It’s so sad that we have to turn Stanley into a literal animal sometimes for Ford to love him again. (I’m 1000% behind this new Raven AU though, don’t get me wrong) 😭😭😭😭

Stan got turned into an animal but had also been living like one. For years. And I think the realisation of that is always sweet on Ford (GUIKTY FORD GUILTY FORD!!)

He has a tendency to bow his head and look at you as he did as a bird and it's creepy at first until Ford realises it's how corvids show affection in a way. That he respects Ford.

Saw a post about both sets of twins' eye color in GF and it's had me thinking; I genuinely 100% thought that the Stan twins had blue eyes??

My thought has nothing to do with the blue eyes in The Last Mabelcorn (I don't remember those eyes anyways lmao) but wax Stan

Because if we look at wax Stan, he has blue eyes, does he not?

Unless Mabel said something about it, I'm pretty sure this is a fairly accurate model of Stan?? So wouldn't he and ford have blue eyes?

awful shit like being cremated and made into shotgun shells or fireworks or something

it changes all the time but eventually reaches a climax when ford decides "i want to be butchered and eaten after i die!" and just. doesn't change his mind. i hc that the stans are immortal shut up you probably do too and just dont know it so it's not like that'll ever be put to use

BUT

one day ford goes missing. its been three days since the kids have heard from him and while stan isnt that concerned dipper and mabel are MORTIFIED. on that third day they're eating dinner and it finally clicks

"..grunkle stan? what're we eating..?" dipper says as he slowly sets his fork down, mabel following suit as she catches on with eyes wide as the plates they're eating off of

"eh just whipped up--"

"IS THIS GRUNKLE FORD!?"

just then, ford walks into the room with eight new rips in his coat and singed hair "um, no, this is. sorry kids i was out fighting bigfoot did stan not tell you"

and when dipper and mabel glare at stan he's just "ah. i knew i was forgetting something"

You know what would be funny? Immortal Stans.

Stanford wants to be immortal and gets cursed with it (probably by Bill)

Stanley does NOT want to be immortal but gets 'blessed' with it as a prize from something.

The kicker? This happen3d completely unrelated to the other and the two have no idea their twin is immortal too

I am 33, born male, and have had major self image issues my entire life. I hated seeing myself in mirrors, pictures, you name it. I honestly thought it was kinda normal so I just accepted it.

Now about 3 weeks ago I was at my girlfriends house, we have been dating a little over a year now, and have plans to move in together soon. Now recently she has shaved her head to support of her friends with cancer (side note thenl treatments for that friend are going very well). She had since bought some wigs to wear while her hair grows back out. We were joking around as I have male pattern baldness, and when she went to the bathroom I jokingly threw a wig on and waited. She came our, saw me we laughed for a bit and she said "you know I think you'd make a pretty girl" we laughed some more but those words triggered something in me.

Cut to a few night's ago she asked why I've been acting weird lately and I just told her how i was feeling. She said "alright let's do this " and when I asked what she told me she was going to give me a bit of a makeover and put me in one of her dresses and if i liked it then good. I was nervous and asked what if I did like it would she still be attracted to me. She just responded with "Baby you know I'm bi, guy or girl you're still mine." Her words reassured me honestly i love her so much.

Anyways she finished the make up, fitted a wig on me perfectly and got me in a dress and even helped me put a bra on and stuff in a little so i could see what breasts would kinda look like on me. Now I expected to see myself in the mirror, laugh this off and move on right, but I didn't. She did an unbelievable job, like I looked like I had been born a woman, and when I saw myself in the mirror for the first time in my entire life, I liked what I saw. I probably stared at myself for a good 10 minutes before she finally asked me something. She asked what I wanted to be called. After a few seconds I said Jessie, I always like the name Jessie. She whispered in my ear "well Jessie, you look beautiful." And that was it, I knew this was who i wanted to be.

I'm nervous now though, my friends will accept it but my family are, well let's just say not very progressive. But this is what I want.

Once in seventh grade Spanish I was struggling on a test. I couldn't remember the Spanish translation for "pencil sharpener". I looked around the room in desperation. Directly behind me was a pencil sharpener, labeled with the Spanish translation. I thought about it for a moment and simply wrote down "I do not remember."

We got our tests back a week later and my teacher marked that question correct. I went to her desk and told her she messed up the grades, i obviously got that one wrong.

She told me she gave me the points because I was honest. I knew she knew the answer was right behind me. She knew I knew she knew.

Ever since then honesty has deadass been the best policy for me

(Came to mind because I couldn't remember how to smth on a math test today and I just wrote "I cannot remember how to do this problem." Honesty hasn't gotten me any points since seventh grade but never hurts to try?)

Ended up hating how I did the last page. Which is why I chopped it in half so I can redo it. I hope everyone likes cliffhangers!

They were like. Built like a kindergartener's drawing of a fish. Like. Yknow?? They felt like uhm almost rubbery but less. They were on the smaller side. Uhhhh usually colorful I think?? They would get sticky sometimes and I probably ate a lot of them as a child

this is the most recent one i drew, i literally just finished it, but unlike the others, it took all day! more effort was put into it because i had to figure out the lighting, switch the pine tree for a six fingered hand, and replace the banner of Pacifica in the background (with fiddleford!)

this one is the second one i drew, and i think it's just so cute! i know it usually goes Mabel -> Stan and Dipper -> Ford but for me it really depends on the screenshot- this is the scene where they're watching the mystery shack after Gideon just took over, and I didn't really have to do much for the background, since there was a frame of these bushes before they popped out of them

This one I like not just because of them, but because of the background- see the parts i drew in? No? Good! That's the goal! But yeah Mabel's hair took up quite a bit of the background, as well as her sweater, so i had to make it blend in and look natural with what was already there.

This was the first one I did! This whole thing started because I'd just watched Sock Opera and i was being Normal about all of it, so here's a Bill-Ford and Stan! And the journal! Which i based off of the one from lost legends, sorta- I couldn't decide on a good color, and i'm not too good at color theory so yeah. Also, it's hard enough fitting one extra finger onto Dipper and Mabel's 4, but this stupid six fingered freak (/affectionate) made me cram two extra fingers on there.

also yes this implies that stan put on a puppet show or something. think The Duchess Approves fanfic
