The prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said: The best of houses is the house where an orphan gets love and kindness"
The first thing Allah removes from a person when he steps into Jannah is his sadness. The people of Jannah will say:
Weโre constantly moving from one state of difficulty to the next. From happiness to sadness, and to the next state. This is just the reality of this dunya. We canโt escape from sadness, from disappointment, from worry, anxiety, and difficulties.

Why do we have to experience all these moments of pain? So that perhaps we may yearn for that life which is free from hardships โ Allahโs Jannah. And one of the most beautiful things that happen when we enter Jannah by His Mercy, is that He will wipe away every single painful memories.

Letโs be real. All of us are struggling in some ways. As imperfect human beings, we all have imaan swings.
There are days when our imaan is high, and there are days when we find even praying the fard salaah a heavy task โ but we force ourselves anyway to fulfil the obligation out of taqwa of Allah.
There are days when we want to read and study the Qurโan for hours, and then there are days when we donโt feel like reading a single aayah at all โ but we read 5, 10 aayat anyway, because we don't want a single day to pass without reading His Book.
And your striving in and of itself is an indication of having imaan.
Know that for every striving, every desire we control to not fall into the impermissible, and every effort we put into doing a small good deed are seen and appreciated by Him subhanahu wa taโala. Let these aayat encourage us to keep on going:
And whatever you do of good, Allah certainly knows it.โ ใSurah al-Baqarah 2:197ใ
And whoever performs a good deed, We will increase for him goodness therein.โ ใSurah ash-Shura 42:23ใ
Is there any reward for good other than good?โ ใSurah Ar-Rahman 55:60ใ
[It will be said to the people in Jannah]: This (i.e. everything in Jannah) is a reward for you. And your effort has been very much appreciated.โ ใSurah Al-Insan 76: 22ใ

He created me
He provided for me
He will look after me
why do I drown myself then
in worry ?
over and over again
I strive to remind myself
my Creator will not abandon me
have patience, dear one
it will all fall into place
with one command of
"Be!"
