JRWI Spoilers MAJOR BITB Spoilers Discussions of Body Horror and Gore

It's just me rambling about a monster design I'm working on and talking about the bugs in the bayou :3

I'm still figuring out my design for the "Kian" monster (with and without skin!), and God I love monster design so fucking much!! The human body is a beautiful canvas for horror.

I've been rolling with the idea that Kian's body is the head/face of this creature and having so much fun with it. The limbs being mandibles for this giant gaping maw in the torso, the ribcage opened up like it's beckoning you to come in. Also, this huge spider-like body growing out of the lower back area. Kinda like a spider crawling out of an eggsack, you know? I'm still contemplating how "human" that part should look, I constantly ask myself how far can I push the "bug made out of human" idea. I want it to be large and imposing, 'cause that was the vibe I got when listening the first time.

I love monsters that mimic people so much, I especially loved the aspect that a lot of them didn't even know that they themselves were the bugs. They just were living their lives, believing they were the originals! Crazy right??? Do you think "Rolan's Parents" were scared when the originals showed up? Like the absolute mindfuck that Rolan experiences is INSANE, brooo. I think he might be my favorite out of the 3, which is funny cause I've definitely drawn Kian the most, lol.

Also, fun fact: while looking up references, I accidentally came across real gore. Kinda fucked me up for a little bit, but hey it's my fault for not being careful. On the bright side(?), I have a better understanding of what an open chest cavity looks like ?? Probably should've just looked up "Saw Angel Trap" and be done with it, lol.

Just finished watching Monster Control Service :D

I had a great time, cackled so hard. I'm never watching this again unless I watch it with my sister.

One of my cats, Chip (named after Chip jrwi ofc) suddenly began to fill with liquid and we haven’t found the cause. We desperately want to save his life but we’ve got nothing left. So I’m gonna do something I hate:

My other cat (Blitz) has FIP, and we’ve been buying pills for him. They’ve cost us around 3k, draining all of our funds that we had saved up. My vacation that I had planned with my friends next year has been canceled because I want to spend all my money on making sure my babies are going to be okay. My favorite moment in The Suckening is when Shilo and Arthur are searching for Deacon, and they know absolute dick about phones and how they work.

what they do all have in common is that their dreams and simply themselves are too big for a single place, none of them fitting in a set place because they’ve all always yearned to learn more, see more, question more.
