James and Sirius would be using the mirror and when they get interrupted (not sex, they're just talking) by one of James's parents coming into his room, Sirius would fake a loud, shameless and girly moan, which results in James slamming down the mirror so hard it almost cracks, which ends the mirror connection.

i can't get over ianthe trying to convince gideon how fucking little she means to harrow by comparing her to corona; that harrow never loved her bc she didn't want to remember her and ianthe herself would never let go of anything coronabeth. love is a revenant; you keep strands of hair and envelopes and a note that says good morning. because you can't help it.

and then we get fucking hit by magnus telling harrow that her burying gideon in her mind is her keeping gideon's things like a lover keeping old notes. that she's stuffed her away in a drawer she can't look at, that her keeping gideon like that is her version of keeping that ripped-up dance card. and it's so cruel for harrow to hear that abigail has to speak up and try to hold him back.
