The prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said: The best of houses is the house where an orphan gets love and kindness"
My tuition teacher was feeding her baby - and did not cover herself upon seeing me. Her round boobs and dark tits still move around my eyes. She knew I was staring at her awesome body but allowed me .
"There is no glory in suffering just take the medicine"
I haven't seen it said much on many of these glow-up/self-improvement accounts, so let me put it out there for you all: Psychiatric medications can be among the most powerful of tools.
People talk a lot about "shifting your mindset" in a metaphorical sense. The right psych medication will do this for you on a chemical level. I have genuinely forgotten what it feels like to have an anxiety disorder.
Never feel ashamed for doing what you need to do to improve your quality of life.
When the Prophet’s (sallallahu alahi wasllam) daughter, Fatima (radhi allahu anha) complained about the hardship of serving the family, grinding corn and blisters on her hand, the Prophet taught his daughter a Dhikr, and said, “It is better for you than a servant.”
This is what he taught her;
Subhan Allah, 33 times,
alHamdulillah, 33 time,
and Allahu Akbar, 34 times
- before going to bed.
See, Saheeh al-Bukharee (vol. 8, book:75, no: 330)
Dhikr gives you strength; such that you can do with Dhikr what you cannot do without it!
Imam Ibnul-Qayyim writes in al-Waabil al-Sayyib (p. 77) under benefit no 61;
“The one who persists in doing that will find strength in his body that will make him independent of the need for a servant.”
Muḥammad b. ʿAbbās al-Naḥwī said: “I saw Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal with a handsome face, well-formed, رَأَيْتُ أَحْمَدَ بنَ حَنْبَلٍ حَسَنَ الوَجْهِ، رَبْعَةً، and dyeing his hair with henna that was not too dark. يَخْضِبُ بِالحِنَّاءِ خِضَاباً لَيْسَ بِالقَانِي، He had black hairs in his beard, فِي لِحْيَتِه شَعَرَاتٌ سُودٌ، and I saw his clothes extremely white. وَرَأَيْتُ ثِيَابَهُ غِلاَظاً بِيضاً، When I saw him, he was wearing a turban and an izār.”
(The Messenger ﷺ said): “Whoever read a letter from the Book of Allah then he will receive a reward for it and every good reward is multiplied by ten the like of it, “من قرأ حرفا من كتاب الله فله به حسنة، والحسنة بعشر أمثالها I do not say that ‘Alif, Laam, Meem’ is a ḥarf (ie: letter) لا أقول: {الم} حرف but Alif is a ḥarf, ولكن: ألف حرف and Lām is a ḥarf ولام حرف and Mīm is a ḥarf.” وميم حرف”. Beware of being careless toward He who grants you life and allows you to breathe as well as providing you with everything, which you need.

“I forgive people but that doesn’t mean I accept their behavior or trust them again. I forgive them for me, so I can let go and move on with my life.”

Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said,
"Then your hearts became hardened after that, being like stones or even harder..."
Al Baghawī (رحمه الله) said,
"and Indeed He [Allah] did not liken it [i.e, the hardening of the hearts] to Iron even though it is harder than stones, because Iron is susceptible to softness [i.e, structural change] For Indeed, it softens with fire [...] and stones do not soften ever."

Indeed Mūsā (عليه السلام) used to say from his supplications
"O' Allah soften my heart with tawbah [repentance] and do not make my heart hard like a stone."
Ibn Kathīr (رحمه الله) said,
"No love [or intimacy] between two souls is greater than that which is between the spouses."
