it is so cool that hte solar system has both a daddy and a mommy
I selfship with Zero not in a pedo way but in a "we're besties and we solve jigsaw puzzles and go to escape rooms and do other nerdy shit together" way
I wanted to make a piece that represented what it's like to have verbal shutdowns and the overall difficulty of talking that comes with being autistic and physically disabled so yeah! *thumbs up*
So I don't normally celebrate or talk about holidays but I'll make an exception for this one to talk about it with alien alterhumans.
Apparently today is Extraterrestrial Culture Day. Originally, it's a day celebrated to "honour all past, present, and future extraterrestrial visitors...in ways to enhance relationships among all the cosmic visitors, known or unknown." It's celebrated on the second Tuesday on February.
It's originally a New Mexico state holiday, but there really is nothing to say it can't be celebrated everywhere. Some activities you can do today, (not limited to) include:
-Learning more things about astronomy and astrophysics and reading up on speculative biology
-Consume alien related media via books, movies, games, etc
-Decorate! Create artwork, write poems, short stories, etc
-Self reflection or meditation
-Celebrate with friends
Really, there's no wrong way to celebrate it since every experience is pretty different. You don't even need to do anything.
I was actually asleep for most of the day for example, even after I did some accidental research and found a map I drew was accurate.
It is so easy to find silly cat pictures and so difficult to find silly light entity pictures
SILLY NONHUMAN CHAIN TIME!
