so basically Vox sang a song welcoming Alastor back? Like nobody cared/knew that he had returned Except for Vox who broadcasted the announcement which is like the equivalent of throwing a welcome parade.

This is why I keep a notebook beside my bed. The issue is that then that idea remains in the notebook until I accidentally re-discover it weeks later. And by then I’m just ‘not feeling it anymore’. One time I actually gave in, sat up and wrote all night. It was glorious.

Me when I hit that Creative high at 1.00 am in the morning and come up with the greatest story ever conceived...

And then... by the time I wake up... I've FORGOTTEN ALL OF IT.

Sometimes a creative outlet is a fun little hobby and sometimes it's a lifelong affliction. Like I crochet because making little woven animals sparks joy and I'm a writer whether I like it or not because I'm tormented by visions
