Hello, my name is Musab. I am 22 years old and was studying medical equipment engineering at Al-Azhar University in Gaza. I had simple dreams, hoping my life would continue as I wished. I worked hard, hoping to build a future for myself and my family. But everything changed suddenly due to the war that devastated my life and my family, Even my pets.



The conflict took everything from me: my job, my passion for continuing my studies, my home, and most painfully, some of my family members who were lost in the destruction and bombing, Even my pets, who are an inseparable part of my family, are struggling alongside me. They too feel the fear and anxiety Our lives have been reduced to ashes, and we are left with nothing. We now live without money, food, or a livable shelter, struggling to survive with the barest of resources in harsh and unforgiving conditions.



Every day, I struggle to survive and try to continue my education under these harsh conditions.

Today, I appeal to anyone with a human conscience to offer us a helping hand. I don't ask for much, I just seek a chance to secure daily sustenance for me and my family, then shelter, and finally the ability to complete my studies to fulfill my dream of becoming an engineer and contributing to the rebuilding of my community. For me personally I love autumn I love the nice breeze and the leaves are always beautiful but unfortunately Palestinians cannot experience seasons with harsh winter coming up the water will be frozen there won't be any form of heat to stay warm during the winter rarely any food at all but

After more than a year, there is nothing left to be said about various media houses, corporations and international bodies of law aiding and abetting all that has been happening in Gaza, either. It is the banality of evil, it is colonialism. However even in this atrociously banal circumstance, I do think what still is a continued point of hope for Gazans and what still pushes so many of them to reach out to the world, is the support people around the globe have shown and still continue to show. hi! as some of you know, about a year and a half ago, my beloved golden retriever Luke passed away from cancer. he was my very best friend. my mom and I had finally healed enough, so we got another golden retriever, Honey, and she is just the sweetest thing in the whole world—she’s practically Luke reincarnated. we haven’t had her long, but we are already enamored.

unfortunately, my mom came home from work recently and Honey was limping badly. she was taken to the emergency vet, and it was $400 just to have her be seen and ended up costing $600. she has a serious fracture in her hind leg. initially, we were told we may have to consider euthanasia, then we were told maybe just amputation. now they’re going to do a surgery to see if maybe they can save her leg. if not, amputation may still be on the table.

this initial surgery is going to be at LEAST $2,000. right now, those kinds of unexpected costs are just a lot for my mom right now, and I’m fresh out of college with not a lot of means to help her out financially. I know times are hard for everyone right now, but if you had even $5 to spare, I know it would help us out so much.
