the sisyphus delusion. . . drop the boulder and shift realities.
sisyphus had one job. one brutal, mindless, soul-crunching job. roll the rock up the hill, watch it roll back down, repeat. camus, bless his french-algerian heart, tells us sisyphus is happy because he chooses to be. because he winks at the abyss and says, fine, letâs dance. because the struggle itself is a kind of victory.
alas, sisyphus is not free. he is a hamster in a particularly wheel, finding comfort in his own entrapment. and that is where he and the modern shifter shake hands. the great cosmic irony is that shifters, these darlings of self-willed escape, have turned themselves into their own myth. they are sisyphus reborn, but instead of a rock, they roll their mindset uphill, over and over again. every affirmation, every subliminal, every night spent whispering to the void. an endless exertion, a labour of self-convincing.
itâs not shifting. itâs straining. the difference between them and sisyphus is that at least he had the decency to stop pretending the rock wasnât real.
shifting should be the rejection of struggle, not its rebranding. but somewhere along the way, it became another mountain, another test, another something-to-be-earned. people talk about shifting like itâs a boss battle, like they have to do enough reality checks, clear enough mental debris, align their subconscious like the planets in some great celestial waiting room. they believe in the rock. they believe in the climb. they are hypnotised by the effort.
but effort is resistance, and resistance is friction, and friction keeps things exactly where they are. loa already taught us this, what you fight, you feed. what you chase, you place ahead of you, always out of reach. shifting is not a process, itâs a decision. it is not a matter of if, it is a matter of when. and 'when' is only ever waiting on you.
so step aside. let the rock roll where it may. stop thinking of shifting as a mountain to scale and start thinking of it as a room you already own. there is no application form. no cosmic bureaucracy keeping you from your desires. no checklist, no gods, no gatekeepers. only you, making your own mythology out of something as simple as stepping through a door.
so, dear sisyphus-in-disguise, put down your affirmations, your desperate notes to the universe, your battle against the self. donât just push the rock. drop it. and walk into the world that was already waiting for you.
.đ„ Ę Ëâïč there are countless posts that will help you "humanize your dr", in other words, make it seem a bit more "realistic". now, although i am not against it, i mean sure, it's great for visualization, i'm not entirely for it, because it's following the premise that shifting requires a detailed process, requires specific steps in order to do it, and that's just not true.
i have seen many shifting content creators (specially on shifttok (get out of there) (seriously)) claiming that the reason why you haven't shifted yet is because you put your dr on a pedestal, then they proceed to "humanize it", listing a bunch of struggles you might encounter when you shift.
now, let me make clear the bottom line of this post: the way you perceive your desired reality does NOT influence whether you shift or not.
when someone claims that the way you perceive your dr is wrong, or that is something that needs to be changed/improved, they are reinforcing the idea that in order to shift you NEED something, you need to do certain things. (and thats WRONGGGGGHSJSHQGGAG)
shifting is simply putting your perception of this reality to another. that's it. that is the definition of shifting, that is the only thing you actually need to do.
as long as you keep endlessly looking for ways to try and stop putting your dr on a pedestal, the more you will keep persisting on the idea that something NEEDS to be changed, that shifting is this whole difficult process. and if you're familiar with the law of assumption, you already know where this is going, persisting = manifesting it into reality. and just like that, you end up in this loop of searching for something that doesn't exist in the first place.
also, this goes hand in hand with the fact that you don't necessarily need visualization. i do believe it's a great tool to shift, at least for me, but not a must due to the same reason i already listed above. so if you're not great with it, stop stressing about it.
so, it genuinely doesn't matter if you put your dr on a pedestal or if you don't even care for it as much â you are already there, the only thing you'll do is perceive it.

ehhh, it's not really changing, it's more about recognizing it, because, like i said, you are already there. once again, nothing NEEDS to be CHANGED, stop chasing that "something", stop living in that illusion.
as to how you actually recognize it, i can't really tell you something concrete because it's different for everyone, and i'm sure you've seen thousands of methods, some may work better for you then others. what you can do is implement this new info into your attempts. (still, i can make a post explaining what works for me and why it does)
in other words: put your dr on a pedestal all you want, it's okay. WHY would that even stop you lmao?
also, lil side note: but i HATEEE when people say "humanizing your dr" (as in telling you that's what's stopping you from shifting) and then list a bunch of stuff like "oh you'll stub your toe!" "you'll get sick" "you'll break your nail!" mf if i shift to a reality where that doesn't happen simply because i am a god, then what. THEN WHAT. not everything needs to be realistic or logical. gosh. (it's fine if u do it just for visualizing tho)

ăăăhow to banish resistance effectively , resistance is not some grand cosmic force, sadly, itâs a habit. so stop. hereâs how.
you are not your thoughts. they are not a mirror, not a diagnosis, not proof of failure. theyâre just noise. when your brain spits out, 'this isnât working,' donât argue, donât spiral, donât even take it seriously. let it sit there. watch it fade. because it will. so stop identifying with intrusive thoughts.Â
resistance only survives if you start negotiating with it. the second you start dissecting a doubt, youâre trapped in its logic. donât play along. when you get a thought like 'what if this isnât working?,' just let it sit there unanswered, like an awkward question in a conversation youâve already checked out of. give it nothing to work with.

The fear of disappointment comes from relying on the 3D for validation. To move past it:
1. Detach from needing proofâassume itâs already done.
2. See fear as the old self, not your current truth.
3. Accept fear without identifying with it.
4. You canât be wrong if you assume itâs yoursâyou create reality.
