“So I’ve never been great with Earth’s physics. The Rokyn Society’s Gravitistics doesn’t quite line up with Isaac Newton’s law of universal gravitation. Try explaining that to your 9th grade science teacher when English isn’t your first language. Might as well tell her you can fly… um, not that I did that.” The Adventures of Supergirl #2 (2016)

SchwaI meant to post this yesterday.
I am giving a shout out to Legends of Tomorrow Season 1: Episode 9 - Left Behind.
This is the most recent episode so I’m going to be as spoiler-free as possible.
This episode contained a duel between two women.
It was filmed and choreographed exactly the same as if it had been a duel between two men.
No catfighting.
No hair grabbing.
No camera angles emphasizing the women’s attributes.
No “sexy chick fight” at all.
Just two highly trained warriors, well matched, fighting. It wasn’t as beautifully choreographed as some of the stuff in Arrow (which has the best actual fight choreography on screen).
And to make it even more interesting, it was premised and set up to make you expect a sexy chick fight…
The episode was written by two women: Beth Schwartz and Grainne Godfree.
Thank you.
