The team holding Eliot back from violence, either with a simple gesture or by putting themselves in front of him.
And the time the violence was encouraged:
Rewatching Narnia has made me realize two things:
all of them, in those first few scenes especially, are just so young. like they are children children. when you watch Narnia as a kid yourself, you don't really notice but wow theyre really all infants in that first film???
The Pevensies without a doubt are the most accurate representation of siblings in any movie ever
You know those characters who are so insanely dedicated and loyal to the main couple of the show they’re on?
The one that should be considered a third wheel but, somehow, they just belong there, by their side, and while others may question it, the couple never does.
Not once.
The one that is so ride or die for each person individually and the couple’s relationship that it gives you the most intense yearning/poly vibes you’ve ever felt.
The one that will kill for them. Risk everything to ensure their two favorite people are safe and happy.
Special shout out to Eliot Spencer and Walter Skinner for being the epitome of that character type. They’re the real ones. Best boys, fr.
something i love about sophie's character is that it must take so much effort and talent to be able to play one character that is playing another character. and not only to do it once, but several dozen times, excellently. it's clear that there's sophie underneath it all, but you can also see the love and care in all her "fake" characters as well. it's genuinely amazing and it creates so much depth in the show
The aggressive one also being the caregiver of the group.
(aka the softer side of Kirin in The Wilds season 2)
For a minute, just for a minute, you made it feel like home. Maren and Lee in Bones and All (2022)
HELPPP
I still can't get over how Eliot and Hardison do their "secret" handshake- even though Eliot is miffed that Hardison ate his sandwhich.
I still can't get over how Parker calls Eliot "Sparky," and he's scared enough to rip open his apple- because he actually thinks Parker somehow got a razor blade in it.
I still can't get over how Eliot tells Hardison that he won't help him if he goes to far with "Ice Man," and when Hardison calls him out on it- Eliot blames Parker.
I still can't get over how Hardison comes to Eliot when he needs help brushing up on wine.
I still can't get over how Parker goes to Eliot when she's looking for something to love and he teaches her to love food.
I still can't get over how Parker is allowed to poke and push Eliot.
I still can't get over how Hardison riles Eliot up and it's just reflex for Eliot to say; "DAMNIT Hardison."
I can't get over how they became a little family all on their own.
So my older sibling jokingly said that the cloaked person in the flashback was the trickster (like the big dude with no eyes and scary teeth from Sarah jane adventures) cos we used to love Sarah Jane as kids but like the trickster is part of a group called the pantheon of Discord. The pantheon like Maestro. And if you go even further the beetle on Donna's back in turn left is part of the trickster brigade. And what was the beetle trying to do? Stop the doctordonna. And who has just come back? The doctordonna. And who caused the bigeneration? The pantheon. This theory is getting concerningly close to being true. If my sibling is right I'm gonna be so mad they will be insufferable.
The beautiful thing as you get older is that you realize so many “rules” are made up and you can just do whatever. Posters can go anywhere in the house not just my room. I can sit down while cooking a meal or taking a shower. I can make the same thing for breakfast lunch dinner for a week straight. I can roam around the house shirtless. I can wear a dress with jeans. The world is my oyster key word my and I can live as I please embracing little things such as this
Random stuff I love. Currently obsessed with Lockwood and co. Pls go stream it on Netflix we need season 2!!
