bones at night, and hope feels more distant with each passing day.☹️
I never thought I would find myself in this situation, forced to rely on the kindness of strangers to survive. But here I am, asking for help, not just for myself but for my family, who have lost everything. I want to rebuild a safe home for my wife, my brothers, and my sisters. I want to give them a future, something to hold onto when everything else has been taken away.🥹

Hello! @fadel-dani had reached out to me again to post about his campaign, which at the time of writing this is only at €639/€10k of his goal, to which I thank everyone as well who had helped and shared so far! His previous campaign was suspended, leaving him to make an entirely new one. His campaign has been vetted by @gazavetters (#197 on their spreadsheet)
Fadel and his family have moved more than five times now due to the occupation, and Fadel, a third year IT student, had to register to study remotely as his university has been destroyed. What's worse is that he has been hospitalized and had to undergo surgery to remove the shrapnel from his body, and still has to leave Gaza in order to treatment to remove the rest of it.
I hope that you will share or donate if you can, as well as pray for his recovery and survival this Christmas, for him and his family and for everyone in Palestine! Thank you!
