Figured I would share my favorite quick and easy safe food:
Microwave egg white omelettes!
All you gotta do is crack two egg whites in a mug
Add whatever veggies you want
And microwave for around 90 seconds or until done!
I love this. Itās so good and is only around 35 calories! Such a great staple for breakfast
The Afton kids!! With some doodles
some low calorie junk food if anyones interestedā¦
Lifehack. U can have 1 and 2/3 a cup of Gerbers puffs, + splenda + 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk. And it comes up to 105 cal for what feels like a MASSIVE portion of sugary cereal. Great for killing cravings and making u super fill and satisfied.
its overwhelming.
āļø Am I going to be happy with myself if I eat this?
āļø Am I really hungry? Or am I bored?
āļø Did I plan on eating this food today?
āļø Will this food nourish my body in a healthy way?
āļø Will eating this food break my rules?
āļø Will I have another opportunity to eat the same food another day?
šI make sure I ask myself these questions everytime before I eat and if I get one wrong answer I decide not to eat it. This has helped me stop binge eating because it makes me aware of what Iām actually doing. š
Stay safe lovelyās š¤
I see this question all the time.
āWhats the point of labels? Microlabels just make things more complicated.ā
āThereās no need for more then a few labels. Just use one or two labels.ā
And there are a few big reasons why people use microlabels, or may use many labels. I can speak from personal experience, as I use 24 labels for my orientation!
1. Microlabels let people be specific.Ā
Not all people care about being specific, or a simple labels like gay or bi is specific enough for them. But sometimes hetero, bi, gay, pan or omni are not specific enough.Ā
Someone may have also have split attraction. They may be heterosexual, panromantic and andro-aesthetic. They may be conformable with just being called panromantic, but some people may not feel comfortable with that label, or donāt feel represented in just that one label.Ā
Labels are a type of expression and representation. Someone may not feel like the wordĀ ābisexualā represents their full attraction. They may feel like their sexuality is fluid, flux, free, spiritual, etc. and that is notĀ ātraditionally represented in the word bisexual. They may feel like the word bisexual is restricting, may give people a false idea about them if they use bisexual.Ā
Some people feel comfort in having one label and like not being specific (or feel like one label is specific enough), but some people fine comfort in microlabels.Ā
This is the same for gender labels.Ā āTransmanā may not feel personal enough, or may lead people to make ideas about them, disregarding the spiritual, fluid, flux, free, feminine, etc. part of their identity as a man. Thatās why some may use labels like boyflux, deaboy, magiboy, etc. When one says,Ā āIām a manā people are usually lead to believe that they are masculine, binary, stable (not fluid/flux/fluix), and that cuts out the deep, personal, etc. part of their identity that doesnāt naturally come with the idea of being a man.Ā
2. Someone may fit multiple labels.Ā
Many people find a few labels they fit and are comfortable with that one label.Ā
But some people may feel like they fit both pansexual and bisexual. Or they may be genderfluid, but donāt feel comfortable with genderfluid, and would rather describe themselves as female, demigender, novigender and agender all at the same time.Ā
Someone may also still be questioning themselves. They may be questioning between agender, demigender and dryagender, and feel comfortable with usingĀ all of those terms.Ā
3. It makes people more comfortable.
The soul purpose of labels is to make people more comfortable with themselves and to represent themselves.Ā
Whether itsĀ āIām a lesbian transwomanā orĀ āIām a gynosexual idemromantic pangender boyflux person.ā
You should use whatever labels you fit, and however many you want.Ā
If anyone tries to stop you from usingĀ āmicro Tumblr labelsā, ignore them and just remember that those labels are for you, and you use them for you.Ā
They do not effect anyone else.Ā
They are tools for you to feel more at home in your body and mind.Ā
